The morcilla is rich , creamy and perfectly seasoned( they make the best morcilla I age ever had) and the empanadas are my absolute favorite with their flaky golden crust and authentic homemade taste. The meats and sides are just as incredible. The Russian potato salad is creamy and refreshing, the potato with parsley has that perfect balance of simplicity and freshness, and every bite of meat is tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The chimichurri ties it all together with bright garlic and herbs that make every dish pop. Thank you for staying consistent all these years. The food is always seasoned perfectly and made with care. I also love that you still serve the free appetizer of fresh bread, cheese, salami, and tomato. It is such a classic touch and still one of my favorite parts of the meal.
