HORRIBLE haircut! Watched the lady (older lady with light curly hair, smacking her gum the whole time) give my brother a haircut and I saw how bad it was looking so I asked her if she was still going to blend/ fade it out and she assured me she wasn't done so I was trusting the process... all the sudden she was done and it looked terrible. We showed a picture for reference at the beginning, she's should've just said she couldn't do it and we would've picked something else. Her coworker agreed with me and said she could fade it out more lmao. I've worked in customer service my whole life and I have never had the customer pay if they weren't satisfied. WE STILL PAID! Even after I said I don't think we should pay since we would have to go somewhere else and pay for it to get fixed but she never gave us that option. I went for a haircut at the Westwood salon yesterday and the haircut wasn't bad but the information from the computer on the Kwik Cuts site's pricing was all wrong or just not updated since who knows when. I am a senior and according to the site I should be paying $13.95, imagine my surprise when I got to the salon and they told me and showed me the pricing for a senior haircut was $17.95. Either you are conducting false advertising, which you are, or you really need to update your pricing on the site. Horrible customer service from the manager. We were on the books to get a haircut She said approximately 25 minutes when we arrived she was just finishing up the last person and clean them up and walked out the door with her purse to not even acknowledge that I was waiting and had four children with me. Very unethical manager! She should not be a stylist let alone a manager. I felt bad for the gal that was left I just saw the embarrassment on her face from the behavior of the manager actions. He started with the back of my hair and by the time he was done with the front my hair, it didn't even touch my shoulders. I left and absolutely balled my eyes out. I have been going to Kwik Kuts in Westwood Village for several years and have always had great service. A few years ago I decided to go from dying my hair red to blonde. Tried it at home and rushed to My favorite Kwik Kuts and Lisa, the manager did an amazing job fixing my mess. I've had foot surgery and called today to see if my favorite stylist, Lauren could work on me with my feet elevated and was told that they will gladly accommodate me. I was welcomed in and accommodated so I would be following my Podiatrist's instructions and got my hair cut. It is a perfect cut and their staff were so kind and thoughtful! Another SUPER experience! I asked for a simple triple zero mid fade and I walked out with a bowl cut. I had to go home and fix my own hair. Very nice people, they just don't have that barber knowledge of how to really put effort into a fade. read more

I have never received a haircut from someone who was so disinterested in what she was doing. The full hair cut took only a few minutes, not because I didn't have very much hair to be cut, but because the person cutting my hair did not want to take the time out of their day to spend any time cutting my hair.
