It feels a little awkward at first sitting at the stations because you're on the opposite side you normally sit, but it works really well with the way they operate. I believe these are probably the prettiest nails I've ever had and the gal who did them did amazing on the designs! I made an appointment online for a gel pedicure. It was easy to do and no card information was required for booking. I arrived about five minutes early. I was greeted and Nancy was ready for me. The vibe is chill and relaxing. I appreciated there weren't tvs blaring, Just music playing in the background. Nancy did a great job! She had a great eye for detail. There wasn't much conversation but I didn't mind. I've been to at least seven different locations in the last few years for a pedi, this is the best pedicure I've had in along time!!! I will definitely be returning. My only negative observation was the ceiling and certain areas were dusty. Overall, I do recommend this place for pedicures! read more

Called for a walk in and got right in within a half hour. I didn't catch the name of the younger woman that did my fill with gel and a nail repair, as well as a gel pedicure, but she was fantastic. Didn't hurt me once, very gentle but thorough. Salon is tidy and professional, great selection of sheer gels! Bring cash for a tip because you CANNOT add one if you're paying with a card (so my tech only got the cash I had, which wasn't enough!). I get preferring cash tips but I don't live here in Redding and didn't have time to find an atm before my appointment. read more

I witnessed a little girl that looked like she was walking home from school and came in asking politely for a drink of water when it was 95 degrees outside. This is a newer place in redding, but definitely worth giving a try! Love that they have online appointments where you can choose any time and who you would want as well! I wanted a healthier option for my nails and got dip nails with French tip. They turned out amazing and still get compliments three weeks into having them. Took about 50 minutes and turned out better then expected. The best part was the pricing. Only 55 dollars with acrylic tips and dip powder French tip. I also enjoy that they are open with pricing, so it is never a surprise unless you add on more to your nails. read more

Dip nails were ok. But the pedicure, gross. They do not sterilize their instruments like having them in the sterile packets. I mentioned in another review how disgusting of a practice I experienced in Redding at 2 nail salons that they used the water my feet were soaking in to rinse my legs. In case you are curious, you should drain the water THEN turn on the water to rinse my legs with the running water. Place my feet on a clean towel (not the one you've been using to clean my toes with). read more

I've never been disappointed going here, Nancy is my go to girl to schedule with! She gives an amazing massage for either a mani or pedi which has been a blessing throughout my pregnancy to get a little extra TLC. Pricing is super reasonable but it's important to note that if you're someone who pays regularly with card that they only accept cash tips! I love how no matter who I've seen they have checked in with me about if I want my nails trimmed and how much I want them trimmed back as well as with the first stroke of polish I'm often asked how I feel about the color which is nice if you're second guessing your choice. Super clean facility, quiet peaceful environment and nice massage chairs as well. Overall, 10/10 and I even prefer them over Urban Retreat (paid $80 last time I went there and even skipped out on my hot wax treatment while I pay $60 here and that's with the wax) overall best value and quality in town!! read more

An introverts dream place to get their nails done. This is the most relaxing and peaceful experience getting a pedicure that I have ever had. Aesthetically the neural tones were relaxing, decor is nice, and the facility is very well kept. They had a great waiting space that wasn't overstimulating. Loved the low volume country music!!! Started going here a couple months after they opened. I'd go to Ken, amazing, highly recommend him. However, the last few times I've gone, part way through my appointment, while I'm in the middle of getting my nails done, they'd have another nail tech, who was still learning, finish my nails out. Broken and polish chipped within days. She applied the polish super thin so you could see all the strokes. I ended up ripping them off. If Ken had done them, they would have been great. And the while switch techs part way through, it made me feel rushed and like my business was less important read more
