I have been coming to these guys for YEARS with 3 different vehicles, as well as my dad and his vehicles. They have always gotten the job done quickly and efficiently. As a girl not extremely knowledgeable about cars, I always worry car places will tell me all these extra things I need. Not this place. Got my oil changed and inspection done today, and asked them to check on my wipers. Instead of just telling me I need new ones they checked them out and told me they were fine. The last time I had my oil changed here they told me my filters needed to be replaced, but when I asked them if it's difficult to do myself the guy showed me how to change both myself. I appreciate them not trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing, and the guys are usually always so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!! read more

On a rainy stormy day, brought car in for oil change. Guy tells me my wipers - none of them work. The wipers were working fine all day despite the rain. The guy said he checked my fuses. Never asked anyone to check my wipers or fuses because ... the wipers were working. Now, have to spend time to take my car to a real mechanic to find out what Kwik Kar did to get my wipers to stop working. Let's hope the oil change is OK. Questionable now. Won't be going back. They lost a 5-year customer today by breaking my wipers. Should you go there? You make that call. read more

This place is BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. They blew out my daughter's motor while hot rodding her Trans Am. It went in for minor repairs and had to be towed home. I went in for a brake job. So, as I left....there was an unforeseen problem with the rear right brake. It was making noises. My mechanic worked his tail off to resolve it. He "ran" beside the wheel while another mechanic drove my car slow to hear or see the problem. These guy really do care. Great price for brakes. DO NOT COME HERE. Came to this location for a state inspection. The guy who did my inspection told me I had a light out. He could not tell us what light it was and needed to show me. We walked into the lobby, and the manager was sitting at the counter. He didn't not look at me and didn't bother to reasoned to my "hello". The manager was also behind the counter swearing in front of his customers. And finally, I saw a staff member smoking in the garage. read more

This is the second time I have come to this place and left knowing they were crooks. The first time I went without my husband and they pushed me into getting a full transmission flush. I looked it up later on Google and realize they had taken advantage of me. Today my husband went to get an oil change and then stopped at a store a mile down the road. When he got back to the car, it wouldn't start! He called the place and they said they had to jump it when he left it there. We had NO problem with the car before we dropped it off so I wouldn't be surprised if they did something to it. But even if it wasn't their fault and the battery was dying, I can't believe they didn't tell him they had to jump it to get it started! Don't go to this place! read more

These guys are absolute crooks. Paid them to replace the valve cover gaskets and the EGR valve on my car, which broke down 1 mile from their shop. as i was leaving. They basically told me I was SOL when i went back, because I couldn't prove their "repairs" caused more damage. Funny, since it was running fine before. Took it to a different shop, they reported and showed me the EGR valve was never replaced, and they only replaced one valve cover gasket, the front one because its easy. (FWD v6, the rear is a PITA to get to so they skipped it). But oh i got charged for both. Shop refused to make it right. New shop showed me several other instances of work i paid for that was done sloppily or half assed. Paid a metric ton to have the front struts replaced. They were replaced with the cheapest auto zone strut they could find apparently, with the old upper strut mounts reused, EVEN THOUGH I WAS CHARGED FOR NEW ONES. If you don't know anything about cars or are a woman or seem nice or have a pulse and are unfortunate to pull in here, they are going to take advantage of you. I would literally not trust them to tell me the date at this point while standing in front of a calendar. I trusted them for years and recommended them to other people, but all their "work" is a lie. Avoid this place like the plaque, hope karma bites you in your crooked asses. read more

I had them change my oil one day because they recommended. WORST MISTAKE EVER. They tried selling me everything. It was like a used car lot. I also heard the employees talking very bad about some customers. But they were"gald they bought stuff" . Then there was an older guy there having a rage about something. I never heard but his body languages said plenty. after i left my check engine light came on so i went back. they said they could find out what it was for a fee. I declined and went to my normal place. they checked the code and said they had unplugged a sensor by my air filter. TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING. My regular mechanic plugged it back in and reset my light and all is well. Too bad for all those people who fall victim to this place. some even leave thinking they were helped and leave good reviews. if only those unfortunate customers knew or did some research before the act on impulse. Would give zero stars if I could. These guys are CROOKS! Been taking our cars there for the last few years because we could walk over to Chitos restaurant next-door and have lunch while we wait. Turns out they illegally charged us for an emissions test on my diesel VW in 2012. The person who told us that in 2013, was fired shortly after our 2013 inspections. (I know that because it turned out he was the son of a friend.) Then, last year, they tried to charge us for it again even after the hubby told them we weren't required to have the emissions test on the VW. Note: We took in BOTH cars last year and were charged for TWO inspections/stickers. However, just this month, when we received notifications from the state about registration renewals, we found out that my car was NOT in the state's database as having been inspected. Yet, my car has an up-to-date sticker! Apparently, having a sticker isn't sufficient evidence. Now, I'm out FOUR months of my last inspection fee. Also, they DIDN'T put a sticker on the hubby's car despite the fact that his car WAS put into the state's database. Thus, we both got screwed. Stay away from these thieves (or morons, at best). I'm starting to think the state and the inspectors are both in on the scam. Grrr... read more

Very awful service! This is the second shop I visited, I didn't choose the other because this is closer to my job. The free alignment check consisted of driving around and Damon telling me, it's rides fine. The 1st shop checked and noticed I needed tie rods and then alignment. It he would have checked he would have noticed. I said don't you put the car on a machine or something to tell if it needs an alignment. He said you don't need it but If I do it it's $30 for him to check. The coupon advertised free alignment check.He was rude and refused to help. I asked him more advice about my car and he just WALKED OUT! He wasn't into helping people that looked like me. Maybe if I looked a certain way or skin was a different shade, I may have gotten help. I say this because I know 2 people that went to the same place and the alignment check was actually checked properly, so another reason I know just driving the car in the parking lot is not a check I expected. One girl needed an alignment and the other didn't. But he did more than drive the car in a circle. read more
