I was told my truck would not pass inspection if I did not get repairs that would cost a few hundred dollars. I declined the repairs and asked for my vehicle. I would have left this alone had the owner not decided to try to disparage my husband and me. Oh, Mohammad, if anyone needs to check facts it is you. It was not 3 MONTHS as you claim, and it was not "some water." The cabin of my car was completely flooded, but because I have rubber-backed floor mats it took more than 1-2 days to notice the carpet underneath. I did take my car to another technician. I took it to the dealership who corrected the problem the last time you guys messed up my vehicle..... Remember that, Mohammad? When your technician put the air filter in INCORRECTLY?!? I had my oil changed with you on August 12, 2014, and my car was flooded, repaired, with brand new carpet installed before the end of September. How does that equal 3 months. As far as the statement that my husband refused to let you inspect our vehicle.... That is A COMPLETE LIE. And it speaks VOLUMES to your integrity. You never asked to inspect the car. You offered to dry it out with fans. Per a REPUTABLE technician, the carpet needed to be replaced which is what we did. Lastly, I didn't write the review to try and "force you to pay my bills." I pay my own bills just fine. I wrote the review to warn other potential victims of your shoddy work and lack of accountability for your employees mistakes. You can attempt to insult me as much as you want, but we both know what happened. I will continue to tell everyone I know, and you can continue to try to insult me. Very poor customer service, only 1 guy doing state inspections while the other 2 sit around dancing & smoking. They said 15 min a car, with 2 cars ahead of me I should been done by 45 min....been here an hour & half now. Nobody wearing gloves or a mask, no hand sanitizing during a pandemic!! read more

Went in to get my oil changed as i have done several times in the past. I always have supplied my own oil and filter and the charges were $27.00 this time the charge was $71.00 due to new management. After trying to explain past charges were $27.00 and how could the price go for more than double the manager really did not want to honor the previous pricing. I have 3 cars and a fleet car that i have been taking there, but not anymore. Not very good business practice. They should have honored previous pricing and then said next time it will be the new pricing. read more

My wife had run out of gas on 183 and ran across the street to Kwik Kar to see if they could help. The store was closed but the employees were having a meeting. The manager left the meeting with a gas can, went to the gas station next door, and brought her some gas and sent her on her way. Got an expensive oil change for my Audi. A day later I notice that my under car skirt was hanging to the ground!! I look at it was missing at least 3 screws. Had to zip tie it. So if you go here make sure you check out your car fully before you leave because obviously some of the guys are lazy and don't give a sh*t. read more

These guys are legit. Howard saved me and my old, but new to me 2004 5-Series beauty "Fancy" . There was absolutely no oil on my dipstick, which is very dangerous for any vehicle, let alone for the high mileage on my 525i. He recommended an engine flush, because putting new oil on top of old burnt oil is horrible on the engine. Also my Husband noticed the power steering was not up to par and he recommended the flush, so right off the bat I knew he was not taking me for a loop. While my Husband knew I was heading up there 1st thing this AM, he wasn't expecting more than the inspection and full synthetic oil change. After Howard explained to my Husband why these recommended services were necessary, they proceeded in an excellent time frame. Mind you, people are pulling up continually, greeting the managers by name. Thank you Howard and Kory for taking care of us today. They don't know how to work on cars, lied to four different customers about their cars while I was there, and are openly racist and volatile to their customers when confronted about what they've done wrong. I'm a certified mechanic who came in to get my car inspected. Tried five different lies to fail my inspection and sell me "repairs" they would do to correct non existent problems. The manager threaded to call the police if I wouldn't stop complaining? So I called them myself and the police had to instruct the manager to pass my inspection or get arrested for the bullshit they tried to feed him too! If you value your car and don't like your money stolen go down the street to Quality Bros where they will treat you like a human being that has a brain between their ears. The manager, the mechanic.. everyone made my automotive dilemma painless! I now have a new place to take my vehicle where I can trust I'm being taken care of- Honestly, Fairly, and Quickly! My car had to be towed there, Kwik Kar took me in, ordered the starter, and stayed late to get it installed and had me back on the road in less than an hour! For real! I went to have my wife's car inspected and while there it was convenient to have them change the oil. HUGE mistake, I found, after my wife went to Austin the next day, a HUGE pile of oil on my garage floor. I asked my wife to take it to Mazda rather than risk driving back to Cedar Park. Mazda found a crack in the oil filter housing an incorrect drain plug. I went to Kwik Kar that day (August 28th) and after a brief, all denial, conversation the manager said he would ask the owner about reimbursing me, which is all that I expect. I waited a couple days and having not heard from them, sent an e-mail and as of today, Sept 4th have still not heard and at this point, I think the lack of action tells me all I need to know. I felt they should pay for the replacement part and the new oil change, they apparently do not feel responsible for their lack of caring about their customers. BAD DEAL for anyone considering going there! read more

Thanks for nothing!!! I brought in a vehicle that I've been working on for a Transmission Fluid flush, as my research into the possible causes for the error code indicated that Dirty/Burnt Transmission Fluid can cause this error code. The Check Engine Light was on and my Code Reader indicated it only had that error code. I also wanted an Oil Change as I had just purchased this POS minivan and don't have any maintenance records, so I'd like to make sure all the basics are covered. I pulled in, asked to the Oil Change and Transmission Flush, they pulled the minivan into the bay, by the time I sat down into the waiting area, they were pulling the vehicle around, they are refusing to service the vehicle due too the Check Engine Light. I tried to explain that was why I was wanting to get the fluid flushed as a first step in troubleshooting the issue, as changing the fluid could only help and was a cheap fix in comparison to other possibilities. Nope, they didn't care, guess they don't ever want any of my business. Used to be a good place to get work done, not so anymore. read more

Came in for a state safety inspection which went smoothly. Then they tried to sell other recommended services. I agreed to the Injector Cleaner Service for 89.99 on a service review. When I paid the bill and saw the receipt, the charge showed 109.99. The mechanic asked the manager, who told him it doesn't matter, you gave her a Manager's discount. The manager's body language indicted that he did not care about the difference in the presented price and the charged price. I addressed the Manager and advised him I would not be back as it was illegal to quote one price and charge another. As a manager he should have made it right, without being specifically told it was illegal. He asked if I would come back if he gave me the $20.00 and because I would not, he left it like it was. Businesses should do what's right if they want to be trusted and have customers come back without having to have it explained to them. read more
