    They were very "KWIK" and easy and had there adorable little boy airing up my tires!!! Cutest thing ever!! Great prices as well

    I took my 2021 Subaru to AEW in December of 2023 to have the windshield washer hose replaced. The…read morewindshield washer fluid was leaking out of the car. They determined that a rodent had eaten part of the hose! So they replaced the hose to the front washer and told me they didn't know where to route the hose to the back window washer. Kurt said it was working fine on the front window now, and I told him the back window could wait. When I got home, I popped the hood and noticed there was no washer fluid in the reservoir, so I poured the gallon of new fluid in. I went into the house to tell my wife I was home, and then came back out about 10 minutes later to discover almost all the new fluid was running out into my garage and down the driveway. I called Kurt and he said he couldn't understand how that was happening, but he would "get back with me" to arrange for an inspection. Move ahead 6 MONTHS LATER, still no call back from A&E. I try to email them through the web site they list on Yelp, and it says the web site no longer exists! I try to email him, and the email bounces back. So I place a request for service here on YELP again, and 3 or 4 other places answer, but not A&E. So my only thought is that they sold the place and it's under new management? I don't know, but they did NOT fix the problem, they never contacted me again as promised, and the did not respond to the request sent to them through YELP. I ended up fixing the problem myself for $8.00. The second line, that he did not fix and that he told me "would not matter if I don't want to use the rear window washer" had a big hole it as well. When I filled up the reservoir, the weight of the fluid in the full tank caused the water to start syphoning out through that hole in the tube - once it was low enough (i.e. almost empty), it would stop and there would be enough fluid left to wash the front windows several times. They were all very friendly the first time I visited and I thought we had a good working relationship, but it turns out they didn't want to fool with the car although they really did NOT fix my problem and I was never able to contact them again. I don't know what their problem is, but I cannot recommend them as a reliable automobile service.

    This is one of the best most honest car places that exists. I've been coming here for about 6 years…read morenow and they have always been incredibly friendly and actually listen to what you tell them. They don't overcharge or take advantage of you and you can trust that they will be honest. They fixed my headlight when the wire was the problem and not the bulb and didn't charge me anything. They also helped me find a quick fix to the piece of my car that was hanging down from hitting a small possum. Cant recommend these guys enough. True honest professionals. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

When I arrived, it took a noticeable amount of time before anyone came out to direct me to a bay. Once I was finally told where to go, two customers who arrived after me were moved ahead of me for their oil changes. I understand that things happen and that the location stays busy, especially in a growing area. However, no one offered an explanation or even a simple acknowledgment of the mix‑up. After more than 10 years of bringing all our vehicles to this location, it was disappointing to feel that my time and business weren't valued. My expectations for this type of service are reasonable, but when it becomes clear that my time isn't respected, that's when I have to make a change. I ultimately drove away without getting the service done. I'm sharing this feedback because I try to support local businesses, and I hope it helps improve the experience for future customers.

My mechanics name was "EL" he was amazing. Honestly I can't stress enough how awesome he was, he also ended up replacing 8 spark plugs and wires along with the heater hose that was puking antifreeze, and the price was about 1k. More things taken care of and fixed for $300 less. Honestly take your chevys to El he is the best mechanic and fixed all of this the day of and I was out the door. Superb service!

We were promised two free oil changes due to prior customer service mistakes -- approved in writing by Greg. When I came in, the staff (who are all new in the last 6,000 miles) acted like they had no idea and told me I had to "explain myself" before they would honor it. That's absurd. The paperwork clearly states I was approved for two free oil changes for customer satisfaction reasons. Instead of honoring it, I was told if I couldn't provide an explanation they would keep me there until I paid. That's intimidation, not customer service. It's unacceptable and exactly why I won't be returning. Them not having proper documentation is not and should NEVER be made the customers problem.
