This place was pretty yummy . I got the cookie butter rolled ice cream with cheesecake bites and something else with mochi and whipped cream on top. My friend ended up getting the same base with nutella and oreos with toasted marshmallow on top. The overall ice cream was yummy but because of my order it was too rich. My friend ended up not getting her nutella mixin and that made her a little sad. Overall good place to go to at night
In the mood for some rolls but to serve a sweet tooth? Kween's is tasty spot to satisfy the craving! I visited for their matcha ice cream, and added in almonds, popping boba, cheesecake, and mochi. While the matcha ice cream, almond, and cheesecake combo was super delicious, the others were a let down. For starters, the mochi wasn't what I had expected, as I was expecting a much thicker, Japanese-like one - oops! The popping boba was also a decent add-on, but I don't think this went well with my creation. All rolled ice cream is made to order, and the best part is being able to watch the entire process. There are a few tables to sit in, but note that it's quite small, since most customers will take it to go. Overall, this spot is definitely worth a visit for the next tasty rolled ice cream creation.
For $6 a scoop, this place is truly a must GO for dessert if you are in the Mountain View area. The $6 scoop, is more like a $6 cup full of ice cream. It look me around 15 minutes to finish the whole thing and I am considered a fast eater... I got the mint flavor and it tasted exactly how you would expect a mint ice cream flavor to taste and bonus points for it having so many chocolate chips in it. Every bite was fun to eat and it was delicious. Not much else to say, but great ice cream, clean environment, and friendly staff. Disclaimer: They offer you a free ice cream scoop for leaving a review, but the fact that is free does not impact my rating of the ice cream! I would be more than happy to come back next time and pay the cost.

In the heart of DT MV, a cute ice cream shop lies with the cutest and most knowledgeable Kween's staff, Ashley and I'm sorry but forgot the girl's name. The shop has plenty of seating, cute IG photo worthy signs, and definitely many dessert combos to choose from! They have ice cream Sammie's, scoops, rolls, shakes, and more! Totally loved how they customize their desserts too! Our faves were the Thai tea, ube, and Oreos rolls! Such a great treat this Christmas
Kweens is a solid dessert stop in the downtown Mountain View. The location is pretty convenient for a date or hang out because you swing by after lunch or dinner nearby. The space is a pretty good size with several tables, so it works well whether you're coming as a couple or with a small group. I tried the ube ice cream and really enjoyed it. It's creamy and not too sweet. They also have a bunch of different options on the menu, which is always nice if you're with people who want to try different things. Rolled ice cream can sometimes take a while, but my order came out faster than expected. Service was good and friendly overall.
Decided to come here for a sweet treat after dinner. I ordered the Thai tea rolled ice cream with Oreo crushed in and condensed milk and mochi toppings. Once I ordered, the worker got to work rolling it right away so my ice cream came out really fast. You can taste the Thai tea flavor in the ice cream but I wish it was a bit stronger as the Oreo really muddled the flavor. The mochi is a nice added texture too. My friend ordered a scoop of ice cream and omg you def need to share it because the scoop was huge and they did not finish it. I would say it is really worth your money for the rolled ice cream but I would definitely be back for the scooped ice cream.

Yapped with friends for an hour or so so great yapping place HAHA they had this one light that would not stop swinging and it was mesmerizing at times...

I really wanted to like Kween's more. I like the idea of rolled ice cream. Watching the folks make it was fun. It's Benihana...for ice cream. However, the ice cream I got Oreo was not very flavorful. It was creamy in texture, but not much in the way of flavor. It was a bit of a surprise. Service was good that the team member that served me was helpful in making a suggestion. Everyone there was nice. I guess I will have to give them another try. Here's a pic.

Now, I'll admit--I'm not a regular at independent ice cream shops, so walking into a spot with a split menu (rolled vs regular ice cream, with different flavor options for each) kind of sent me into decision paralysis. I was already disappointed about the shake, and trying to decode the menu on the fly made me a little anxious. So what did I do? I panic-ordered. Ended up with cookie dough ice cream, crushed Oreos, and what I can only describe as a pleasantly reckless amount of Nutella. (Nutella makes everything better.) Fingers crossed the blender is up and running next time. And hoping this isn't one of those "McDonald's ice cream machine is 'broken' because nobody wants to clean it" situations (kidding...mostly ).

Matcha rolled ice cream was so yummy and creamy with the perfect amount of sweetness. The oreo mix in was great in that the ore was in powder form and mixed in smoothly. Super quick service and friendly staff. Staff has showmanship and makes the entire rolling ice cream process look fun. The shop was a bit crowded with not too much seating inside, but we could easily find places to sit outside on the street. read more

Another take on ice cream dessert. It's nice to have alternatives around the area. The small cup may look small, but it's pretty rich and filling. You get to choose your flavors and toppings. I decided to have the Ube and it was good. The line can get long and it takes some tome to prepare each cup. They have seating and tables to wait or eat your ice cream. read more

A definite experience in ice cream. It's on the pricey side but it is a show and has fresh ingredients. No line so we were served quickly. My kid had the best- Nutella, strawberry and chocolate. The strawberries were super fresh and yummy. I'd get that for sure next time. Mine was good but not the best- coffee, Oreos and peanut butter. I still liked mine- the coffee was potent. The place is small and I could see it getting crowded. I liked eating there to get the full flavor and experience of a rolled ice cream. read more

You would think since it's winter now, I wouldn't be craving ice cream, but this didn't apply last night! I swung by Kween's last night around 6-7pm. The workers were so nice and patient while I figured out what I wanted to order. I ordered ube ice cream rolls as my base with toasted coconut flakes and Oreos as my mix-ins topped with mochi. This is the elite combo if you ask me!!! The flavors all worked perfectly together and when I come back, I'll be ordering this exact thing! Def give Kween's a try if you're in the area! read more

This place is not just about ice cream--it's a full experience! It was so much fun to watch the staff make the ice cream right in front of us on a freezing cold round plate. The process was super entertaining and made the treat even more special. The ice cream itself was absolutely delicious. You can choose from their preset combinations or build your own from scratch. They offer a wide variety of flavors, mix-ins, and toppings. I went with a chocolate base, added banana, caramel, strawberries, whipped cream, and toasted marshmallows--so good! And you can add as many toppings as you want, which is a nice bonus. They offer both small and large sizes. I got a small, and it was surprisingly filling. For two small custom-made ice creams, we paid $22.04--not cheap, but definitely worth it for the quality and the fun of the experience. The only downside: the place could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. It wasn't terrible, but it would make the overall experience even better if the environment matched the quality of the dessert. Still, highly recommend it if you're looking for a sweet treat with a fun twist read more

Who needs a club when you have Ice Cream Kween?!? Came here on a Saturday night 30 minutes before closing. Rolled ice cream: 5/5. I ordered a cookie butter ice cream base with almond and brownie mix ins, and cookie butter and graham cracker as toppings. Ice cream tasted delicious and made right in front of you. Note: there is also the option to get scooped ice cream if you are not interested in rolled ice cream. Service: 4/5. Cashier could have showed a little enthusiasm but it was towards the end of his shift. The ice cream was made pretty quick and we didn't have to wait long for it. Ambiance: 4/5. The music was so loud it felt like I was at a club! It was hard to hear the cashier and we had yell to talk to each other. Parking: 5/5. Street parking only. Wasn't too hard to find on a Saturday night. Overall not a bad experience since the ice cream was good. read more

One of the faster rolled ice cream places! Line went by fairly quick and we got our rolled ice cream within 5 minutes! The cookie butter rolled ice cream with Oreo was yummy! the pistachio tastes very artificial, I would skip on that one. I asked the worker if they could swap it out for my since it was not good at all, and he did it for me! Good service, nice place, yummy desserts, would come again if I'm in the area! read more

Loved how our coffee and graham cracker mixed ice cream came out with the Oreo topping. Was not overly sweet which is exactly our forte. The gentleman at the counter was super sweet and patient with us- we had so many questions. We were on option overload lol. Loved that it was prepared in front of you too. This ws my first time ever trying rolled ice cream, nd now I already want more! I got the coconut sorbet regular cup, and my fiancé got the Vanilla Oreo small cup. Both were full of flavor and nicely presented. They roll the ice cream behind the counter so you can watch. It was a cool experience. Although it's on the pricey side ($9.85 for kids cup and $11.85 for regular cup) I think it's worth to experience and lso for an every once in a while treat. read more
