He tricked me into thinking that he was the kind of property manager that cares about working with people and their circumstances, which was one of the reasons I chose that house. He was very hard to work with when I had to relocate home to Colorado for a few months for brain surgery (and what I was asking was not a lot, not even to end the lease.) When the lease was over, I reached out for a scanned copy of the deposit check and he never got back to me. When I followed up over a week later to ask more sternly for the copy I was entitled to, he presumptuously assumed I was asking because of roommate issues and told me to leave him out of it. He was belittling, presumptuous, rude, and unprofessional. And this is on top of his general lack of help with maintenance requests and overall unhelpful attitude with inquiries over the 2 years renting from him. I'm praying he doesn't respond to this review and attempt to gaslight me or justify his poor behavior as he's done with other reviewers here. Do not rent from him if you want to be treated respectfully or professionally.

We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.

I outsourced it to another property management company in the area. Unfortunately, that left a lot to be desired. After finding 360 Properties, my view completely changed on what it felt like to own a rental property. From the moment they took over, everything became easier, simpler, and significantly less stressful. 360 Properties has always been incredibly transparent, their bookkeeping and communication are fantastic, and they have an excellent network of people they trust to work on the properties they manage.
