Earl did not pull a permit for alarm system which clearly needed one. His response was the guy he spoke to did not want one. As a professional I'm not treating a client without a written consent?? He then tried to lie to inspector saying alarm was already there and he did some work on it. Since he is very proud of being in the business for 30 years, he should know that even if alarm was there if the previous owner didn't pull a permit then he still needed to. I understand people take shortcuts, but the response was like an "oh well" when this process has taken 3 years. Now even though he is in the wrong he wants to charge me another 4500 after already paying close to 25,000. Oh well attitude isn't good enough for me. The person he is trying to hire to do the remaining work also works another company?? They are charging me way less. so again he messes up, blames the customer, then tries to over charge. Do not use Earl. He is very unprofessional and extremely rude. He is also very slow. read more
