I can't speak to Leah's massage abilities, but here is my experience with her professionalism as a business: I received a Groupon as a gift for this business in January. I scheduled with Leah a couple weeks out, and the day before scheduling I received a text that she would like me to give her a call. I gave her a call and we play phone tag. The room was a little difficult to find and I assumed that to be the reason for the call. When I arrived for my massage, Leah casually informs me that she is no longer working with Groupon or accepting the bookings through them as they are "difficult to work with." She then tells me that this will be an out-of-pocket payment, and she will help me request a refund from Groupon. Not only did I not have my wallet on me, but I would not be receiving the refund--Groupon's are most often gifted--so I declined her services and requested the refund from Groupon myself (which was difficult to do). On her website, she has a specific link to schedule with a Groupon, which I used, and I could have been informed of the situation via text, email, or voicemail prior to arriving at my appointment (which I would have canceled). Additionally, looking at past reviews on Google and Yelp for this business, Leah has had complaints from Groupon users dating back to 2019. This whole experience feels icky, and I can't help but wonder if Leah has found a loophole to use Groupon as free advertisement at the inconvenience of those unlucky enough to book with her through the site. read more

I have been trying to find a regular massage therapist and have tried a couple out but never really found a good fit. I saw the Groupon deal (which Leah said if anyone else I knew wanted a massage to let them know if they contact her directly she will give them the Groupon price for their first massage but it helps her to go directly through her) and bought it. I had an amazing experience with Leah. She was very warm and friendly. I told her I had a shoulder injury I was undergoing physical therapy for. She got details about the injury and made it known I could tell her anytime about any pain or discomfort. She listened when I talked and was very attentive while delivering a great massage. I have been in pain due to my shoulder for a month and after 90 minutes with Leah I feel 100x better. I dont know what the other people who left bad reviews experienced but mine was nothing but good. Bought a gift certificate off Groupon based on positive Groupon reviews. Called Leah to book my massage and explained that the voucher was originally for a friend who ended up being an a$$, so I decided to use it for myself. I immediately apologized for using the language. Leah then reprimanded me by saying she doesn't approve of that language because she has children (so do I). Then she went to cut my call short. I asked if she was the owner & would like to refund my purchase, to which she said I needed to contact Groupon. I apologized a second time & asked if we could "start our conversation over" The rest of the call went fine. We discussed times which would work for both of us. I said I would call back, but after thinking about it I decided to review her instead. First, I know not one single adult who HASN'T used that word. Second, as a person in a customer service roll it is NOT her place to correct or judge me based on my language. Leah, I have worked in customer service for almost 20 years. Your quick judgement of me (after I apologized immediately) was uncalled for, and hasty. I had Groupon refund my money because I would have felt extremely uncomfortable being in your establishment. And after reading the other reviews about your attitude I would have never even purchased in the first place. Again I'm sorry for the pg-13 language, but pick your battles. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Leah has such a negative energy and vibe to her, I feel bad for anybody she touches. I called to ask for her hours of availability because I was gifted a voucher for a massage and she was extremely rude. After our initial phone call, Leah texted me and said I wouldn't be a good fit for her salon, and blocked my number before telling me how to get my money back. Feeling lost about the situation I posted on Facebook telling Leah I would be coming into the salon to see how I could get my money back, and I got an extremely long, unprofessional response. Luckily I did get a refund, and since I did nothing wrong - I haven't heard from the authorities she states she called. I had a horrible experience with Leah. I bought one groupon and the service was wonderful. I told her that I enjoyed her so much, I wanted another groupon. She explained that it is only 1 groupon per person, but since I enjoyed so much that she would extend me another groupon. I bought the second groupon that day. When I arrived for my appointment for the second groupon, she informed me that I would have to pay the rate above the groupon??? I told her I booked this appointment with the second groupon that you extended me?She said that I must have misunderstood. She offered me another groupon with the understanding I would pay above the groupon rate because that would still be offering me a discount. I asked how is that a benefit to the customer? She reacted to me as if I didn't get it. She was very snotty in her response. I said I don't understand but thank you. On my way out of the door, she stated, "Have a good day" in a condescending tone. What a joke! Very unprofessional. Bought a Groupon for a 90 min massage and called to make an appointment. No answer so I left a message. I get a message back from Leah while I was at work, so I try to call her back, but no answer again. So, I leave another short message. She calls back while I'm in line at the supermarket, so of course I'm not going to answer while someone is waiting on me, so I call her right back afterwards. Leah then BERATES me for calling her too many times. I'm sorry, but.....WHAAATTT?? I literally called her back, because SHE had just called ME! Anyways, what kind of business owner berates customers for calling for their services? She said that she was the only person that runs the business and she couldn't be bothered with all the phone calls. First of all, if you're with a client, shouldn't your phone be set to take messages and not be ringing off the hook? I didn't leave a message saying that I needed a call back ASAP due to the need for an EMERGENCY massage. Lol! I was just returning her call, like a normal person. So, I said to her, "I think if YOU aren't in need of MY business, then I will just get my Groupon refunded." She said, "That's probably a good idea."
