She was able to find tension spots in my back and legs that I didn't even know existed. I'm a bigger girl, so I was a bit nervous going in and sometimes feel uncomfortable in my body, but Nara was incredibly respectful and made me feel completely at ease. I was so happy with the results that I've already booked another appointment for next week. 15/10--highly recommend!

Upon arrival there is a tall staircase in order to enter the business. Though this wasn't a problem for us, keep in mind if you have any disabilities. They also make you take your shoes off and slip into slides. Once again no big deal, but bring socks. Upon actually entering the waiting area, they had my husband pay right away, which I thought was a huge red flag. In all the massages we've had, we've never paid first. There was also a 3% fee for using a card despite our total being over $200+. We get into the room, located right by the entrance and it is freezing. My husband's bed was warmed, however mine was not. I have never seen or heard of a heated massage table, but with a drafty window a portable heater would have solved this issue. When the two massage therapists entered they did not greet themselves and started saying something in another language. Mine asked me light or strong. I told her medium as that is what I have always requested from other locations. After that she noticed the bed wasn't warmed, attempted to fix it, but it was broken: WE WERE NOT ASKED OR INFORMED we were getting a DEEP tissue massage. Considering what a deep tissue massage entitles, they also did not ask other important questions like areas of concern or injuries. The massage started with some oil and hot stones and quickly progressed to pain. All I kept thinking was what type of massage did my husband book. I grimaced, flinched, and yelped in pain. My person's only response was "oh you're sensitive" and she continued at the same strength/depth. 90% was jamming her elbow into every possible pressure point and directly into my bones. This was not only the most painful massage I have ever had, but the second most painful and traumatic experience in my life; internal bleeding being my number one. I have a high pain tolerance and not sensitive to pain. Even more than that, she did not respect that I left my panties on and pulled them down and lifted them up. I'm immediately cried when she finally finished and on the entire way home. To say the least my masseuse did not receive a tip. I'm on muscle relaxers and have multiple bruises. I will never be back and regret not sitting up and ending it. Everything from the base of my skull to my legs hurt; to put it in perspective I weigh 135 pounds and 5'5". IF you book a couples massage with them, do not assume you are getting a Swedish massage like most places, despite there being no option to select.

I just cancelled my membership because of it. For a customer focused business, leadership (manager Carla and owner Kelly) has terrible customer service. My friend had canceled her membership once she got into residency in NY, because she knew she was moving. She went in person and filled out the cancellation form. Months later she realized that she was still being charged. They would not provide a refund and claim that she did not cancel because their process is to process the cancellation and then shred the form! You don't even get a copy of your form. I made sure to take a picture of my cancellation form so that they can't pull the same thing on me. All of our friends and family that have Elements memberships are in the process of canceling and we are making sure no one else goes here,

My sister is having a nightmare experience where they charged her for months even though she canceled her membership before moving across states. They conveniently lost her termination form, although they shred all the termination forms and do not provide you with copies. And the manager Carla was trying to gaslight and say that my sister never signed it. When I cancelled mine, I had to wait 30 days before it went into effect, which is a wild policy-- I don't want to participate in your business, and I'm not trying to. This policy is just a final cash grab. They do not refund on services that haven't been rendered! Instead they make you get gift cards--after this experience, why would we send other people here?

I looked at the prices and they were a little higher than other places I found. When I looked at the reviews, I could see why. Vive appeared to know what they were doing. I made my appointment online. Easy peasy. I get a phone call the next day. Oh no, are they going to reschedule me? No indeed. They were asking me about the medications I was on, my medical history and what I was looking for in a massage. I was impressed. Never have any of my massage companies asked me all this information. My massage was today and I went in. Nice looking office and waiting area. They have a parking lot. Place was clean, personable ladies at the desk. They took me to a separate waiting area that was dim and relaxing. I filled out a form with all my information. Orion came out and brought me in. I would say she sat with me a good 10 minutes, discussing my history and asking questions. Then she asked again about what pressure I wanted. She was very vocal about telling me if the pressure is too hard to be sure to let her know. What I experienced was wonderful. She had a nice firm touch and seemed to take a lot of time doing what she needed to do. By the time I was done, I was really relaxed. Since this was my first time with Vive I only purchased one session. I intend to purchase a package and return often. It was nice to get a senior discount.
