I have now had 2 appointments specifically for this treatment to clear toxins from the body, particularly the brain by moving the lymph. I can tell you that I'm already experiencing improvement. I just cancelled my membership because of it. For a customer focused business, leadership (manager Carla and owner Kelly) has terrible customer service. My friend had canceled her membership once she got into residency in NY, because she knew she was moving. She went in person and filled out the cancellation form. Months later she realized that she was still being charged. They would not provide a refund and claim that she did not cancel because their process is to process the cancellation and then shred the form! You don't even get a copy of your form. I made sure to take a picture of my cancellation form so that they can't pull the same thing on me. All of our friends and family that have Elements memberships are in the process of canceling and we are making sure no one else goes here,

When I cancelled mine, I had to wait 30 days before it went into effect, which is a wild policy-- I don't want to participate in your business, and I'm not trying to. This policy is just a final cash grab. They do not refund on services that haven't been rendered! Instead they make you get gift cards--after this experience, why would we send other people here?

The lady was good and didn't talk to me during the massage--- I like to relax and not make small talk. She was cat-like; moving from one side to another and even on top of me.
