Wow. Just wow. Immediately upon opening the doors i'm blessed with the soothing scents from their aromatherapy oils that are on shelves covering the wall. Right away as i opened the door, the kind lady rushed right away from the back and asked me right away, "Where is your pain?" I told her all my trouble spots and she told me exactly what i needed, a deep tissue massage. She then asked me if I had any allergies, and chose an oil for the treatment. As a person with many allergies and severe eczema-- she was asking all the right questions that I usually have to constantly remind masseuses about. You pay first, tip later, which is so smart and you pay for what you asked for right away and they won't randomly up charge you towards the end (which has happened to me all over the Glenview area) The massage was insane, in the best way. I'm so upset that despite living in this neighborhood for 21 years, i've never been to this massage spot. i always go to massages with my mom, aunt, and sister as our bonding. I've gotten massages in California numerous times, Philippines, Taiwan, and many more places. Also as we are healthcare workers, our physical pain so deep cut. But i'm genuinely shocked and how well my body feels after the massage. After working 12 hour shifts for days on end-- THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED. When my massage started she right away went into my trouble spots which was my neck and shoulders, i could already feel her target my knot on the first touch, and i was shocked at how quickly she released the tension. She masterfully uses her elbows and joint areas to target the knots and tension in between my scapula and my sternocleidomastoid and sternothyroid muscle. 20 minutes in she told me "you need cupping, it's good for you" I know better and so i just shut up agreed to what she said and said, "Yes ma'am." And wow. It was my first time cupping so honestly i was scared but she is so skillful that it didn't hurt at all. It felt like she was hitting the pressure point to release the tension in that area, and 3.5 years of pain from laborious work was fixed in a one hour session. She kept going and massaging me, asking me if my pain was gone and only stopped when my pain was gone. Amazing, mind blown, go here. I really want to gate keep this place to myself but wow. Extremely unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak to Their clients . I have never in my life experienced a disrespect the way I did today. I was gonna give the gentleman a tip after the massage the lady at the front desk didn't even give me time to take out anything she right off the bat approach me and told me tapping her pen on her desk that I need to give this man a tip . Just extremely unprofessional. Then telling me if I'm American and telling me that American people give tips and I looked at her and explained to her that she has no right speaking to me like that. I purchased a Groupon based on reviews. I called last week and they didn't answer and there was no voice msg. Someone called back a while later and I said I wanted to know if I need an appointment or do they accept walk-ins. I could not understand this woman. She had to repeat herself several times but I understood when she said "not today." I called back yesterday hoping to get someone different but it was the same lady. I said I wanted to make an appointment for 1 hour, she said "today?" I said "what are your hours?" and she put me on hold. After 3 minutes I called back. It kept ringing. I tried several times but as soon as it rang she hit the "Do not disturb" button on the phone. Rude. Not customer service oriented. I got a refund on my Groupon. I'd rather pay more and get courteous service. I will let everyone know not to use this place. read more

Had a Groupon. Called and made appointment. Arrived as scheduled and was told that there was a $10 fee I needed to pay on top of the groupon. Massage was okay, although a bit too hard on base of skull (not my first massage, strong on muscles is one thing). Also was given the stare down before I could tip the guy. The best massage you will ever have! I am sending everyone I know here because I cannot recommend this place enough! My boyfriend and I recently came in to get a massage together - we had Cindy and Amy as our massage therapists. Both ladies were amazing and exceptionally strong. Highly recommend either of them! Both of us requested a deep tissue massage and mentioned that our main problem area is our back. Most times when we say this our massage therapist will "listen" spend about 10-15 mins on our back with medium pressure and move on. Here it all changed. Cindy and Amy did an excellent job listening to our concerns and spent majority of the time on our back. They have a great understanding of the body's trigger points and where they need to focus their energy to provide you with a release in tension. These ladies were extremely strong (and they did not let up once) and will put a lot of pressure into the massage. For those who enjoy these deep tissue, elbowing digging massages its exactly what you are looking for. Our massage included hot stones, heat pads, trigger point release, and even walking on your back if you're open to it. These therapists are very knowledgable and will provide your body with exactly what it needs to feel relief and healing. At the conclusion of the massage, both my boyfriend and I stated that this was by far and wide the best massage we have ever received and we don't want to go get massages anywhere else! First time coming here, when you walk in it smells so nice & calming. I suffer from severe Chronic migraines that I get almost every day, I have occipital neuralgia, sciatica and am also pregnant. I get the worst tension in my neck/shoulders that it gives me a migraine & nothing helps give me relief. My husband got this massage for my birthday so I was very excited but didn't want to get my hopes up. I'm pregnant, I never had a massage while pregnant with my first so this time around I had no idea what to expect. They have a pregnancy pillow & make you feel so comfortable. i believe the masseuse name is Angie/Angela but she kept making sure I was feeling okay everytime I let out a sigh lol but I was in heaven. I immediately felt relief from my neck and shoulders. I've had a migraine nonstop this whole week and it's been a few hours since my massage & my muscles feel much better. Alittle sore but I feel so much better. I'll definitely be back again. 10/10 read more

10 Stars.... That may not be possible, but it was probably the best massage I've ever had. Here's what you need to know. Don't come here thinking this is your typical American day spa.... It's not. This is an Asian spa and the massage is what most people would consider to be painful. There may be more than 1 massage person, but I got this old Asian woman. Don't be fooled people, she is extremely strong. She will walk on your back if you are open to it. I requested that because I get that type of massage often so I'm used to it. If you are not used to it, try it but ask to go light or it could hurt. The main point of walking on the back is she is using her body weight instead of upper arm strength to get deep into your muscles. There is definitely a technique to using the feet and not everyone is trained or knows how, do it's important you come to a place that knows how. My massage was 90 minutes, and she is strong the whole time. It's a good mix of walking on the back and using elbows and hands.... Honestly 90 minutes went by fast and I would have gone another hour if I could have. At one point she found a very tender area of my muscles in my back and kept the pressure, and even said Hurts here... She will find your trouble areas and focus on them. That really is a sign of a great massage therapist. I highly recommend trying it! read more

The massages those girls give are great! And it seems that every time I call, they are available the same day. I love that. However, the language barrier is a problem. It is hard to ask for their availability sometimes and impossible to give directions to the masseuse or feedback. The owner seems to struggle with credit card payments. Charges in the beginning and then after the massage you can put tip. I hope they read this and maybe try to improve. It is a great massage place, but the customer service part is lacking.. read more

When I found her online I talked to her on the phone about my symptoms. The owner didn't exaggerate about her massage but somewhat I felt confident.. So today I drove 30 miles ! Her knowledge, experience & techniques were very satisfying me ! Above all, I like her straight way of talking & personality, not sucking to clients !!! It's been 9 hours since I got her massage, then still I feel nice heat from inside of the spots of my body where were harden & cold due to bad circulation ! So the more I realize how stupid I was wasting time & money going to the cheapest Chinese massag where is charging $29/hour ! Anywhere of those we go, 95 % of the massaging people can't speak English & skills are all same ! But here the owner did hard massage on my spots where I have severe pain all by her hands !!! So the more I could compare the results from the M****** massage in Chicago where they charge for $60/hr & use Animal horns & Massage guns To save their body & energy !!!
