Huge menu by the order area

I was early picking up an order nearby. With twenty minutes to kill, I decided to drop by this Kung Fu Tea and get some bubble tea. This bubble tea place is next to Petite Colline / Shan Shan Cafe. I eyed coming here on that visit. This plaza has parking on the street, but it's limited. Alternatively, there is a parking lot. I managed to nab a spot steps away from the entrance on the street. I walked in and there was one person waiting for his order. Behind me was someone from Uber Eats doing a pick-up run. My favourite drink at Kung Fu Tea is the chocolate with ice cream. I like floats and you normally don't see ice cream at a bubble tea place. I had a man help me place my drink order. I went for a large jasmine green tea (no honey and less ice) with coconut jelly. The sweetener at this chain is honey, which is cool. When I feel a scratch in my throat (thank goodness not all that often) or feel like a sweeter drink, I get honey. I find it soothing and it does help. I would give this place a perfect rating, but the man behind the counter had a hard time hearing. He's so young to have shot hearing! I felt like I was shouting at him. I paid with a debit card. I tapped, provided a tip, and I was set. I waited patiently for my drink. It didn't take long for it to be ready. I thanked the man who placed it on the counter and headed out the door. There are benches outside. Sadly, all the snow that we got a couple of weeks ago or so didn't allow me to sit there, but I did manage to get a photo of my drink on the bench, basking in the sunshine. I love strong jasmine tea. This place brews it well. I also love coconut jelly. Heck, I like any jelly as a drink topping. You get a generous amount of it and it was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my drink as I headed off to pick up my order. It was a great idea to kill a bit of time, and stay hydrated and content while doing it. Although there's a closer Kung Fu Tea where I live, I dig this location. I'd return for more, possibly returning for my go-to chocolate ice cream float. (63)

3.5 stars as the crew slowly settles in and learns the craft. This is a new shop in the Steelestech food plaza slowly gaining clients. There is plenty of parking out front and a small lot just east of the shop. The lobby is quite large and will be interesting to see how the seating situation will be once the province is fully reopened. The menu wall is quite extensive and will take a little while to get a good understanding of what you truly want. The ordering experience needs a little work as the partition barrier blocks 90% of everything being communicated. Good barrier for the transmission of the virus and so too your voice. The echo of the music does not help matters much also. The order took 20 minutes beginning to end with one order ahead of me. Will be interesting to see how they will be once they get in gear and working as a well oiled machine

Location/Service This place is located within a newly built plaza extension. It's in the same spot with Petite Colline and Fresh Burger. Parking is quite limited cause the plaza isn't big - I believe there is some underground parking available. Interior decor is pretty standard - with their black background and white/bright lightning - very consistent with the other locations. Staff were nice and orders were done very quickly, really appreciate that speed! Drink I dropped by and got their Pearl Latte with Brown Sugar, regular size ($5.20). The drink itself was exactly what I envisioned - smooth milk and with the warm brown sugar at the bottom that puts a nice kick to the taste. The pearl was also soft and easy to chew on. I like the convenience of the location - as it's really accessible to the people working within the office buildings. Definitely like the option of having more selections around the block!

This Kung fu tea is located in a business area with other restaurants. Seems like it was built specifically for workers at the local business as you have to go into a private road to get there. Usually I like Kung fu tea but at this location, the teas were just super weak and watered down. Service: They seemed decently busy and were quick so that was nice. Pearl milk tea - the pearls were pretty average, good chew and light sweetness but the milk tea itself was bad. It tasted like watered down milk, absolutely no tea flavor at all. We decided to steep our own tea leaves to improve it ourselves once we got home (1/5). Jin xuan oolong milk tea - this one had a hint of oolong but was super heavy on the milk. Almost like drinking honey milk (which to be far is great if that's what you want) with a very, very subtle oolong tea flavor. At least this one had tea flavor - 3/5. Price: Here's the problem, this costs easily 5-6$ for a large and if you're going to call it pearl milk tea and I only get 2 of 3 ingredients, it's hard to give it a good score.

It was our first time coming to this location. Clean and nice. Friendly staff and service was very fast. We ordered Honey Green Tea. We were surprised.

Their pearls are soggy and overcooked. Will stop going to this location. Very disappointed.

Small bubbletea shop that also serves pastries and Filipino meals…read more Their standout offering, of course, is the bubbletea. The tea is loose-leaf, so is elevated from the typical bubbletea. But it's the tapioca that really makes the drink shine with how fresh and bouncy they are. For a tea shop, this place also has really good food. Tried the scones and they were super buttery, very flavourful, and were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like all great scones. We also got some Filipino meals - the lechon kawali and lumpia super crispy, the bangsilog had a good portion size for the price, and the halo-halo was refreshing. Place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a couple of small tables to sit 4. Service is friendly. Tea offerings are extensive. Worth a drop-by.

Walking in, there's a great amount of cakes, cookies, and drinks. Cookies: The matcha white chocolate cookie was freshly made. Quite soft and delicious. Reasonably sized cookie. Yema cake: It was my first time having the Yema cake so I was looking forward to try it. I got the ube flavour and a soft chiffon cake texture. It wasn't too sweet and was perfect for a nice small dessert. The staff were friendly and the service was good. It's too bad there's limited seating as it would be great to dine-in. I definitely want to come back to try out their drinks!
