    Classic Bubble Milk Tea

One of my go to bubble tea spots in the city! Kung Fu Tea is a pretty well known chain but the milk tea is so good - also have a huge ment to choose from so everyone can find a drink they enjoy! The owner of this location was working when I went and he was so kind and helpful - I could definitely tell how much he cared about this place and the customers that he would handcraft drinks for! They also have a really good rewards program where you don't have to redeem points for drinks (unlike most bubble tea places), you can also get cool merch! I would love to rep bubble tea merch any day!

I've been visiting this location since the first week they opened in December, dunno why it took me this long to write a review. Great service at this location. When I asked for recommended selections, the barista offered me a plethora of options. Their Oolong Milk Tea (a wednesday special) is AMAZING. Its 3.99 large size on Wednesdays. I ordered the hot with standard sugar level and I am literally in heaven. It's too cold outside. This is perfect. They have free secure wifi inside too, really great location for studying. It's relatively empty since not a lot of people know about this location yet, so you will always have a place to sit.

Review Highlights - Kung Fu Tea

Seems like a pretty good location since there's no bubble tea location directly in Yorkville at the moment.

But it's the tapioca that really makes the drink shine with how fresh and bouncy they are. For a tea shop, this place also has really good food. Tried the scones and they were super buttery, very flavourful, and were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside like all great scones. We also got some Filipino meals - the lechon kawali and lumpia super crispy, the bangsilog had a good portion size for the price, and the halo-halo was refreshing. Place is mainly a takeout spot, but there are a couple of small tables to sit 4. Service is friendly. Tea offerings are extensive. Worth a drop-by.

Walking in, there's a great amount of cakes, cookies, and drinks. Cookies: The matcha white chocolate cookie was freshly made. Quite soft and delicious. Reasonably sized cookie. Yema cake: It was my first time having the Yema cake so I was looking forward to try it. I got the ube flavour and a soft chiffon cake texture. It wasn't too sweet and was perfect for a nice small dessert. The staff were friendly and the service was good. It's too bad there's limited seating as it would be great to dine-in. I definitely want to come back to try out their drinks!
