The service: Waited about 15-20 min with only one couple ahead of us who ordered 2 drinks. Friendly staff though! The vibe: Laid back, artsy, & fun. Lots of seating, free art supplies & games, etc. Some were studying while others were hanging out gaming. It's very cozy. The boba: I ordered oreo wow with milk strike (lactose & caffeine free) for the 1st time. I always try something new & this drink is a new top 3 for sure! Perfect sweetness, loaded with boba, & plenty of oreo, definitely a 5/5! Paid about $5.50 with tax. Overall, great spot to hangout & treat yourself in the late evening. Good drinks, good vibes. Love that they have vegan, caffeine free, & lactose feee options!

Our family favorite spot! Besides the amazing drinks, we come here to hang out and play their free board games and do some coloring with the kids. They also have a mini selections of snacks for you to purchase. The best part? You can bring your own food and eat there! Their layout is huge and open for hangouts, and they even host events there sometime! The staffs are also very friendly. Go, you won't regret it!

I've just been trying to find more interesting drinks lately. I tried the milk tea today. It's got a nice and strong tea flavor. They're definitely going legit here. It's not just Lipton from a can here. I like the ease of use he app. I think I'll come back more often. I'm much more of a coffee guy. But I can mix it up for something this good.

A bubble tea place that's pretty spacious, with tables and couches. A hang out spot where you can drink, eat and play games. They do sell separate snacks than what is on their menu. There is a $10 minimum when using a credit/debit card. 4/5

02/08/20; First time having Kungfu Tea in Media and got my typical milk tea with Oreo & Boba!

4 drinks $32 including tip. Drive 14 miles to get here. Screw this.

It feels like a hip bar, but could easily be a work spot (with free WiFi!) and they have Jenga and cards and blocks for kids.

There is a reason this place has been opened in Chinatown for many years…read more They have great selection of bubble tea and other drink, and small snack that fills you up, the service was quick and food comes out fast, the location is in the center of Chinatown and inside it have plenty of seat for you to sit down if you aren't going for take out. The milk tea taste delicious, the lychee slush is also delicious, but what really is delicious is the popcorn chicken, I opted for the garlic and it's full of flavor, taste fresh and full of seasoning. Price is good. I would go back again

More like a 2.5 but I'll round up to a 3…read more Went here during a big Chinatown festival and was surprised it was pretty empty. Ordered a mango boba tea half sugar low ice, plus popcorn chicken and sausages to go. The boba tea was just standard boiled boba with no extra sweetness or infusion. If you like less sweet drinks this might work for you, but it felt pretty plain. They also use powdered flavoring instead of fresh fruit, which brings it down a notch. Food was better. Definitely Taiwanese street food style. The popcorn chicken had that classic crispy coating and seasoning, just a bit toned down in flavor. Same with the sausage, slightly sweet and savory but not as bold as I expected. Portions were very generous though, you get a lot for the price. Service was the main issue. The staff, who seemed like the owner, was very short and came off rude. I saw it happen to the people in front of me too, so I kept it quick and did not ask many questions. The space itself is also kind of dark and gloomy, but it is quiet if you want to sit and talk. Even though I ordered everything to go, it was not really acknowledged. When my food was ready, the owner actually came up and almost took my order away as if it was not mine. I had to stop him and point out each item line by line on my receipt to prove it was my order because he forgot. I understand food theft happens, but it made the whole interaction feel really awkward and uncomfortable. They also only give small brown paper sandwich bags for takeout, so if you have a bigger order, bring your own bag. Overall, I would come back for the food if I am craving Taiwanese street snacks, but skip the boba and definitely stick to takeout.
