This place is amazing. My husband and I are big fans of bubble tea and tried it for the first time about 2 months ago. It's not inexpensive but the quality is great. I've even gotten the steamed pork but and it was pretty decent. The staff is also super friendly both when we call and go in person. The restaurant itself is very cute and welcoming. The interior space is cute! The staff is pretty friendly as well. Only two types of bubbles were available which was disappointing, taro and black sesame. The taro bubbles were SUPER sweet and sugary. I thought I had a sweet tooth, but wow, these were SWEET! I ordered 25% sugar in my OneZo milk tea anticipating how sweet the bubbles would be (you can sample them!) and to balance the super sweet bubbles with the less sweet tea. What a cute bubble tea place! The decor is modern, not overwhelming, open space concept. They have LOTS of bubble tea options, and I love Oolong tea- which they have. Cute small place to get a cup of bubble tea and relax. They serve both hot and cold bubble tea and you can also buy light food that you can see them making from behind a glass. Nice sitting area that feels like a small living room lounge. It can be had to find if you are no familiar with the area as the gps might take you from behind the building. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to us, and checked in with us often to see if we needed anything too. I cannot get enough bubble tea, so I was really excited when I found out OneZo was coming to town. The atmosphere was awesome. It had a laid back, relaxed modern feel to it, with a nice seating area to socialize with your friends over some tea. The staff was extremely friendly, and they helped me decide on a drink. The service was also very fast. I got the OneZo Milk Tea with Honey Boba (50% sweetness), and it was delicious. I don't like my bubble tea too sweet, and 50% sweetness had a smooth slightly sweet flavor. The honey boba also added a tinge of sweetness which was awesome. They had a ton of other items on the menu, and I really like that their boba is made in house. It makes it that much fresher. I'll definitely be coming back here. read more

I have been to Tsaocaa. I have been to Kung Fu Tea. I think West Chester has some really great options but OneZo is the best. Not only is it more affordable (about 75 cents to a dollar cheaper than comparable drinks at the other stores), but the boba is sooooo good. Everyone does the regular bobs. These guys make their boba fresh every day. They have taro, black sesame, and strawberry boba and they will let you sample them all!! Surprisingly the strawberry boba is my favorite, and I absolutely LOVE taro and black sesame, so that's saying something. Staff is super friendly. Fast Wi-Fi. Good seating. Loyalty card program. I get boba once a week and will most definitely be back. One more thing: no gross paper straws that disintegrate when you're halfway through your drink. Apparently theirs are wheat straws so they're still biodegradable but they are much sturdier. Can't really ask for anything more from a bubble tea shop. Happy drinking. read more

I think they have a good vibe going but could probably use some more seating, like a couple small tables for couples or small groups. Great service, the person at the register was so helpful finding a drink and topping since it was my first time there. I got to sample a few of the toppings because I've never seen black sesame boba before or honey boba. They were out of the brown sugar boba so I had to get something else or wait 15 mins. He also offered us a free sample of black sesame boba (which has never happened in all my 25+ years of bubble tea experience) to make sure we would be satisfied before ordering. The texture of the boba was uniquely QQ and full in size, not what you will get in a typical chain. The amount of boba was also very generous. The only constructive feedback I can offer is that I ordered a matcha milk tea but it tasted more like green milk tea. My companions were very happy with the flavor of their drinks. Staff stands by their product, and so do we. We will definitely return the next time we're in the area. read more

This is the best bubble tea in West Chester! Period. You've tried the rest now try the best! I've had a few flavors now including the taro, lychee, and regular black milk teas and they were all excellent. The only small nitpick was that the tarp flavor wasn't very strong and was a little overpowered by the sugar. However the boba they have more than made up for it. I don't know how they do it but these bubbles are literally the perfect consistency. Not to chewy or bouncy. It's hard to describe unless you try for your self:). Run! don't walk to OneZo. I really love boba tea and I'm so happy OneZo opened here! This is a cute little strip mall but it's been overdue for some new businesses. OneZo is cute inside and always very clean. They've put a lot of work into making it a welcoming space and it shows. Everyone on the staff is always super kind and helpful and nothing ever takes long at all. Parking lot with plenty of space, you don't have to fight for street parking like in town! What really sets them apart are their boba balls. They make them fresh on site and you can taste the difference. Their sweetness scale is slightly different than others I've had, I'd go up a step from regular sweetness if you're the kind of person who likes things sweet. best boba ever! most places when they say they have "flavored boba" it's either the popping boba or a jelly texture like the clear boba (which i also love but is not as good). this place however does it right. all their flavors are made with tapioca so all their boba has the slimey chewy texture that i crave! they make their boba homemade and it's so yummy, their tea also tastes great. i used to go to tsaocaa in west chester which is also a great boba place (do not go to kung fu tea they are big corporate business), but this is my new go to spot for boba and there's also parking unlike the places in town.
