    BUBBLE MILK TEA, MEDIUM
    Brenda J.

It takes unique taste buds to enjoy this cold milk bubble tea. It caught me off guard. It reminded me of instant tea we had in the 70s mixed with milk. Then you get surprises with large pieces of tapioca that taste like tea flavored gummies. I'll come back to try same flavor but HOT. I'm not knocking this. It's worth the experience.

KF Milk Tea and KF Oolong Milk Tea are always a stable but the new Yogurt Green Tea paired with Nata Jelly is honestly the best

I've been drinking KFT since I was a freshman in high school and when they only have one location at philadelphia chinatown. You can't go wrong with KFT as if it's one of the most famous franchises for bubble tea. Now it's closer to my house I am loving it even more

Very good tea I've tried multiple drinks from this place. Very good customer service very friendly staff.

Been to this location a few times now and they always seem to be pretty consistent. The place is pretty large (for a bubble tea shop in this area) and clean. There's usually two workers. They're a little slow, but that's probably because they're still getting the hang of things. One drink that I tried here was the Rosehip Milk Tea, it's not very sweet, the strength of the floral taste isn't overpowering (which is great, because some places have a very strong floral flavor), and it's a bit tart. I'm not a big fan of it because I like getting something sweet when I get bubble tea, but if you don't like sweet things, then I would recommend the Rosehip Milk Tea.

Avocado kani, Pop Corn chicken & Honey Milk Tea

Today was a little busier than usual. This is my 2nd time coming and the sauce in the pop corn chicken was sooo little today. So stingy in the sauce for the popcorn chicken. Also - it appears you cannot purchase popcorn chicken thru the app. You can only purchase some of the appetizers and the drinks. I'm not exactly sure why so I had to wait a lot longer as opposed to being able to buy ahead of time. The bubble tea is as expected delicious tho and the service is decent.

All of the drinks I've tried so far have been great. My favorites are the milk cap drinks. Their food is great too!

The music is great, the energy is welcoming, and the staff truly makes the experience special. Azlyn makes the coffee, and she is so caring, kind, and focused. I love seeing young people who take pride in their work. she's a sweetheart and always professional. And then there's Rachel; my girl, the Biscuit Pusher . She's a ray of sunshine with such great customer service. She remembers me every time, and her energy is just unmatched. I might have to get her a pin that says Biscuit Pusher because she owns that title! The cashiers are friendly, management is attentive, and they genuinely want you to have a great experience. If there's ever an issue, they fix it right away. Tara, the owner, is amazing. Even when she's busy, she makes it a point to check on guests and ask how everything is going. She makes suggestions to make your biscuit sandwich selection go to another level. That level of engagement goes a long way. The quality of the biscuit is always on point. My only issue is that they tend to fall apart when you try to pick them up. I usually have to eat mine with a fork because they crumble so easily. I'd love if they could adjust the texture just a bit so they hold together better. If they did, they'd be perfect! If you haven't gone yet, get there. Let me know how your experience was. I'd love to hear.

We were looking for a fast-casual breakfast spot on the way to graduation and this spot fit the bill perfectly. As we waited in line, we were asked if we wanted any pre-made biscuits added to our order. We each went with a lemon blueberry biscuit and my sister had a cinnamon roll biscuit. We munched on these as we waited for our actual meal (also biscuits) to come out. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and my sister had the jammy sammy which was basically a PB&J on a biscuit. We were both really pleased with our options and the experience as a whole. The pricing was reasonable and the food was hot and fresh. Just knocking off one star because though we had access to lot parking, it was pretty packed and hard to find parking.

It's been such a welcome addition to the Ambler coffee scene since it opened a few years back. I've been a long time Backyard Beans devotee, but Wake has the better beans and general quality. I've gotten a number of their drinks over the years, but my favorite is still a classic cappuccino with oat milk (they've also got macadamia nut milk as the other vegan/dairy free option). For tea lattes, I would pick their matcha over their chai. They used to have a number of pricier but very tasty specialty lattes for the holidays, but this year (2025) it seems like they've streamlined their menu. The Tall Man got his capp with their peppermint mocha syrup, though, and found it delicious. I got a vanilla steamer as a treat for my little one, and it came with a little cinnamon dusted tree. They've expanded their food options and now have a bunch of pastries (muffins, croissants, etc) as well as hot sandwiches and toasts. I didn't see gluten free baked goods, but they have gluten free bread! The brand they use is quite good (if you like sunflower seeds, which I do), but the slices are on the small side - so when I got the Early Bird breakfast sandwich, the filling was positively spilling over the sides. At least they didn't skimp on that! Adding the garlic aioli made it just that much better. The coffee shop is in a cool little converted auto shop right across the street from the SEPTA train station. They've got a number of small tables and longer shared tables, making for a great place to meet up or grab a morning drink. Some folks do cowork there, but it can get quite crowded on the weekends and holidays. High chairs available for the little ones. There's not much parking in their lot, but there is street parking as well as parking at the train station. I'll be back again and again!

While it was crowded we were waited on quickly and had service that was attentive but not overbearing. We started with cinnamon rolls that were perfectly soft and warm and came with a side of extra icing, which was a really nice touch. For lunch I had shrimp and grits. The flavor was good and presentation was nice. The shrimp were small, but there was a generous amount which helped offset the size. The space is open and has a nice mix of tables and booths. There are a lot of large windows, and it was freezing on the day we went so the restaurant interior was also freezing. They do have a fireplace, which is a nice touch, but didn't help with warmth. Overall this is a great spot with a wide variety of food options and would be ideal for families. Food: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Value: 4/5 Ambiance: 3/5

Both the Nashville spicy honey wrap and the chicken pesto panini hit the spot. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely go for the Nashville wrap again. We enjoyed a wonderful brunch, and I'd be keen on coming back again.
