General Tso's Tofu
Three G.

I really like this restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy, with unique appropriate decor but not cluttered. The service is good, very atentative. The prices are fair. There is never usually a wait. But what I love the most is the food. It is rare for me to find a place that has so many options for a vegetarian. My favorite is the general Tso tofu. But the dumplings here are also pretty good. I always stop by here for dinner when I am in town!

We absolutely enjoyed every single bite!! We were in town for some Miller Training and were so happy when we found this place. The staff was super friendly, the found came out fast and hot! Every thing was delicious. I needed a second stomach so I could just keep eating. Wish we had one in Connecticut.

Sheba and I were attending a movie marathon at The Colonial Theater across the street from this restaurant. We had an hour for dinner, so we needed something quick. We decided to check out Dim Sum Court and we are very glad we did. The restaurant is in a narrow space, which they've made warm and contemporary- feel with a horizontal wood paneling. There were probably 15-20 mix of 2 and 4 to tables, with the center column packed closely enough that walking between tables is impossible. The restaurant was bustling and people were enjoying their meals. Noisy in a good way. We arrived just before the dinner rush, were seated promptly and our orders taken. Sheba ordered the Orange Chicken. I had the Mongolian Beef. Both were served maybe 15 minutes after we ordered, still piping hot from the kitchen. Well prepared, good portion sizes, tasty! Our check was presented 15 minutes later, we paid and graded back across the street with time to spare. By the time we left people were waiting inside and outside the restaurant. Not surprised at all. It was a great meal. We'll definitely be back.

XLB looks good, lots of juice, but flavorless...

I only ordered delivery from here, so this review is only for their food. I ordered XLB, wonton soup and stir fried boc choy, so the review is only based on these 3 items. Their XLB arrived intact, with lots of juice inside, which was a good sign. Unfortunately the good kinda stopped right here. Although the XLB is juicy, the flavor was lacking. It's bland and the meat quality was meh ~ then the wontons in the wonton soup were pretty bad. The skin was way too thick and the amount of meat inside was sad and flavor was not there either. Their boc choy was also bland and very very oily. After eating this meal, my stomach was feeling weird all night. Not saying that I got food poisoning from here, but definitely their food did not agree with my stomach.

I keep coming back and this is hands down my favorite restaurant in Phoenixville! Service is great, food is amazing and you can never beat byo! Ordered a lot of the same dishes plus two new items that I would highly recommend. Ordered the crab meat fried rice and steamed crab meat pork soup dumplings. 10/10 for both dishes! The crab meat soup dumplings were my favorite. The broth was amazing! The other dishes we reordered were sesame chicken, beef chow fun, and crispy tofu. 5 dishes between 3 people for $76 (before tip). Great deal, big portions and amazing flavors!

I love this place! I've had more authentic dim sum food... but for places in this area, Dim Sum Court is by far the best. Their sesame balls and soup dumplings are divine!

We went here from my niece's recommendation. The food was delish, loved the dim sum!!! We had the steamed pork soup dumplings and chicken dumplings, crab Rangoon, shrimp fried rice, scallion pancakes , fried chicken wings and stir fried beef . The peach boba tea was delish as well. The service and environment was very nice and inviting. We walked along the Main Street afterwards. A nice location

The food here was insanely good! I will definitely be coming back. The servers were so kind and attentive as well.

Pork and Shrimp Shumai

Overall, a solid range of dim sum options plus typical Chinese dishes. Pork soup dumplings aren't as flavorful as Chinatown but skin is thin and flavor is good enough and satisfying if you have a craving. Highlights: - sauteed chinese broccoli with garlic: decent portion, perfectly cooked, good flavor - pork & shrimp shumai: 4 pieces of plump, juicy shumai, decent flavor - beef scallion pancake: needs a bit more hoisin sauce but overall yummy sandwich wrap style with hearty portions of sliced beef Less enthused: - pork soup dumplings: the soup was lacking a bit I'd something but with dumpling sauce and hot chili oil, still hits the spot - brisket beef noodle soup: the broth seemed a bit watery but hearty portion of noodles, beef, veggies/herbs and broth Parking: in the downtown area of Phoenixville so note that it's street parking or metered lot parking. Definitely call to make reservations as it's a small place and gets busy. Kid friendly.

Shanghai Stir Fried Noodle ($14)

3.5 stars for our first experience. Greeted with all smiles on our way in. Seated quickly. This interior is a very well lit space. Almost too much with the bright lights they use, but better than too dark. Take-out menus handed to us, which is fine. Just not very classy if I'm being honest. I actually grabbed on on the way in for home, so it was comical to see the same menus on our table. Pretty extensive menu with very reasonable pricing. For starters, we ordered the Seaweed Salad. It lacked that sesame flavor and was soaked in some sort of liquid. Decent taste, but not a great start. I didn't finish them nor did my wife. For the meal, we ordered the Singapore noodles, which were delicious. A bit skimpy on the serving for $14, so I would not recommend trying to share just one noodle dish. It was gone in no time. A couple pieces of shrimp, more chicken than anything. Still quite good. Also ordered the Steamed Pork Soup dumplings and Shanghai Pan Fried Pork dumplings. The steamed came out first and those were for my wife, but I tried one and it was flavorful. I don't have much experience with these, but not overly filled with soup, but a more paste-like soup if that makes sense. I enjoyed them very much. Sadly, after about 10 minutes, we were out of food and the Shanghai dumplings never showed up. I was content, so did not want to try and force them in the belly. They were on the bill (our order was taken precisely), and quickly removed. No actual apology, but it wasn't our server. No problem. Will look to try them the next visit.

Chicken dumplings

Located in lively phoenixville this is a great restraunt. Ambience is just about ok and service could have been better but they make up for it with their food. The chicken dumplings were nice and tasteful. Thin wrap around the meat, had some dry edges which we just discarded. Pork soup dumplings were amazing, tried them with their sauce and it was umami goodness. Kung Pao Shrimp was a little dissapointing as it was low on taste and we will give it 6/10. The star of the day was Singapore Rice noodles. Loved the spices and the way it was cooked. Again a perfect dish in itself.

A dim sum place in Bethlehem PA? Yes, and probably the only one afaik…read more I was up here visiting friends and they took me to try this newer place. It's small and probably less than 14 ppl can dine here at one time. Also, dim sum is ordered on a small menu. But what I had was authentic and very tasty! I had roast pork buns, corn and chicken dumplings, pork steamed rice roll, and beef noodle soup. The first three were excellent, while the beef noodle soup was unfortunately just average. The main problem with the soup was the broth was too watery imho and the noodles were too firm and tasted like instant noodles. The beef was tender and good at least. My friend had the pork soup dumplings and said they were good. I'll try those next time. She also had the shrimp wonton noodle soup and that also looked good. I tried the bok choy in the soup and the bok choy was terrific. Overall, this place is pretty legit when it comes to the dim sum, but the beef noodle soup can be skipped. But hopefully they'll improve that part. The soup is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. But it's a strong 4 to 4.5 stars at least.

My brother and I stopped in for lunch for the first time this past Friday. With the cold air settling in and snow on the way, it was the perfect day for hot soup and dim sum. We shared a selection of dishes, including sui mai king (plump, open-topped dumplings filled with shrimp), corn and chicken dumplings, delicate soup dumplings, pork buns filled with sweet, tender pork, and a shrimp steamed rice roll. After we finished the dim sum dishes, we moved onto the noodles. I ordered the beef noodle soup, and my brother went with the shrimp wonton noodles. All the food was fresh and flavorful, the owner was warm and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. Our entire meal came to under $55.

From the moment you walk in the door, the wait staff take great care of you. They make sure you are happy with your table, your order, and experience overall. So helpful and friendly. That makes all the difference. The food is delicious. In the past we've had hot tea to drink and it is always a great choice. Over the years we've had many appetizers, but the pork and chive dumplings and all the soup dumplings are our favorite. We love crafting our own dipping sauces using the 4 different options on the table (dumpling sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce). Yum! We've also had many meals over the year, but our favorite is the lunch meal deal. This includes a smaller meal portion over rice for a lunch price. It keeps us coming back for lunch year after year! The chicken with garlic sauce is my absolute favorite. My husband mixes it up a lot, but he really enjoyed his orange chicken this time. One time we came for dinner with a large group and the servers took such good care of us. They even provided a chop-stick tool and guided demonstration for the kids with us. It was so sweet! The decor is warm, inviting, and appropriate for the dim sum menu. The dinning area and bathrooms are always clean. We love Tom's Dim Sum, and we know you will, too! See you next time!
