Fast delivery and the food was still hot and packed with care. We had shrimp with broccoli and cashew chicken. Both meals were delicious and large portions. The only thing I would change would be to make the chicken a bit more spicy. Good place for Chinese take out or delivery. read more

One of the very few Chinese restaurants OPEN on a Monday! I ordered the wonton soup which was ok, the General Tsos Chicken with white rice, which was nicely spiced and the rice was sticky which I love. I also got the steamed dumplings. They were also just ok. This is not the best Chinese food I have had but it worked for a quick dinner. I had enough to pack away for lunch tomorrow. The soup was nice on a very cold winter day. The restaurant was not busy at all since I was between meals time wise but they had a good amount of seating. The staff was friendly and efficient which the seating area was fully accessible. Overall the food was ok, nothing to "write home about". read more

We ordered takeout from Great Wall and the results were mixed. The wonton soup was underwhelming. While the wontons themselves were delicious, the broth lacked color and flavor. I had a shrimp egg roll which was perfectly crispy and not too oily, and my husband had good things to say about his pork egg roll as well. For an entree, I had Kung Pao chicken, which came with fried rice. The rice was good, solid flavor, but the pork in the rice was extremely dry. The same goes for the main event. The sauce on the chicken was a good mix of hot and sweet, but it was over breaded and the chicken inside was dry to the point that some pieces were inedible. Perhaps some of their other entrees are better, but this meal was a bit of a disappointment. Probably closer to 2.5 stars than 3 read more

This is good old fashion Chinese Takeout. I adore the place. It isn't fancy, but food always taste good. The Singapore noodles are the best around. The prices have stayed reasonable, and the service is quick and friendly. When i moved into the area 5 years ago i tried 5 or 6 places within striking distance and Great Wall won hands down. read more

The food had no flavor I had delivery and was disappointed. With a lot of of other choices in the area, I would skip this business.

Ordered simply because there was absolutely nowhere else to order off Grubhub. Sad suburban life. Anyway it was okay. The lo mein wasn't the best but it got the job done. I found the wonton soup great. I wasn't expecting a huge container and it was only $3.60. Winning. Lo mein was just weird. Felt over cooked and it was a weird color lol. Edible. Whatever. Thank you! read more

Haven't ate there in years tried it again today safe to say they still got it! Must try, incredible food and the nicest owners!

I got food poisoning from these people and I reported it to the manager and she got very hostile and rude with me and told me all of her food is fresh and that I was lying. I had also made a review on Google as well I have seen that other people have said they had gotten food poisoning as well from this place. Stay away from here and go to Rice House over in the Redners shopping center. Just giving a heads up and if you look at the reviews, you will see I am not the only one. They used to be great quality than they became mediocre and then they gave me food poisoning. read more

Never disappoints! I moved back to the area after living in nyc for 25 years (where I was spoiled by having many many Chinese restaurant choices). I was so pleased to discover Great Wall literally up the road from my house. Consistently solid - affordable and traditionally prepared Chinese Takeout!! Family owned and operated. I especially love their "quart sized" menu section Check them out ! read more

Sorry but this was probably the worst Chinese we have ever had. Thought we'd try something new. The egg foo young was in a regular cardboard Chinese container with thick gelatinous gravy mixed in with it. Never have we had it soaked in gravy. Separate it at least! Just all around bad. Oh well. read more

This is the worst Chinese restaurant we have ever ordered from. The food had no flavor at all, none, nada, zip!!!!! The chicken tasted like it was boiled and then squeezed what flavor was left. (Chicken with cashews Poo-poo for two was almost all breading with ,again, very bland chicken and shrimp. The beef was so tough we couldn't stop chewing and chewing with a burnt rib. Chicken rice soup had lettuce in it!!! Lettuce???? Never again, never!!!! read more

Nothing fancy just really good Chinese food at a very reasonable price! All in all, I'd recommend eating here without a doubt.

Our group of four had a sudden Chinese food craving when in the area and our take-out experience here was beyond disappointing. Out of the three entrees that we got, not even one was a good one. Our order consisted of the all-classic kung-pao chicken, eggplant with garlic sauce, and chicken and broccoli. Our food was ready in just fifteen minutes which was nice and appreciated since we were all starving. The Kung-pao chicken looked very promising in its plastic container but the taste was seriously lacking. We asked for this dish to be made spicy and not only did it lack spice, but it lacked flavor in general. The eggplant wasn't quite appetizing in appearance and the taste was rather peculiar. It was kind of sweet which we did not expect. Lastly, the chicken and broccoli. Although this was the most flavorful of the three dishes, that isn't saying much. The steamed broccoli was prepared well and it came with a decent amount of chicken, but the taste was very underwhelming. I won't be getting take-out from here again due to the disappointing food. I love Chinese food so hopefully I won't have an experience as poor as this one ever again. read more

Four Seasons was very good. I was glad to learn they don't add bamboo or water chestnuts (my enemies) which means more room for broccoli! ;) The sauce they use is much lighter than you'll find in most other Chinese take outs; not thick and gloopy. Egg rolls...the less I say, the better. Wonton soup was acceptable - they offer a large kind of dried noodle to accompany the soup that I've never seen before. Ribs were outstanding. Great size, meaty, moist, unburned, with a slight smoky flavor. Best I've had from a Chinese take out in recent memory. Look forward to returning to try additional dishes. read more

Our go to for Chinese takeout in Collegeville. Have never been disappointed. They accommodate special requests too!

Good Chinese food for the price. Delivery was prompt and exactly what we ordered. We will likely order from here again.

Lunch Special： Hunan Chicken +hot and sour soup Great Chinese Food, very Americanized. Always order to-gos on the way back home and have it whatching korean drama! Perfect read more

I love this place - for the price you pay you get more than most other places. Their combinations come with fried rice, an Eggroll, and a can of soda. The food has never felt to heavy to me and the portions are generous. read more

Not good. Lunch special had all the right ingredients, but didn't go well together. I've used them before via Doordash and have always disappointed. Search for a better place. read more

Worst Chinese food I've ever had!! Chicken was tough and very salty, egg rolls were horrendous, pork fried rice-so so. I wouldn't have even given the 1 star but only way to leave this review (warning). read more

Such great food & people! So yummy and our family's go to Chinese food. The general tso's chicken and steamed dumplings are the best!

Your standard Chinese American fare, nothing special, but they cover this well. Very unassuming for eat-in, we order carry-out since it is our nearest Chinese option short of the Szechuan restaurants many more miles away. We usually go for Buddha Delight, Chicken Curry, Hot-and-Sour soup, Beef with Scallion. A solid choice for the items you're probably accustomed to. read more

Excellent, authentic American-Chinese food. I'd recommend the lunch and dinner specials as you get more food than most people can finish. Don't let the interior deter you from eating at this hidden Collegevill gem! read more

Excellent food and great service. This is the only Chinese food I will eat in and around Collegeville. Yes the dinning area is a bit outdated but who cares it's the food that matters and who eats at a Chinese restaurant anyway. I will continue to go here especially for the dinner combination platters you can't beat that deal anywhere! read more

I hope you like broccoli because they will add a ton of it as filler. Hunan shrimp dinner was 5 pieces of shrimp and a ton of hard broccoli. Oh, there was one carrot, a half of baby corn and a piece of green pepper. Not sure what happened cause Hunan beef wasn't like this. read more

Best restaurant in PA, highly recommend the pork dumplings. Clean, great service, fast, and great food. Love this place, cannot wait to go back. read more

I have been going to this place for the last 15 years and have always enjoyed anything we would get. however recently the quality of the food has gone down. Today we ordered five dinner items the eggrolls did not taste good at all almost like they were bad We ended up not eating them and throwing them away. The crispy noodles are soft as if they were also bad or stale I guess it's time to find a new place for our takeout. read more

We just moved here and this place was a pleasant surprise. Dont let the interior decor fool you.. the food was awesome.. i said spicy and finally someone listened didnt even need the hot oil i requested for the side. The only disappointment was the breading on the shrimp and chx from the pupu planter.. it was like pancake batter.. i was expecting more of a tempura.. regardless this place i can see us going back to they are quick straightforward and friendly read more

I ordered the vegetable egg foo yung and it was awesome. Less than 7 bucks and portion was huge. Cook/counter guy was friendly. I recommend if you're in the Collegeville area. Also, if you're seriously going to complain about the 'decor' crawl out from that rock you've been living under. You don't go somewhere like this to eat if you're looking for an ambiance; it's is a fricken take out Chinese place. It's supposed to be tacky. read more

This Chinese is just okay for me. I've also tried so many Chinese restaurants over the years that I've had really good and I'm picky. I've only done take out. I feel like the food is very plain tasting and lacking in flavor. It's not gross at ALL, It just doesn't do anything fit neatly The sesame chicken is okay, definitely not the worst I've had but not the best, the fried rice is yellow which I don't like for some reason. There crab rangoons are pretty good. Won ton soup is okay. The chips that come with the soup are one of my favorite things but they're not good here at all. Good Chinese food in Collegeville is hard to find. read more

If you are craving some classic American-ized Chinese takeout, Great Wall fits the bill. We ordered takeout on a Monday - took about 20 minutes to be prepared. There were no surprises - the General Tso's combination dinner (chicken, fried rice, egg roll and soda) and the shrimp and mixed vegetables (served w/ white rice) were exactly what we expected and ordered. Big portions, lots of rice, all the extras (fortune cookies, sauces, fried wontons, etc.) We did not dine in, however the interior looked fine - certainly not pristine, but I probably wouldn't hesitate to eat there. My only complaint is that they do not have brown rice - only white and fried - and they do not offer delivery. I also wish they offered soup with their combination dinners, instead of the soda, but the cashier was very clear that was not an option. read more

Like the Chinese but I feel the food is best when you dine in vs getting take out for some reason. Really like their mu shu. It's a lot of food so it's definitely something you could share with others. read more

Wish it was possible to give Zero Stars. Ordered two entrees for takeout and we threw out both entrees within minutes. Chewy chicken, unappetizing smell and taste. There isn't great Chinese food in Collegeville area so perhaps other who reviewed don't know good Chinese. Place was also oddly set up and the cleanliness left much to be desired. This is the 1st one star review I've ever given, so I'm not normally a negative reviewer. Just a terrible experience read more

Nice place! Good food and pretty cheap, good portion sizes. Went with a friend and enjoyed our time here

Very sub par Chinese food. Went there twice and both times the lunch food was questionably gone bad. The lady at the counter was nice each time but the food quality I'm sorry to say is not one for repeat customers. read more

I've been going to Great Wall for years. I think the husband and wife there are the nicest people, always pleasant and friendly. I don't eat in the dining room because I don't like the smell of the fryers, but that's not a knock on them (I'm just weird that way). So always take out and you won't be disappointed. Ingredients seem fresh and food is cooked well. General Tso's is my pick. Also get the boneless spare ribs, which are actual ribs that they cut the meat from the bone into long strips. Very good without the mess. You get a cold can of soda with each take out combo too. read more

Love this place, best Chinese in the Collegeville area. The dinner combinations are an incredible deal, egg roll, soda, and dinner for about $8.00 you can't beat it. Food is excellent and the owners are great people! I will continue to make this my choice for Chinese Food in the area! read more

Great local place for takeout run by a really nice family. Prices are good...food tastes great.

It's a small place looks to be family owned. We take out from here all the time. I like it a lot. The people are friendly and the food is good. I really like the wings. I get the Lo mein a lot and dumplings. It's a regular take out and I recommend this place. read more

If you're looking for your typical Americanized Chinese takeout/rarely eat in Restaurant, this is the place. And I mean that in a positive way. We've always enjoyed what we get: vegetable egg roll, vegetable dumplings, fried pork dumplings, fried noodles, and sometimes General Tso's chicken. One time the order of Tso's chicken was served with what must've been Mexican yellow rice and peas. So funny I wasn't even mad. The man upfront is very nice but I think the food usually takes longer that stated over the phone, but the food is very consistent. If I could give it 3.5 stars I would. More than 3, but doesn't feel like a 4. Better food than Wegmans food bar that is nearby. Not as good as the PF Chang's up in the Providence town Center, but The Great Wall is super convenient. read more
