My favorite bubble tea spot in the area! Perfectly chewy boba, delicious milk tea, and great service. They also have yummy bubble waffles.

I went with a typical boba drink, the brown sugar milk tea with boba and my husband went with the lychee tea with jelly. We didn't know what kind of jelly they use for the lychee drink, and staff were nice to offer us a taste. Both drinks were good but the lychee was a bit floral tasting. They only offer 1 size, which are tall yet slim. Coincidentally, a big national chain boba place is just around the corner, but we wanted to try a more local place.

Update: bubble tea still great, but also wanted to add that Tsaocaa now sells egg waffles! They are listed as Hong Kong egg waffles availale in four flavors: Original, Cocoa, Matcha, and Oreo. I tried both the Original and Cocoa, and both were great. They had a soft/plush yet chewy texture that made me think there is probably some tapioca flour in there in addition to wheat flour. I couldn't find ingredients on their website but would be curious to find out. The exterior of both was also super crispy which offered a nice contrast. I think the Original was my favorite, but both flavors were delicious. I'll be trying the Matcha and Oreo next for sure. I think it's really cool that Tsaocaa listened to their customers and started selling waffles, as a lot of people have been requesting them! They even addressed this on their Instagram. Always a good sign when a business is asking and responding to customer requests! One note: Our waffles took about ten minutes more than our bubble teas. I didn't mind as they were super fresh and crispy, but just a note in case you're in a rush!

About time a bubble tea place came to West Chester! I visited the Tsaocaa in Philly a few months ago and was so excited to see it come here. It's very clean inside, well-decorated, with a great atmosphere. You can also play jenga at the table while waiting for your drinks to be prepared. So far I have absolutely loved the brown sugar bubble tea (I get it half sweet), regular black milk tea, and the rose oolong. I'm also very particular about my boba pearls and every time I've gotten a drink here they have been perfectly chewy with a great consistency.

The brown sugar milk black tea was great, and came with plenty of bubbles. The taste was almost chocolate-y/caramel-y. It was very sweet, but you can also order it at a lower sweetness level, which I am going to do next time I order. Besides milk tea, they have a bunch of other menu items, including many fruit-tea based drinks. They also offer a good many toppings for the drinks. The inside of the store is modern looking with nice decorative touches. The sit in area is on the smaller side, so you may not be able to comfortably sit inside with a large group.

Tsaochaa is one of the bubble tea franchise I'd recommend, their drinks are excellent , you can choose the sugar level and the ice level. I've tried a lot of their drinks and their drinks never disappoint me. The reason why I only gave 3 stars is because of the customer service. I was there today about 20 minutes before closing and the lady behind the counter wasn't friendly at all, she wasn't rude but seemed like she just wanted to close the store and go home. I ordered 2 drinks and I had to ask for plastic bag for my drinks. I was by myself and she's supposed to ask me whether I want plastic bags for to go or not. Please improve your customer service. If other franchises open in the area and have excellent customer service, I'd definitely go there for sure.

This place is not bad! Price is normal across milk tea places. The boba, I have to say, is superb. It's very chewy and soft. I asked for 30% sugar and they made it perfectly sugar wise. The only thing is the tea flavor... it's not as strong as I hoped. I wouldn't mind coming back!

This place has really good boba tea. The only thing is, when I ordered the Matcha Bubble Milk, it almost tasted like straight up... milk... with only a hint of chai. I'll definitely go there again to try out their other options though. The boba things themselves were really tasty! Also, the cups are pretty cute too.

This bubble tea shop is unique, like no other! My son ordered the matcha bubble tea and I ordered the pink grapefruit slush with fresh slices of pink grapefruit decorated around the cup. Both flavors are delicious and we would recommend them! The inside of the shop is very cozy, and nicely decorated! The seating area is comfortable, but not spacious. One disappointment was that we were unable to order and try their bubble waffle since the machine was broken during our visit. I highly recommend this bubble tea shop!

I am so excited to see a boba place in West Chester! The drinks are fresh and infused with Taiwanese flavors! The boba pearls have perfect chewy consistency, although I prefer them a bit sweeter. I tried the Strawberry Milk Green Tea with bubbles and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place!!

They also have Jenga so loser pays for the drink, or just for fun

Finally a boba spot in town Perfect! This is the perfect place to have my study breaks with some boba or to just get out of the apt.

I got a medium taro bubble tea - I thought it was delicious and the perfect size for an afternoon treat! Will definitely be going back soon.

Recently, there was an in-app promotion to get a buy one get one free bowl. It didn't work, which was annoying, but it wasn't a big deal at the time. I emailed customer support and after a month I finally got a response. Ultimately, they gave me enough points in my account to get a free bowl as a make up. Cool, works for me. So a few days later I go and use this free bowl reward and guess what? It doesn't work. So on two occasions I paid full price for a bowl I was supposed to get for free. It's only like $30ish so I really don't want to make it a bigger deal than it is, but the customer support has been awful. They haven't provided me with any solutions. They can't issue refunds either? It got to the point I suggested Venmo or check in mail to get me the money I was scammed out of. It's really a shame that this was my first ever 1 star review on yelp. I barely even use this app. But I'm pretty sure I was one of the most frequent customers at this location and I guess I'll have to get some extra steps in to get my bowls from Playa down the street from now on.

Once you understand the process it isn't hard and King Fu has super handy ordering cards for everyone at the ready. I was very happy that there were non tea options and went for the strawberry lemonade with a milk cap- basically a salty whipped egg cream top. I LOVED the combo but salt/sweet might not be your thing. Again- they have so many options to work through and I liked that ordering actually was pretty straight forward- size, flavor, mixin, sugar level, ice level, done! They have a big open space for seating and waiting as well as a wall of expected treats like ramens and pocky and candy which was cute. The wait was quick though- there were always people in line when I was there but it kept moving easily. My bubble tea was super refreshing, with chunks of real strawberry and I am glad to be over my anxiety and happy to try more!
