Getting bubble tea is so much more affordable here than the US Tea is freshly brewed, bubbles are nice and chewy. Sugar and ice levels are slightly more than what you order, maybe go down another level than your usual. They often have seasonal specials so definitely check it out read more

My favorite mall beverage stop! Drinks are good. I love that there are non-dairy options. Service is quick and the prices are reasonable for this type of drink. This store is near the food court on the 1st floor. Busy area for sitting but you can grab your drink and go. read more

Not your traditional store location as it's inside the mall food court. It sits on the outskirts of the food shops - which makes it convenient to grab and go. Tea was fresh tasting and the mango bubbles had light sweetness to them. It was on the sweeter side. Servicer were very friendly and fast. Plenty of workers and they all seem well trained and busy. There is a reward system if you want to sign up. read more

Today on October.22,2023, me & babe (George) are trying a NEW DRINK: 'Bloody Taro' from Gong in the Cherry Hill Mall in Morristown New Jersey. When we got it, wow, it looked like blood & it taste so so delicious as well. It taste really yummy. The service was okay because when George went to pay for the drinks, his card was declined for some odd reason, we don't know why it was declined twice. Anyways, The 'Bloody Taro' drink was really good. I wanted to try the 'Mango Coconut Drink' but they were out of coconut, next time I'll try that drink. So far Gong Cha is my 2nd favorite place to get Boba Tea from. I love Boba Tea, either once or twice a week. It's my go to drink. I definitely recommend everyone that goes to get a milk tea to try 'Bloody Taro', it tastes like a mixed berry oreo cookie mixed drink, very yummy. Go and check this place out, you'll be very pleased!! #GetYaGongChaOn #GongCha #BloodyTaro #GetYaBloodyTaroOn #BobaTea #BubbleTea #Yum read more

I've been to Gong Chas in multiple countries and tbh, I have waited YEARS for one to finally open in the Philly area. Cherry Hill was close enough for me to venture out a few times to get my fix. This location has solid drinks but is totally understaffed. Both times I went they had only one worker to take orders and make the drinks. The wait was so long, and at some point the employee had to use the restroom so was gone for an additional 15 mins. Obviously nothing against the worker, but owners should reconsider staffing here. read more

Finally. A Gong Cha in South Jersey/Philly area. It was just a matter of time. I was a big customer of their Edison store when they opened. Not your traditional store as it's inside the mall (food court) but its safe to say that there's plenty of parking and seating. Tea has their signature fresh taste and bubbles have a great chew to them w a light sweetness. Exactly what you'd expect from Gong Cha. Service is friendly and fast. No shortage of workers and they all seem well trained. Rewards system is connected with the Edison location (maybe all of them?) Welcome to the area, Gong Cha! We are happy to have you! read more

Gong Cha - Bubble Tea Near Me - Cherry Hill, New Jersey

it is so convenient to have bubble tea. That is really good in the mall. This place has the best bubble tea I have ever had. The earl gray with three Js is my absolute favorite to get. I am very sensitive to caffeine though, so make sure to not get it too late at night or it may keep you up if you were sensitive like me. Also the brown sugar bubble tea with assaulted foam is an amazing drink as well. They're Thai tea is not the best but still good compared to other places. I will always go to gong Cha over kung fu tea. read more

Gong Cha - Bubble Tea Near Me - Cherry Hill, New Jersey

This is a new opened store, so I don't wanna give them 1 star. It is located inside the mall, so there will be many customers walking by, so I think they have the right to know how the tea really tastes like. My friend used to try the gong cha in NY, she told me it was like drinking the water, she can't even finish it, she is not a wasting person, but she threw the drink to garbage. In the beginning, I thought it was the store's fault to making those awful drink, but I'm wrong. I get my oolong milk tea with bubble at gong cha located at cherry hill mall, I was so excited they finally have a milk tea store opened inside the mall. But I was so disappointed, just like my friend said, it is just like tastings the water, it had no oolong flavor. The bubble was fine, it is crunchy but not sweet. I feel they just mix the half milk and water, then add the bubble and a bit of sugar. I brought 4 oolong milk tea with bubble, I share that with my cousin and brother, it cost $20 exclude the tax, we all didn't finish it, it wasn't taste that good, we threw it in the garbage cans near the elevator. I know I'm wasting it, but none of us can finish it. By the way the customer service is very good! It has no problem with the service, all the employees are friendly! If it only happen to one store which the customer describe the drink has no taste, the it will not be a problem. But there are two store have no taste will be wired. It might be gong cha company's formula has some problem! I hope they can fix that! I've attached a the receipt to show I'm a real customer who already try it. Hope this store gets better Thank you read more

Gongcha has always been my favorite spot to grab boba. The closest gongcha before this place open was New York so I'm so excited they open one near me. My first time going to this location was great. They had the best boba, cooked to perfection, not too hard but chewy enough. With each flavor comes a strong hint of tea. Not only are the drinks amazing, the staff as well. This one girl name Teresa I believe, she was so helpful. I was torn between two drinks, and instead she recommend something even better. Believe in the staff's recommendations. I totally recommend this location to everyone! You won't regret it. Also tip well guys, the staff works too hard not to get tips! read more

Super exited like the previous yelpers that Gongcha is finally opens in this area. One of my fav place to BBT. However, compare to the other locations, this particular location has a smaller menu. All the limited series are not there. They can only do the top 10 drinks and a few other options for now. Hopefully, more variety will be add in the near future. But it is a good start nonetheless. Wish it has it own store instead of residing in the mall food court tho. My first drink from here wasnt good but they got better when I revisit the 2nd time. Still, I am happy and would go here rather than Kungfu. read more

I'm so glad gong cha is here in cherry hill. I have been going to this location quite a few time since they open. I have to say I'm officially addicted to their green milk tea with pudding and coconut Jelly. I also recommend their taro milk tea with coconut jelly(one of my personal favorite!!!) read more

The tea itself was not as good as compared to many of the New York tea places. The boba was okay.

I usually frequent gongcha but I don't think I will anymore. I even had to create a yelp account for my experience. Usually this place has good customer service but a few days ago I went to order a dirty brown sugar tea but due to my hard hearing, I wasn't able to hear and then the completely bright red-haired girl nearly raised her voice at me when I couldn't hear her! It's bad enough that before I came to order she was already on her phone scrolling through with what seemed to be airpods in! So I had to wait to catch her attention. And then after being considerate despite being the customer, she really raised her voice at me asking what I wanted because I could not hear her. On top of that, the drink did not even taste like the usual that I liked. It just really made the experience sour especially with the customer service. I won't be buying from here again. read more

Boba is ok. Workers are almost ALWAYS on their phone. Everytime I walk past they're glued to their little phones. I rather get boba on the other side of the mall where they actually pay attention to you. read more

Great service. Friendly staffs. My go to bubble tea shop! Drinks always come out consistent. Love the strawberry green milk tea!

The green milk foam tea was delicious. Ken and Andy were super sweet. My fiancé loved his pearl milk tea.

I'm so happy they're here!!! The boba here is tasty and has the right level of softness, drink is delicious, and the staff is super friendly. Overall great experience. read more

This was my first time trying Gong cha and it literally blew my mind. There were so many options to pick from. The drinks was so delicious. The worker named Teresa was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful when I had so much questions. After she helped me she made my drink so quick! I love the service! She was also able to help my mom who only spoke Vietnamese! You can tell how hard working the team is. Definitely a 10/10! Don't forget to tip for their fantastic service and hard work! I would recommend this place and Teresa :) read more

boba had no flavor and was hard inside like it had been sitting, tasted stale and old. Milk Cap Earl Gray was nothing special, it tasted like something you can just buy in a bottle at HMART. Not worth it, go to Mr. Wish near the mall for better tea and boba. read more

The workers are so polite, especially Andy. And they are so humbled. The bubble tea is so delicious especially the dirty brown sugar milk tea. High recommend this place! read more

I'm not really a bubble tea person normally but, nowadays I really am since Gong Cha came to this location. I never really liked Kung Fu Tea because all the drinks I've tried were just alright, and not nearly as customizable as Gong Cha. The employees there are very friendly and easy to talk to when you have questions or if you're a first timer! I love that majority of their menu is completely customizable from the sugar level to the ice level and topping choices. My favorite topping by far is definitely their pudding. :) I also highly recommend their yogurt drinks because they're super refreshing! It's easy to tell that they definitely try their hardest to make sure their customers are satisfied! read more

Before I start this review I just want to say i'm quite credible as an asian who's been to all sorts of boba places in the past years. Now, Im not sure if it's just THIS gong cha as this is a very popular place- But this boba shop was the worst boba i've ever had. The black tapioca pearls are super hard. The drink itself came lukewarm? I have no idea why it was warm, There was no ice. Most boba shops have ice by default so I didn't expect it to be so warm when I got it. My first order was caramel chocolate and it was awful. The foam tasted like ocean water (salty) and the drink tasted like coffee. It tasted like spoiled milk mixed with caramel and soy sauce. After getting that drink, I got a strawberry smoothie as a replacement for my old messed up order and it was another disappointment! It was warm and barely had any smoothie texture it was super liquidy. The boba was hard and the flavor was like sea salt. However, It is a lot better then the caramel one. Gong cha is one of the more expensive boba shops, and it's super disappointing that what you get isn't even close to the quality of locally owned boba shops. Since this location is new to cherry hill, I'm hoping they will improve but for now I don't reccommend it. read more

This blue hair girl made us a custom drink and it tasted phenomenal. I don't remember exactly what it was but I know it had Yakult and lychee and it was the best drink I've ever had. Customer service was really nice too. Glad that there are more boba places around here :) read more
