First time here and probably my last, I was not impressed with this place at all, first off I couldn't even go inside although most places allowed customers to come inside order to go, so I had to wait outside in the cold to order, the server talks too fast and was rushing so he got my order wrong. Not to mention this place is way overpriced I ordered a large drink and a small drink came out to be 10.25, that's a rip off . I'll go and get the same drinks else where 2 large for 9 dollars instead. If I'm able to give zero or negative stars I would for this place. Save your money ..go elsewhere ! read more

I'm not sure how this Kungfu tea stays in business cause it's always empty when I go. Good for me cause I'm always the first one in line. I never have problems scoring a table. The parking in the area is difficult so I would recommend taking your drinks to go. I love how the milk tea and tapoica are always consistent. The tea is much more flavorful than the other bubble tea joints. 100% sugar is a little too sweet, so I would recommend going for 70%. The service is friendly, but the drinks take always take longer than I'm expect considering I'm the only one there....I guess they have multiple pick up orders... overall a great dessert/drink fix on Bell Blvd/Bayside! read more

Our prayers have been answered! They finally put a Kung Fu Tea in Bayside! I frequented Coco for quite some time, but this sure has changed everything. The service is great and the employees are all so nice and helpful. The boba is super soft and chewy (which is perfect) and they offer different sizes of it, as well as a wide range of other toppings! If you've never had milk tea, the original is where you start with bubbles of course. The oreo slush is really good if your craving a milkshake type drink. The thai milk tea isnt great though so i would pass on that. The workers there are super nice, overall a great tea spot read more

This is one of the best Boba tea places I've been too, I recommend this place to everyone. They stay up late still serving tea and they have a verity of flavors to chose from with options of different percentages of sugar and ice. The only problem is for pick up, even when you call ahead of time, they don't prepare it till you get there. Other then that it's flawless. read more

Kung Fu Tea is well known in the Asian community, especially if you want decent bubble tea. Well, of course I was extremely excited when I found out Kung Fu Tea opened on Bell Blvd. Came in one night and ordered two bubble teas- 50% sugar. It was still sweet as hell. End results? Diarrhea and upset stomach. This needs to be up to par with the other Kung Fu Teas in Chinatown, Flushing, etc. Major improvement is needed, until then, I'll pass! read more

Very friendly staff! A customer was yelling about how their order was wrong but this was after the staff confirmed on the phone that they were ordering a pineapple tea. The customer was entitled and just expected that if she ordered the wrong drink and left with it (even if it was a short amount of time) that she'll be able to change it. Honestly it's a matter of business practice and being accountable for your mistake .. if there's a review about racism and discrimination, that's what it's about. My friend offered to pay for the mistake drink and the staff assured her it was fine and thanked her. Will come back again! read more

Today, when I walked into KFT, the first thing I noticed was my unacknowledged presence. When I walked in, I said "Hello," but received no response. I ordered a drink, but the order was completely wrong. Because a rule mentioned that I couldn't change my order, I was going to pay for another drink, hoping that it's correct this time. However, when I told the cashier I wanted to pay for another drink, he insisted that I did not have to pay for another one. It was a nice gesture, but he gave me a horrible attitude. He slammed the drink on the counter and put on a dull face as he made my drink. The drink was fine, but not his attitude. Sometimes now I think, with the establishment growing, so are some of the employees' egos. read more

Grand Opening today!!! Came by and ordering the taro slush with tapioca! Maybe the best I've had. I very often frequent the Coco's a couple Blocks down but this may be a great contender. I was thinking that because it's a grand opening they'd have a sale but they don't have a general sale.. but it's okay.. the hint of honey and perfect amount of flavor. Keep it up! Walked by bayside village (on Christmas Eve no less) and found this boba store open. +1 on being open on Xmas. The boba was chewy and sweet as I expect of kung fu tea and the tea had a nicer, creamier taste compared to other bubble tea shops (lactose free milk instead of powder). The 25% sweet was also spot on. Hope this kung fu tea continues to be this consistent and reliable from here on forward. read more

We took a stroll today and stopped in for some bubble tea. Usually these places don't actually offer "customer service" lol but my husband and I were surprised. Not only was the grapefruit tea with bubbles really good my husband ordered a coffee milk tea that was also bomb!! They actually use real brewed coffee! They even helped open the door and get our stroller out only thing is I think they should be a little more generous with the amount of bubbles they put in the drinks since it's an extra charge. We would def choose this over coco for the real tea flavor. read more

I might have given it 4 stars but I'm still bothered by the service my 11 year old daughter received. We were a group of 15...earlier we had met up for lunch because we're visiting from So Cal, and one person in our group suggested this for dessert on this scorching summer day. We are not new to bubble tea, but my daughter was overwhelmed by all the choices and didn't know what to get. She settled on a lychee punch. The rest of our group seemed happy with their choices but her drink was extremely sweet, even for an 11 year old. I noticed she barely drank any of it and she said it was too sweet, even with the ice melting. So my husband took her to the counter to see if there was something they could do. Now, other places I've gone to have been happy to remake a drink if the customer isn't satisfied, so I expected the same treatment, but they simply said that that was how the drink is made, and they couldn't do anything about it. My husband also thought his drink was too sweet, but drank it anyway. Anyway, I felt bad for my daughter who was stuck with a drink she didn't like, she ended up throwing it out and they didn't even apologize. Considering we bought more than a dozen drinks you would think they'd be more appreciative of our business. There's no reason to return here, as they're drinks aren't anything you can't get elsewhere. Great customer service would have set them apart but they missed the mark with us. read more

I love KFT, but this is one of the worst location. The customer service is badddd. I called in to order Thai milk tea but got chai instead. They did reluctantly change it out but made comments like it was my fault. He also said that they only offer Thai milk tea from Friday-Sunday and holidays which is BS cause it's not my 1st time ordering Thai milk tea from days other than the days he mentioned. I just didn't want to make a scene and look like a crazy lady. I'm sure it's the owner who made the comment, since I always see him there. Last time I'm ever going there. read more

I love kung fu tea but this location is not as friendly or welcoming. The guy at the cashier didn't even acknowledged my boyfriend and I, didn't even explain to me about the menu or the new items. So the fact that he didn't acknowledge us, he was going to let this other girl skip us because I guess he had a crush on her since his whole demeanor changed and even smiled and greet the girl.
