I used their service with u-haul's u-box, where you pack a box, let it remain in storage at Wadeson's and then ship it when you're ready. After about a month and a half of storage, I had them ship the box to CA. I soon received a padlock key in an envelope in the mail from Wadeson's with no explanation (keep in mind that you lock the box with your own padlock, for which I alone had the key). When the box eventually arrived, it was a completely different box, half-full. Hence, the new padlock key. I packed my box to the brim and I was able to walk into this box. Everything of value was missing. My professional musical gear, my snowboard gear, electronics, amplifier, an amazing record collection, clothing. I'm still realizing what was missing. My whole life was in that box. Only after I contacted them did they tell me that my box had fallen off a forklift and broke. They said they packed everything neatly into the new box, but this was clearly not true. They were extremely sketchy and apparently had no security footage, never made an inventory, and most importantly, never contacted me. U-haul insurance gave my a paltry $2k to cover all of this gear after a lengthly experience finding old receipts and creating an inventory. It was all worth sooo much more. I will never go to Wadeson's again.

The granite installation was sloppy at best, it was cut awkwardly at places, and the silicone they placed between the granite slabs looked like wide spats of shiny glue. So classy! The silicone was removed by our builder and there is wide gap between the edge of the granite and the division between the cabinets and the refrigerator. A really nice and desirable look. This company also did my bathroom sinks and ordered the wrong size for one of of them, so they placed a temporary sink. It has been OVER TWO MONTHS since the house was finished and I still do not have a permanent sink in the master bathroom. The spice cabinets in the kitchen island make a noise when they are closed and small strange parts pop out of those cabinets once in a while, I just save them and in my spare time try to figure out where they go. What a difference with the company from which we bought and installed the marble on my island, just down the road from these guys! (Very professionals, impeccable installation, great service). As others have stated, they aren't very customer service focused with emails and phone calls left unanswered for days and weeks. Communication was poor from the start, with very little sense of urgency. Their installers broke our medicine cabinet during installation -- then blamed us and our contractor, saying it shouldn't have been installed yet. This was never communicated beforehand, and we had made it clear they would be responsible for any damage. While they eventually agreed to cover the cost, we had to chase them for weeks to get reimbursed. They also removed the doors from our vanity cabinet and lost the hinge screws, which caused further unnecessary delays. The sink arrived unfinished, with glue all over the inside of the custom basin. We were empathetic to the fact that they're short-staffed, but the delays dragged our project out by months. To their credit, they were honest and ultimately made good on everything -- but only after persistent follow-up. If you choose to work with them, be ready to stay on top of every detail yourself.
