It has become a go to whenever I feel like something needs to be more efficient, more streamlined, or just better thought out. What makes it stand out is the experience of actually being in the store. Walking through the aisles sparks ideas in a way that online shopping never does. You start seeing possibilities you didn't even know you needed. A drawer divider becomes a system, a storage bin becomes a workflow solution. It's not just shopping, it's problem solving in real time. I use a lot of what I find here to improve organization at my office, and it has had a real impact on how smoothly things run day to day. There's something very satisfying about creating systems that reduce friction, and this place is full of tools that help you do exactly that. They consistently carry unique, well designed solutions that you won't easily find elsewhere. It feels curated for people who actually care about organization, not just basic storage. If you're someone who enjoys optimizing your space, whether at home or in a business, this store is incredibly inspiring. I would honestly describe myself as an organization enthusiast, and this is one of the few places that truly delivers on that level.

I would give this place 100 stars if I could! I found Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath when searching…read moreonline for nearby places I could visit to compare prices to a quote I had already received from elsewhere. After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! And I can never thank Furkhan enough for his insights and suggestions and handling the project with such professionalism as well as following up on every detail to ensure the incredible results we achieved! This is by far the longest review I have ever written. But they are by far one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with so I have to share this information!

I am doing some renovations in my Queens NY apartment that I've had for over 40 years. I needed to change out an old door because I wanted to change the way it opened - no longer wanting it to open into the room but instead to open into the hall to allow for more space in the spare bedroom. I spent days trying to find the right door for the space - checking places like Home Depot, Lowe's, boutique establishments, etc. Then I stumbled upon My City Door. The sales person I spoke with was Boris. He answered all my questions and really put me at ease. He even followed up with me the day after the service to confirm that all went well. The installer, Eugene, was awesome. He too put me at ease when I was switching out the old door. I had several questions, which he answered for me. He also put very thin special nails into the floor's wood sill. You can't even see them! After each step during the installation process, he vacuumed (with his own high-powered vacuum) and continuously checked the levels of the door and sides using a special machine with a green lighted beam. The results are amazing! It looks great and opens and closes easily and smoothly and feels very secure. If anyone feels anxious about replacing or adding a door to their home I would highly recommend using this company. The results looked the same as those that are displayed on their website. Five Stars or a 10 out of 10 only scratches the surface for their professionalism, courtesy and quality of their products. I'm one happy customer! Patryce
