I found the staff extremely helpful- even after I told them I was there for a remnant or supersale mark down for a basement. I take in dogs, and they're not all housebroken when I get them, so whatever goes on the floor, i want to be able to throw it out in a year without feeling bad. I was not a high end buyer, but they treated me like one. I didn't find a really cheap POS for the basement (i was really hoping for some god aweful pattern they were stuck with, but no luck), but I did find a great 8x10 rug for my diningroom that I was really excited about. Not at all what I went for. I have wanted to paint my house for a while in cool greys and pale blues you see in all the magazines, but between my warm wood toned furniture and terracotta tiles, it would never work- UNTIL I FOUND THIS RUG. I've been looking for years to find something to suit my traditional style that could bring in the warm clay tones with the blues and greys I wanted. I am so thrilled. They rolled it up and brought it out to my car. I was concerned it wouldn't fit, but I could have gone even larger becasue they re-rolled it the short way. Even if it didn't fit, they would have tied it to the roof for me. I loved this place. I could have spent all day here. The prices are reasonable, the rugs middle of the road good quality- no $20,000 hand woven stuff, but a lot of good quality at reasonable prices in the $200- $500 range. Not a lot of junk/low quality, if you're looking to spend under $100, you're pretty much out of luck for anything much bigger than a bath mat.

I regret not getting the police involved…read more I had been coming here for decades, but after my experience, never again. I used their service with u-haul's u-box, where you pack a box, let it remain in storage at Wadeson's and then ship it when you're ready. After about a month and a half of storage, I had them ship the box to CA. I soon received a padlock key in an envelope in the mail from Wadeson's with no explanation (keep in mind that you lock the box with your own padlock, for which I alone had the key). When the box eventually arrived, it was a completely different box, half-full. Hence, the new padlock key. I packed my box to the brim and I was able to walk into this box. Everything of value was missing. My professional musical gear, my snowboard gear, electronics, amplifier, an amazing record collection, clothing. I'm still realizing what was missing. My whole life was in that box. Only after I contacted them did they tell me that my box had fallen off a forklift and broke. They said they packed everything neatly into the new box, but this was clearly not true. They were extremely sketchy and apparently had no security footage, never made an inventory, and most importantly, never contacted me. U-haul insurance gave my a paltry $2k to cover all of this gear after a lengthly experience finding old receipts and creating an inventory. It was all worth sooo much more. I will never go to Wadeson's again.

Saves on mattresses becoming too worn in any one spot. He explained everything to us and did not rush us through. He also had great suggestions as to how we should by a lower cost mattress and use it in our guest room when we move and then buy the split mattress King when we get into our new primary bedroom later. He could have pushed for the money now and he doesn't do that. He truly wants to give you the best solution for now knowing that you will more than likely return later. The mattress was delivered quickly and the team delivering it were awesome and extremely professional. Loved the entire experience. Kudos to all!!
