KT Electrical for A/C and Electrical Work (they're licensed for both) was phenomenal! Middle of the heatwave and my a/c catastrophically failed. I had water coming through my ceiling and the 30+ year old hvac had majorly bitten the dust. I needed a company that could come out in a timely manner and that I could trust with COVID-19 precautions. I purposefully came off like a paranoid crazy person while outlining the precautions I needed them to take. I have multiple people in the home with pre-existing conditions. I do not mess around with COVID-19. Not only did they come take care of the problem for a phenomenal price, they were quick, wore gloves, wore masks, wore shoe booties AND they brought their own umbrella and chairs to set up for lunch so they didn't take off their masks inside the home even once. KT Electrical was a life saver during the recent major heat spell. One of our 23 year old AC units decided to stop pumping out cold air. While we were waiting for an estimate from another company, we were referred to KT Electrical by a friend that had used them for the same issue last summer. I called and Kevin was able to come out the same day to look at our unit and confirm the diagnosis. KT Electrical gave us an estimate within a few days and luckily the unit that we needed was in stock. The pricing from KT Electrical came in lower than the other company, that took forever to get us an estimate. We were able to schedule an installation appointment for a week later. The office was really good about sending text updates about estimates, part/model numbers, and arrival times. Kevin and his technicians were on time for the installation. They laid down paper to protect our flooring and were very cautious when removing and installing the furnace in our attic. Kevin even repaired the stucco at the new junction box by the outside condenser unit. It was an all day job, they cleaned up all the work areas, and we were able to have air conditioning again upstairs. read more

Our AC went out on us after already suffering 2 day power outage. This was in the middle of a heat wave at around 8pm. KT Electrical was recommended by a friend. We were able to get some contact info for Kevin and within 30 mins we were on the phone explaining the issues. He stated he could be out at 8am, sure enough next day at 8am he was at our doorstep.
