We paid $1500 to get our unit serviced due to a leak. A few weeks later it started to make an really loud noise and after MANY appointment no shows Virgil finally by a miracle came out to check it out. He fixed the "issue" which he claimed was a filter. 2 weeks later it began to leak again and now I am still waiting for him to come out to service it. I call, text and have spoken directly to Virgil to set up appointments only for him not to show up or even have the common courtesy to give a call and reschedule or simply be honest and say he doesn't care to make it to any of his appointments. We needed a new furnace, coil and duct work in the attic. Therefore we got 5 estimates done and decided to go with Rojas Air. We're so happy and glad that we went with Rojas Air. They not only have the best competitive price but also very honest, and did not try to sell us on things we didn't need. They even went above and beyond and stayed two hours more to drain out the old refrigerant (R22) in our condenser which was only 4 years old ( Our 4 year old condenser was installed by a bad contractor with a R22 refrigerant since our old 1970s furnace and coil which did not work with new refrigerant R410A. FYI this should not of been done in the first place) and put in the new R410A refrigerant. Anyways, we're so glad we went with them. read more

Virgil was very respectful, prompt, and fair. We had to cancel on our contractor for our remodel and needed some vents moved because of his mistake. Virgil came to our rescue and was able to put the vents in the correct location, change out the ducting, give us better air flow, and sealed a few leaks. He did this all at very competitive price. Our house is old and doesn't get very cold, he let us know our options, but he told us that due to the layout of our house, and especially all of our windows, a lot of the improvements wouldn't make much of a difference - we definitely appreciated the honesty, he never tried to sell us on anything. Our A/C shut down on a hot day and my limited troubleshooting didn't solve the problem. So I called Virgil and he was at my house within 48 hours. He assessed the issue and initially decided we needed a new control board. He ordered the part and returned a few days later. But he gave our situation more thought in the meantime and wanted to try a less expensive approach first before installing the board. Sure enough, it worked and refreshing cool air poured through the house. Virgil had already ordered and received the expensive part, so he could have easily just installed it.
