My Mom who now lives in Tennessee asked me to find a local florist for her friend's birthday- she lives in Chicago. I chose Krystyna's Flowers based on how close they were location wise to the Birthday girl. I placed my order with a charming woman on the phone who promised me that the recipient would be delighted. Promised kept ! The Birthday girl said this was the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever received. When she sent me a photo I had to agree. The arrangement was striking elegant and fun with a European flair. I will use Krystyna's Flowers again and I recommend them highly. Wonderful service, friendly staff beautiful flowers. read more

After the Pandemic it was hard finding a flower shop in my neighborhood and by luck I ran across Krystyna's.I have busted here twice monthly since July and let me tell you I have not been disappointed.The Roses are always fresh and I tell her what occasion they are for and she always makes the bouquets look very beautiful.I recently went and got 2 bouquets for my fiancés best friends bday and I got 5 single roses for her dinner guest and she made up the most beautiful array of roses for her it made her cry and the guest loved their single roses.I'm a loyal customer now and won't go anywhere else but here,and she's always so nice and smiling. read more

I am giving 2 stars to give the actual product the benefit of the doubt since I didn't order. I can't give more than two stars because I was literally yelled at on the phone. Begin tableau. Ordering a flowers with around 24 hrs notice, called up, asked if the timing was possible. She snaps 'what do you want' and I say, 'a birthday bouquet'. She snaps again 'we are very busy tomorrow, so what do you want'. I respond 'something minimal and elegant, probably of one color or one flower type' and she interrupts me entirely and YELLS at me in response 'did you hear me?! I asked you what kind of flowers you want'. I say 'you're being extremely rude and are not getting my business' and hang up. And, end of tableau (I don't have a great ear for dialogue, being a poet not a playwright, but picture me polite, hopeful; her angry and abrupt with a heavy Eastern European accent). Of course the next florist I called (also accented Eastern European fwiw) told me which flowers she had in stock and suggested succulents in a wooden box, which sounded fabulous. I have been getting flowers from Krystyna's Flowers for many years and for every occasion - wedding, birthdays, funeral, new baby, etc. The quality of their flowers is superb and they make one of a kind arrangements. They are also fairly priced in comparison to other florists. I can honestly say that every person I have sent flowers/arrangements to has called to express how beautiful the flowers were. Anytime my firm asks me to order flowers for whatever reason, I always order the flowers thru Krystyna's. read more

By far my favorite florist in Chicago. Elizabeth is very talented and an absolute pleasure to have done business with. She made all of the floral arrangements for my wedding; at church and the reception hall. She made. several suggestions and showed us exactly what each arrangement would look like. I was also pleased with the price. I shopped around other florists in the area and found them to be significantly more expensive.
