Plami did all of the florals for our wedding day and she was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! When we first walked in to her shop, we didn't have much of an idea of what we wanted. We knew our general color scheme, and on the spot Plami whipped up some beautiful pieces that we absolutely loved. She provided the guidance and expertise we didn't know we needed, and we hired her on the spot! On wedding day, the flowers turned out more beautiful than we could have possibly imagined! The bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières were stunning, and she delivered them to us herself. She even pinned the boutonnières on the guys herself to make sure they were perfect! Plami and her husband then delivered beautiful floral arrangements to the church, came back and picked them up after the ceremony, and set up all of our centerpieces at the venue. Her prices were very fair and the service was exceptional, we absolutely recommend Rosemont Florist! read more

I love & highly recommend Palmi at Rosemont Florist!! she is the owner and did all of the flowers for our wedding in August 2021. From the moment I met Palmi till the end of our event she was such a pleasure to work with. Palmi is a very sweet & kind person who really cares about her customers. The one thing that I appreciated so much is that she takes time to get to know you & your vision, and turns it into reality. She did our bride bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, mother corsage, altar/reception tall arrangements, flowers & greenery for lanterns, sweetheart table garland, cake flowers, and centerpieces & greenery for guest tables! Everything was so very beautiful!! I recommended Palmi at Rosemont Florist for ALL of your future events-you will be very happy!! read more

This florist is simply amazing. I've been using this florist for 4 years and each time they get better and better. I ordered flowers for a work event where we were honoring employees with presentation bouquets. This florist went above and beyond by creating stunning long stemmed bouquets and even putting the bottoms of the flowers in a foam block so they would stay fresh. They delivered on a Saturday and I accidentally mis-ordered and needed one more bouquet immediately the delivery man went back to the closed shop and made me another bouquet. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you want to make a lasting impression, use Rosemont Flowers. read more

Wow... not very impressed with Rosemont Florist. I ordered the Sheer Delight Bouquet - Deluxe for my wife for our anniversary and what arrived was nowhere close to what was expected based on the description / pictures on-line. First off the vase was supposed to be mercury glass. The vase was cheap, chromed plastic. Are you kidding me? The the flowers themselves - the color of the roses and carnations as presented were a lavender / soft purple color. I searched and specifically chose this arrangement based on the color. What arrived was normal, standard pink. And as far as it being the deluxe version - it was barely the standard version based on how many flowers were in the arrangement. You guys have lost my business... read more

Fresh flowers, good prices and an amazing job of wrapping and making sure they stay fresh! Just a little hard to find within the building.

I discovered this gem when I started working in Rosemont 4 years ago. Rosemont Florist employs a talented designer so the arrangements are always beautiful. The flowers are fresh and sometimes last upwards of 2 weeks. And they're reasonably priced in comparison to the florists closer to my home. I order from Rosemont Florist 3-4 times a year and I have always been pleased with what they deliver. In fact, here's a photo of an arrangement I ordered last week. Beautiful! read more

I sent my wife the premium Dance With Me arrangement of roses and carnations in a pretty red vase for Valentine's Day today. She works about half a mile from Rosemont Florist so they were super fresh and even came with my message in a hand written card for a personal touch. I will definitely use them for other occasions. This flower shop is located in my work building, so it is very convenient for me to stop by for last minute items. I stopped by yesterday to pick up flowers for a colleagues 50th birthday, and they created a custom fall bouquet! It looked lovely, and the flowers were a huge hit. Totally worth the price. read more

Needed some flowers for a last minute birthday dinner tonight and found place on yelp after work. The shop is located right next to the MB Financial Bank inside of the US Food building in the Riverway Plaza which is a little confusing to find. The florist was very helpful in the variety of flowers they carry. I told her my budget and she was able to deliver a sophisticated bouquet! read more

Absolutely wonderful. I was very impressed by not only their service but their actual bouquets. My aunt was graduating at the Donald Stephen Convention Center down the road and because we were running late we didn't have time to pick up flowers. I ended up calling Rosemont Florist at 4:54 seeing if they could deliver in the next hour. They surpassed my expectations, for $47 dollars ($35 for the bouquet and 12 for delivery+tax) they delivered the bouquet by 5:20. Ordering this late I assumed it would be a small, haphazardly thrown together bouquet....I was happily proven wrong. It was an absolutely gorgeous arrangement that drew lots of compliments when I was bringing it in. Whoever the designer was, props to them! read more

Always get my wife flowers here when I fly into ohare , best florist for quality and value.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend's home one night this week and advised the florist to leave them if no one was home. When it was time for delivery, Mike of Rosemont called and let me know of his concern as the temperatures were dropping and he felt the flowers would perish. I provided him with the phone number of the recipient, he called her and graciously had the flowers delivered the following morning when she was at home. Above and beyond, Mike. Thank you! The flowers were beautiful and your thoughtfulness and customer care skills very special. read more
