The shop was attentive to phone calls with questions and walking through ordering online properly. We were nervous about how the size would turn out and as they assured us, it was a great size and gorgeous! Delivered perfectly as well. All the details were spot on from the arrangement to the card to the ribbon to delivery. We are so glad we did not order our arrangement through the funeral home's website and instead found a local florist nearby the funeral home, Royal Flowers! Other family who ordered through the funeral home's generic site and not from Royal, were quite disappointed with the flower arrangement they paid a lot for and it was not as expected in size or quality compared to the perfect arrangement we received from Royal. Definitely recommend of all the florists in the area, Royal Flowers! 10/10 A++++

I love buying flowers, specially for special moments throughout the year, and I knew I needed great…read morepeonies. In the past, I've worked with other florists around Chicago, and while all positive experiences, they've all entailed a mixed bouquet as opposed to only have peonies (even though that hadn't even crossed my mind)! Enter Bordo. Going through their Yelp page (where I initially found them), their photos were clearly beautiful. Once I went onto their website and realized I could get a full bouquet of peonies, I was sold. The ordering process was seamless, and I communicated with them via phone a couple of times where they gladly answered my questions and confirmed the delivery window. Come day of delivery, I got a photo of my actual bouquet that I still show every single person I talk to about it. They looked incredible and you could even zoom in and see the water droplets on the petals. I mean, talk about taking care of them right before dropping them off (they also came in a water box). They bloomed beautifully, changed colors naturally and lasted longer than we expected. The text communication was great and the quality of the flowers was amazing. We were all floored by how vibrant and beautiful they were and how worth it they were. Now I'm in trouble because my wife wants them year-round.
