My husband and I got married on 6/16/18 and I just have to rave on how beautiful my flowers were for our wedding!! We came in with pictures of what we were thinking and they were able to take our ideas and arrange the most beautiful flowers. We don't know much about flowers and Romance In Blooms helped us find the look we were looking for. Our wedding had National Park theme, so we wanted flowers that would fit the theme. It was beyond perfect !! We also brought in a swatch on the bridesmaid dresses and she was able to coordinate the bouquets to them. Something my husband will always remember about the flowers on our big day is his boutonniere. When we met to go over the flowers, my husband brought a picture of his grandfather on his wedding day who passed away. He showed the picture and she was able to replicate the boutonniere that his grandfather had on his wedding day. I received a beautiful Anniversary gift of a dozen long-stemmed roses, artfully arranged by Romance in Blooms! They did a lovely job of carefully protecting the arrangement with cellophane and delivering it with a lightweight secure base attached, to gently support the stability of the gift. The ladies that work there are extra nice and always fulfill my flower needs. My husband and I worked with Kathleen at Romance in Blooms for our wedding on May 21st. As we do not live in Chicago, we had to do much of the prep work over the phone and via email. I was able to meet up with Kathleen a couple of times before the wedding. She did a fantastic job and was reasonably priced. She was very patient with me and understood my vision for the flowers. I was very satisfied with the bouquets and arrangements. They were absolutely beautiful. On top of delivering to three different locations - the hotel, the church and the reception- she accommodated our last minute requests and even arranged the flowers on our cake. This was my husband and my second wedding. I knew exactly what kind of look and flowers that I wanted. Since, it was my second wedding, my dress was cream with black lace. I wanted my flowers to look classic, delicate and elegant. When I went to order the flowers, I was greeted with such kindness and they knew exactly how to get the look that I was striving for. My bouquet was made out of cream roses with stephanotis that had pearl accents. My husbands boutonnière was created with roses and stephanotis. His sons was created with only stephanotis. I walked into a cute little florist in Chicago, IL Edison Park on Monday in total panic mode. I spoke with Kathleen, the owner and stated that I thought I had the crisis of the century for her. She just smiled as I explained my daughter's wedding was 5 days away and she forgot to order her flowers. She immediately shifted me to relax mode as she proceeded to handle everything we needed, included getting all her desired colors and style. She not only made up the most beautiful order of wedding flowers but delivered everything directly to the hotel where the bridal party was getting ready the morning of the wedding.
