Lovely flower shop that I have walked past for close to 6 years that I have lived in the area. My mom was having a retirement party and I needed some really good, fresh flowers that could be delivered at a specific time. I stopped in and chatted with Lena who knows her stuff when it comes to florals. She helped me pick a vase arrangement and then a bouquet arrangement both complete with different types of flowers. She asked my budget and we worked from there. Told her I would like them delivered to the location of the party between 1-2pm trhe next day and she said no problem. Flowers were delivered at the early end of the time requirement and we were very satisfied with what Lena had put together. If you need flowers and live in the West Loop or nearby, this will be a great spot to get your floral on! read more

I've gotten at least a dozen arrangements from this shop and they've been nothing short of stunning! It is the only place from which I'll get flowers. Jamie's arrangements are gorgeous, unique and works or art. I've never seen designs like hers! Update: Jamie at Jazzy did the flowers for our wedding and we were THRILLED with everything! We received so many comments from our guests, as well as the venue staff. I don't have enough wonderful words to describe how beautiful everything was, so I will let the pictures speak for themselves. THANK YOU, JAZZY AND THANK YOU, JAMIE!!! read more

Jazzy Flowers is great! I got a medium arrangement and 9 small table flowers for my after wedding celebration that turned out beautiful. First time using Jazzy Flowers. I'm a big fan of the actual visuals that they have on their website. these are pictures of their own work. Actual pictures they took, not some standard airbrush marketing piece. Tremendous one on one service from hello to delivery. I called Jazzy Flowers at about 1pm on Valentine's Day. I was expecting the phone to not even be answered but a pleasant voice was on the phone asking me to hold. After just a few seconds she came back on and asked what they could do for me. I explained that Jazzy had been recommended by the downtown Renaissance; she said they delivered there pretty exclusively. I am pretty trusting so I just asked for something springy to brighten up the hotel room. What I got was beautiful, very nice in a very pretty vase. Made all of the girls happy (gotta have flowers on Valentine's even if you are travelling). Thanks very much !! read more

I moved to LA back in July and was sad not to be able to spend my cousin's bday with her (which it's today!), but I knew I wanted to send her flowers and I knew I would use Jazzy's Flowers! So a week and a half prior to the date that I needed them delivered I sent Jazzy's an email detailing what I was looking for and when I needed the bouquet delivered. I was pretty adamant about the flowers being delivered by 11a. Jamie called me the same day to confirm the details and told me an 11a delivery was no problem! Jamie and Jazzy's went above and beyond to make sure the everything was perfect and prompt. My cousin and her husband said the delivery man was so incredibly friendly and that the bouquet was beautiful! I will continue to use Jazzy's for all my flower needs in Chicago and I can't recommend them enough! read more

I had a last minute request for two separate orders of flowers to be delivered the day after Thanksgiving. Monica responded to my initial communication very quickly and said she could help. She executed both orders perfectly (one all white, very simple and elegant, and the other seasonal with color and dimension) and was very communicative throughout the process. She work on Thanksgiving to complete my order, and both orders were delivered on time without issue. I appreciate Jazzy Flowers so much and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for beautiful flowers! read more

I'm all for supporting local floral shops instead of those large, online corporations for a couple of reasons: service and quality. This floral shop proves me right. You can fill out an order form online and indicate how much you're willing to spend. Minimum is $50 and increases at $25 increments. Tax and flat rate of $15 delivery is added to the total. I ordered $50 worth of flowers for a client of mine who is located close to the shop, and the total came out to $69.63 after tax and delivery. I received an email from Monica the next day stating that since the client location is close to their shop, I had the option to either get $10 refunded or $10 worth of flowers added to the arrangement. Now, do you think a large, online corporation would do that for you on their own? I requested late delivery, and that was fulfilled. The flowers were gorgeous. I received prompt replies, and the service was outstanding. Overall, I highly recommend this place. read more

I ordered a last minute bridal bouquet with a boutonnière from Jamie right before the 4th of July weekend. Size and color was important to me, but that's pretty much all I knew about flowers. She was gracious, spent a lot of time talking me through my vague vision of what my bouquet should be. She took the ball, ran with it and created something fabulous within my budget. The bouquet was simply stunning and held up very well throughout an action packed day. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she has so much enthusiasm and passion for her work. I'm glad I went with Jazzy Flowers, worth every penny! read more

I'm using Jazzy Flowers for my wedding this fall and the service has been absolutely fantastic so far. Jazzy flowers was overall really great! It's a very cute little shop and was very convenient for me because it was close to my high school. I didn't want anything too crazy for my prom corsage/boutonnière, so the options that were offered was fine with me! Only downfall is that the 2 flowers on my wristlet had both fallen off midway through the night. It didn't bother me that much because I knew I'd never wear it again, but still wish it was there the whole time. In all - I don't regret going here! read more

I have not seen any other floral designs as unique and as artistically well put together as jazzy flowers has done. Jazzy's definitely knows how to set the tone for any occasion and event. And the customer service has always been fantastic. Staff always smiling and I always am happily greeted upon entry. Jazzy's is not just there to sell me their flowers and to make me scram after. They actually take the time to ask me about my day and what brings me in for that day, to better help and understand my needs. I used to live a lot closer to the shop but I still choose to stay loyal to Jazzy's even being just over an hour away. read more

Thanks to Yelp, I found this GREAT flower shop in the West Loop. I stopped in today for the first time to get Amy a bouquet for her birthday. Alfredo (the owner) did a fantastic job of putting together a bouquet that is both beautiful and funky which is exactly what I was going for. Living only a few blocks from this shop, I no longer need to search for a place to get flowers in our neighborhood. I think my wife will be more "jazzed" about this review than me! read more

I am currenlty still enjoying the scent of Jazzy's labors. My boyfriend got me a BEAUTIFUL bouquet from them on Valentine's Day and delivered it to my office. Jazzy Flowers has some really nice ready-made arrangements available and plenty of other options if you want them to make you a something. I like them because they're convenient and he(Peter, I think - the other owner is Michael, according to their website) was pretty cool and just put something together for me. I just wanted a nice boquet that would last a while - I wasn't much help to him at all, but I left with a really nice arrangement(is that even the right word? boquet, maybe?). Whatever it's called, it was nice, full, and colorful. I'm not an expert at flower prices, but he said their arrangements start at $25 - that sounded like a lot to 'start at', but I am really happy with what I got. I'd definitely go back. Oh, and he said they're having a sale on Valentines day - 10% off if you pre-order. Not bad, if you're into the whole 'flowers on Valentine's Day' thing. read more
