I wasn't sure if it would work for me but it was worth a try. So when we entered we were treated by Jolanta the owner. She asked us what we needed and I explained to her that I needed something for my mother, something colorful and pretty because she was on her last days. She told me to give her 15 to 20 minutes and that I could either wait, or go grab a bite to eat and come back. We told her we would stick around and wait. When we came back she had everything ready and when I saw that arrangement I was shocked because it was absolutely beautiful. She asked if I liked them because I ordered two and I said absolutely. What I loved about doing business with Ogrodek Flowers is that Jolanta was very kind, helpful, and thoughtful. She had good time management, and she made the arrangement so perfect the flowers weren't all bunched together and what really made this visit perfect is my Mother loved the flowers so much and she was able to see them smile thank me for how beautiful they were and she passed away the next morning. So even though this is a sad ending, it's really not. Because my mother smiled and told me how pretty they were she wanted them to be in front of her hospital bed so she could see them. It is not hard to miss- 5000 Lincoln Ave. They have a myriad of selections of flowers ranging from ECUADOR to places all over the world! They are very knowledgeable with their flowers/roses/ and their craft and presentation before they sell it is more than amazing ( the presentation!). Most people may say flowers are overrated, but nahh I disagree wholeheartedly, its the thought that counts. Providing these is just one part. How you proceed in delivering it is what matters! Now the flowers tell a story! Prices are fair, but that doesn't even matter because the thought, the gift is all within your creativity! That's priceless. The florist here knows that. The delivery driver left the flowers in the apartment lobby without the gift note. My brother even texted back asking if the driver could leave them in the mail room since their building doesn't have a front desk, but instead they were left unattended in the lobby. Because there was no note identifying who they were for, someone ended up taking them. This completely defeated the purpose of sending a birthday gift. I'm very disappointed with the delivery service and won't be ordering from here again.
