    This is what I received.

    I ordered flowers online on February 5th for pickup on February 14th for Valentine's Day, anticipating that the shop would be busy. When I arrived, there were about five customers ahead of me. A young lady approached and asked if I was there for a pickup, to which I replied yes. I provided my name and showed her my order confirmation email. I had ordered the Passion Petals Bouquet for $110. She informed me that my order wasn't ready and that it would take 10-15 minutes. As I waited, I watched others pick up their orders. After about 30 minutes, an employee from the back brought out a bouquet and called out a name, but no one stepped forward to claim it. The girl assisting me took the bouquet, handed it to me, and said thanks. When I looked at the flowers, I immediately noticed they weren't what I had ordered. The bouquet was missing red roses and other key elements. Unfortunately, after waiting for so long, I had to leave to pick up my kids from school. Attached, you'll see a comparison of what I was supposed to receive versus what I actually got. Bordo Flowers failed to have orders ready on time and did a poor job fulfilling my purchase. Normally I don't write reviews, but I was left so disappointed for the amount that was paid. Bordo flowers my last four on my order are #1474

    I received a floral arrangement from Bordo Flowers. I have never seen such a masterpiece in my life to match this. True artistry! Honestly, it's breathtaking from every angle. The colors are so pastel, and the roses are exquisite. It's beyond description. The attention to detail is unmatched. Pure perfection! Thank you, Bordo Flowers.

    Beautiful flowers! Placed and order and within a few hours had created my arrangement for same day delivery in the area. Love the arrangements, choice of flowers, and the service! Florist sent me a text of the arrangement before delivering as a gift, will absolutely be using them again!

    The delivery guy was very friendly and handsome (the recipients words lol). The bouquet was perfectly bloomed. Each rose was perfect (no wilting). I am writing this review a week later and the roses look the same as they did as when they were delivered. The overall presentation was superb. Ordering was very easy. Will definitely be coming back on future occasions & recommending friends looking for a florist.

    For months I'd been dying for a bouquet from Bordos and finally I received one. they were gorgeous as expected! HOWEVER I'm a little disappointed that I'm on day 3 and some of them are already wilting. I asked if they came with any care instructions and she said she was just told to keep them out the sun. And I could water them the next day. In summary, they're beautiful but if I can't get them to last at least a week I don't think I'd want another.

    Hands down best flower shop in the area...or possibly in all the Chicago area. Their flower arrangements are beautiful and flawless along with their team, customer service and communication. I buy quite a few times throughout the year and has never disappointed...or at least the wife has never been. Much recommended!!!

    Bordo Flowers Chicago did a beautiful job with my wedding flowers. The owner, Ecaterina, is very helpful and personable. She was very responsive in communicating with me and ensuring that she understood my vision and the results were amazing. I was very happy with the flower selection and design! She shared a video of my bouquet design the night before the wedding, made updates based on my feedback, and was very accommodating in letting us add a boutonniere at the last minute with a unique design that would not damage my husbands suit. The flowers were so high quality, I was able to reuse them and had multiple vases full in my house for 10+ days after the event. I would highly recommend working with Border Flowers Chicago! My husband was also so happy with their work that he ordered me a floral box from them for our one-month wedding anniversary.

    They were the first name that popped up when I searched chicago flowers and boy am I happy with their work. So professional, and beautifully designed. Made my engagement look so elegant. Everyone complimented the flowers! They were so pretty I flew them back to California with me (on the plane) so I can still take in all it's beauty!

    If you don't know, you do now. You're welcome. In all seriousness, I am so happy I found Bordo Flowers. I discovered them when looking for a Chicago Florist so that I could send flowers to my friend. I looked up by hashtag #chicagoflorist and a picture from Bordo's instagram was one of the results. It immediately stuck out to me for being such an incredibly beautiful arrangement to the point, I thought it was a catfish. I looked it up on Yelp and saw scarce reviews and again felt nervous but when Googling it, I saw more reviews I came to realize it was legitimate. I'm dead serious, it was so gorgeous, I didn't believe my eyes. I'm so glad I didn't just write it off as being a catfish. I ended up ordering last night and asking for a rush to be delivered today within a certain timeframe and they absolutely delivered on all ends. I called this morning when they opened to confirm my order and then they texted me a picture of the arrangement when it was ready, to make sure I approved. It was GORGEOUS and again, I worried what they sent a picture of wouldn't be the end result my friend received. Just because it was too perfect. They then called me to let me know when it was on its way to be delivered. My friends were amazed by the arrangement and sent me a picture and it was indeed exactly like the picture they sent earlier. The flowers looked untouched even though it went through delivery. I'm absolutely impressed with the professionalism, commitment, quality, etc. Admittedly they are very expensive but so worth it considering the hard work they clearly put in. If you're looking to make a statement with flowers and splurge, look no further than Bordo. I will 100000% be a repeat customer.

We stopped in Thursday before Mother's Day on a large last minute decoration request for our job. It was my first time there and I've never bought flowers in bulk so it took us some time asking questions and running numbers. The first interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth was a worker barking at me to stay away from the carnation buckets that another worker had said I could choose from. "There's nothing back there for little girls" was his way of telling me, a 33 yr old WOMAN, not to pick from the carnations. I wanted to immediately leave, but knew we needed these flowers and this may be the only place we can find a large amount last minute. Then, when we finally were ready to check out, the owner (or the man behind the desk) was adamant that our client's card numbers weren't going to work because he needed 16 digits. I explained AMEX only has 15. It seems their systems are dated, so the owner had to call the card reader vendor which held things up and a line began to form. We didn't want to cause stress for anyone so we assured him multiple times he can take other guests before us so they didn't need to wait. He declined and continued to insist that it was our fault we didn't have the correct card numbers, but continued to speak with the vendor (who later confirmed that AX only has 15 numbers...). None of the other customers were complaining at all..but the WORKERS started making unnecessary and rude comments about us and how long it was taking. I was on the phone with my boss trying to figure out another option while the owner was on the phone with the vendor and things were feeling really stressful already, let alone having staff talk about us in front of the entire store. "This has turned into so much of a nightmare." "This is ridiculous." I told one of them that we had offered for others to go ahead of us in line, but he said they couldn't because the car had been loaded already. Finally, I was so stressed that I put it on my personal credit card just to get out of there. Rushed out of there with my receipt only to see they had unloaded my car- so now I had to wait for them to reload...after they were rushing us! Never in my life have I been heckled at by the employees of a business where I am spending $1000...I was shocked and felt disrespected..like they thought we didn't have the money to cover our bill, and that just because we took longer than an average transaction, we were inconveniencing them. The only reason I decided to still purchase with them is because it was last minute and right before Mother's Day and our options were slim. But to choose to return...absolutely not.
