I'm not a big fan of Krystal's, but I stopped here after a long road trip. I only got hash browns and orange juice, but it was pretty fulfilling. The hash browns were fresh, hot, and crispy. The orange juice was just a carton of Minute Maid orange juice, but it hit the spot. There's good deals on their sliders so I would suggest getting that if you have a taste for it. The servers were really nice and helpful. Even though there were long lines, they didn't crack under pressure. The bathrooms were clean for the most part too. This place isn't that bad. After a 15 minute wait our food was given to another customer that order after us then we had to wait about 15-20 minutes to finally get our order. I'd rather drive 15 minutes further to Prattville than to come back here again!! read more

On 11/11/2023 I went to Krystal located on Zelda Rd. I have been a big fan of Krystal for a long time, when a Krystal cost 10 cents. The person that took my order misunderstood my order and when he gave me to cost I knew something was wrong. I have no problem with getting the order wrong because we got it corrected and I thought everything was fine. When I got home and started to eat I discovered he was vindictive. One burger had only a small piece of bread on the bottom and the burger was all crunched up. The other burgers were over loaded with onions and tater tots box was half empty. We stopped here and the food was awful. Smelled bad. Bread was soggy. Overall unimpressive. They also messed up our order but the worst was the awful customer service. Lady taking order was incredibly rude and short tempered. Highly recommend customer service training. This is coming from someone who worked fast food. Will not be returning to another Krystals any time soon. read more

After running around Montgomery one night, me and Vanessa J. decided we needed some greasy food to nourish our soups before hitting the sack. I had never been to Krystal's before in my life and since I was in Alabama, I decided to get my slider on & order the jumbo pack. Yeah, we threw cheese fries in the mix too because we were feeling a bit celebratory & not mindful of calories at the time. They kept form until we got to our hotel and devoured them bite by bite. We placed them on the nightstand in between our beds and almost had like a little buffet of sliders. Although it wasn't the BEST I've ever had-at 5am, it definitely wasn't shabby. In the morning I woke up to more sliders and yes, I kept slugging them down. It's fast food st the end of the day but for this Miami girl, it was necessary and dire nutrition in a critical moment. Sometimes, it's cheesy sliders like these that soak up all the alcohol in your system which inevitably avoid hangovers in the morning. read more

They had the 5 for 5 going. five sliders for five dollars, or in our case 10 for 10. The burgers were very good. The fries were hot and salty. Very friendly staff and great service. One star taken off due to the lack of cleanliness of the restroom. It was not bad but it was not clean either. read more

Every time I go they make me pull up and wait forever. Right now, I'm sitting and waiting again with my car off, I've just noticed they got a new big red sign. I guess I'm supposed to be impressed? The sign said 24/7 for dine in. However, when I went to open the door the employees were sitting down and the door was locked. They pointed to the drive through. Maybe Krystal's doesn't do 24/7 fine in anymore but if that's the case I would have loved to be informed. After a 12 hour car ride it's disappointing to have something like this happen. 10 our of 10 would not recommend this Krystal's. read more
