Food is delicious and big portions as-well I got the double 1/3 combo I couldn't finish it so much food to get you right for the rest of your trip after lunch!

Kind of tastes like in and out on steriods. I thought the food was pretty good. Not alot of options, but it helps keep the lines moving. Fries were juat mid, but the burgers are pretty good. Atomsphere is cool simpson theme and its nice that they have multiple sets connected. Can get chaotic around noon.

I love the upstairs dining area. It has such a cute vibe with all the cool decor. The burger and fries were good, and the service was friendly.

Lowkey a delicious burger! Got the double patty one and was stuffed! Great sauce on it and it's just cool to eat Krusty Burger and feel like a Simpsons!

We were the second customer that came when they first open! It's pricey but we really wanted to try the burger and my kids preferred the hotdog! The burger was so good and the meat is well marinated it's not just meat flavor! It's seriously good, and the fries oh my! The fries are the best! They will call based on the number on your receipt so be sure to hear for it! The seating area is good too! Clean and spacious enough for family of 5 with double stroller! For sure Krusty is our choice if we come again!

I couldn't very well go to Springfield and not try a Krusty Burger, so we decided to pop in for a quick bite on the tail-end of our Universal Studios visit. I decided to get, of course, the Krusty Burger ("1/3 lb burger patty with Secret Sauce, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Served with fries"). Ordering was a cinch and the food was ready almost instantly, so I grabbed a tray and took the eats to a spacious seating area upstairs. It's a solid burger. It's nothing that'll be remembered or noted as one of the best burgers ever, but for a theme park concoction, I enjoyed it quite a bit. The patty was dry, sure, but the rest of the components generally helped compensate. And the fries were pretty decent, too. Would I get Krusty Burger again if I were in the park? Maybe not, but I don't regret trying it.

This restaurant is located in The Simpson's part of Universal Studios Hollywood! The restaurant is pretty big, and whenever we go, its always busy! They have an upstairs that is decked out in Simpson gear as well as TVs that are playing different episodes of the show! Best advice would be to mobile order because the lines do get pretty long! This was our first time doing the mobile order and it literally was so fast! They had our order ready within minutes! We ordered the Krusty Burger with fries combo and a large drink. They do have a bar where you can grab packets of condiments if you need! The burger was very tasty! It was pretty thick and actually very juicy for a theme park burger! The sauce on the burger made it stand out even more. The toppings were all fresh and we loved the pickles added to the burger! The fries were crispy and hot, we enjoyed the entire meal! We would definitely come back and grab another burger meal! The price isn't too bad, coming in at $15.99 for the burger and fries.

Krusty Burger was the one place our whole family agreed on to have lunch at during our visit to Universal Studios. It's based on the fictional fast food joint from "The Simpsons" and each area of the restaurant has a theme. My nephew has egg and nut allergies and Krusty Burger's menu made it very convenient to order as each menu item is clearly marked with: ES - Egg Sensitive, PS - Peanut Sensitive, TNS - Tree Nut Sensitive, etc. We ordered ahead on the Universal application and provided a pick up time so that by the time we finished waiting in line/riding our ride, we could walk over to the restaurant and not wait as long. We still had to wait a while, about 20-30 minutes past our 'pick-up window' but the app keeps you updated and lets you know the status of your order. It seemed really chaotic in there and the operation could have been more efficient as our order sat there for a while and it was really hard to hear the numbers being called. It would be great if they had a screen with order numbers displayed as they're ready for pickup. They did seem to take a little more precaution with my nephew's order and I had to see staff to confirm his allergies. We ordered the Krusty Burger, Clogger Burger Combo, Sideshow Bob Foot-Long, fries, and a milkshake. All were pretty standard and did the job. The Sideshow Bob Footlong (chili dog) was my favorite and I'm glad I went with that. We were able to snag seats in Krusty's VIP room which is where I wanted to be. The room is decorated with Simpsons show memorabilia and has a more upscale ambiance compared to the regular dining areas. I love how the artwork that is on the walls were drawn by the very artists from the Simpsons show. This place was PACKED. So despite our wait, I think we would have waited even longer had we queued in line. ORDER AHEAD. Also, send someone to stalk tables and grab seats for your party as you wait for your food.

I always end up having lunch here because of their no fuss menu- a simple burger and fries are always good. There is plenty of seating inside and clips of The Simpsons are always playing on a loop on TVs. If you get there early enough you won't have trouble looking for a table.

Visited this place during my trip to Universal Studios and it has so much amazing design details and a very fun atmosphere. Staff was friendly in terms of offering to take our orders but we didn't order anything cause we had eaten already beforehand. Would love to try the food on a return visit, as I'm pretty sure eating it inside would be just as fun.

By far the best thing I ate at Universal. My husband and I shared the foot long chili cheese dog which is on a bed of fries. In my opinion this is the best deal for a decent amount of food. All beef hotdog and chili on a soft bun. There is plenty of seating, including an upstairs area. Great place to escape the heat, with tons of TVs playing Simpsons clips. To order your food you wait in line until you reach a cashier, order and pay, then wait for your number to be called. Even during the late lunch rush in July we got our order in less than a minute.

Grabbed a cold Duff beer and a classic Krusty Burger -- both hit the spot! The beer was crisp and refreshing, perfect for a sunny day at the park. The burger was surprisingly tasty for theme park food, and the fries were nice and crispy too. The theming is spot on -- you really feel like you're in Springfield. It's a great place to sit, cool down, and soak in the vibe. Perfect pit stop between rides. Would definitely do it again!

I was new and didn't know. The whole place was great and pretty clean. I got a single regular burger and an order of sweet potato fries. It was quick and hot and plenty for me. May 2026 - 2nd Visit…read more A girl broke things off with me today, and yet somehow eating here was the lowest point of my day. I don't understand how this place has won awards. I ordered a double hamburger and sweet potatoes fries bc I knew better than to order the sprouts after last time. And I have to say, the burger outdid itself after last time -- I've easily had dozens of better burgers in backyards. This burger had NO flavor. None. Halfway through eating it I realized they didn't put any effing pickles or sauce on it. WHAT?! How did you forget this?! But still, even without those, are you guys not smashing any season into your burger? I feel like I've discovered a conspiracy on par with the Da Vinci Code, which if I'm honest I'm not sure if that's a proper conspiracy analogy bc I never saw or read da Vinci code. Sucking a ketchup packet would've resulted in a more flavorful dinner. Licking a Hollywood blvd sidewalk for 3 seconds would give you a better sodium intake. But I digress. For health and digestive reasons (bc my digestive system is not really functional) I snuck in a radish to eat post burger. I am not kidding when I say the grocery store GMO Monsanto radish had more flavor than the burger. The sweet potato fries were the "highlight" of the meal and tasted as good as anything you'll get in a grocery store frozen aisle. There's no reason to ever go back.

Food is pretty affordable, and does not come with sides originally, which I like, but if you're on the hungrier side definitely get a side. The double cheeseburger's flavor comes out and greets you like a warm hug, especially on a chillier day like this. I would say the burger meat could be a little more soft and tender, was just a touch overdone but that didn't ruin anything. The chicken sandwich is pretty good too, but i definitely prefer the burger. I think the flavors blend better together compared to the chicken sandwich. I have probably driven by it a hundred times or more without seeing it. Thankfully, I know where it is now and, even better, they have a few dedicated parking spaces behind the restaurant, but good luck with the extremely finicky pay machine. Who knew that "electric owls" were nighttime train conductors? Well, now you know. The train theme is carried through the decor of the restaurant and apparently, this is the site of an old train station. My Sunset Sour was a very nice whiskey sour. They have six nonalcoholic cocktail (mocktail) options, which was impressive. The Grill Daddy Burger (with bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce, and more) was very nice. They were offering fries with crab during our visit and they sounded decadent. Under other circumstances, we would have tried them but couldn't do so this time around. You can hang at the bar, on the outside bar patio, or inside the very cool-looking interior restaurant area. Think 1920s decor, literally 100 years ago, but still awesome today. This is a very nice spot for cocktails, mocktails, and well-made upscale bar food.
