    Burger comes with fries

Great first visit here at Krusty Burger. Came with expectations on the lower end but after visiting was surprisingly above average. The serving size was substantial, steak fries were crisp outside snd fluffy inside. Each burger comes with a side of fries. The burger was juicy and flavorful with crisp veggies and perfect toasty buns. Order at register pick up at window. Self serve beverage station, utensils and condiments available. Inside seating upstairs, moes or patio. Right across the street from duffs.

Food is delicious and big portions as-well I got the double 1/3 combo I couldn't finish it so much food to get you right for the rest of your trip after lunch!

Kind of tastes like in and out on steriods. I thought the food was pretty good. Not alot of options, but it helps keep the lines moving. Fries were juat mid, but the burgers are pretty good. Atomsphere is cool simpson theme and its nice that they have multiple sets connected. Can get chaotic around noon.

We were the second customer that came when they first open! It's pricey but we really wanted to try the burger and my kids preferred the hotdog! The burger was so good and the meat is well marinated it's not just meat flavor! It's seriously good, and the fries oh my! The fries are the best! They will call based on the number on your receipt so be sure to hear for it! The seating area is good too! Clean and spacious enough for family of 5 with double stroller! For sure Krusty is our choice if we come again!

I love the upstairs dining area. It has such a cute vibe with all the cool decor. The burger and fries were good, and the service was friendly.

I couldn't very well go to Springfield and not try a Krusty Burger, so we decided to pop in for a quick bite on the tail-end of our Universal Studios visit. I decided to get, of course, the Krusty Burger ("1/3 lb burger patty with Secret Sauce, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Served with fries"). Ordering was a cinch and the food was ready almost instantly, so I grabbed a tray and took the eats to a spacious seating area upstairs. It's a solid burger. It's nothing that'll be remembered or noted as one of the best burgers ever, but for a theme park concoction, I enjoyed it quite a bit. The patty was dry, sure, but the rest of the components generally helped compensate. And the fries were pretty decent, too. Would I get Krusty Burger again if I were in the park? Maybe not, but I don't regret trying it.

Lowkey a delicious burger! Got the double patty one and was stuffed! Great sauce on it and it's just cool to eat Krusty Burger and feel like a Simpsons!

This restaurant is located in The Simpson's part of Universal Studios Hollywood! The restaurant is pretty big, and whenever we go, its always busy! They have an upstairs that is decked out in Simpson gear as well as TVs that are playing different episodes of the show! Best advice would be to mobile order because the lines do get pretty long! This was our first time doing the mobile order and it literally was so fast! They had our order ready within minutes! We ordered the Krusty Burger with fries combo and a large drink. They do have a bar where you can grab packets of condiments if you need! The burger was very tasty! It was pretty thick and actually very juicy for a theme park burger! The sauce on the burger made it stand out even more. The toppings were all fresh and we loved the pickles added to the burger! The fries were crispy and hot, we enjoyed the entire meal! We would definitely come back and grab another burger meal! The price isn't too bad, coming in at $15.99 for the burger and fries.

Krusty Burger was the one place our whole family agreed on to have lunch at during our visit to Universal Studios. It's based on the fictional fast food joint from "The Simpsons" and each area of the restaurant has a theme. My nephew has egg and nut allergies and Krusty Burger's menu made it very convenient to order as each menu item is clearly marked with: ES - Egg Sensitive, PS - Peanut Sensitive, TNS - Tree Nut Sensitive, etc. We ordered ahead on the Universal application and provided a pick up time so that by the time we finished waiting in line/riding our ride, we could walk over to the restaurant and not wait as long. We still had to wait a while, about 20-30 minutes past our 'pick-up window' but the app keeps you updated and lets you know the status of your order. It seemed really chaotic in there and the operation could have been more efficient as our order sat there for a while and it was really hard to hear the numbers being called. It would be great if they had a screen with order numbers displayed as they're ready for pickup. They did seem to take a little more precaution with my nephew's order and I had to see staff to confirm his allergies. We ordered the Krusty Burger, Clogger Burger Combo, Sideshow Bob Foot-Long, fries, and a milkshake. All were pretty standard and did the job. The Sideshow Bob Footlong (chili dog) was my favorite and I'm glad I went with that. We were able to snag seats in Krusty's VIP room which is where I wanted to be. The room is decorated with Simpsons show memorabilia and has a more upscale ambiance compared to the regular dining areas. I love how the artwork that is on the walls were drawn by the very artists from the Simpsons show. This place was PACKED. So despite our wait, I think we would have waited even longer had we queued in line. ORDER AHEAD. Also, send someone to stalk tables and grab seats for your party as you wait for your food.

I always end up having lunch here because of their no fuss menu- a simple burger and fries are always good. There is plenty of seating inside and clips of The Simpsons are always playing on a loop on TVs. If you get there early enough you won't have trouble looking for a table.

Visited this place during my trip to Universal Studios and it has so much amazing design details and a very fun atmosphere. Staff was friendly in terms of offering to take our orders but we didn't order anything cause we had eaten already beforehand. Would love to try the food on a return visit, as I'm pretty sure eating it inside would be just as fun.

We stopped in on a Sunday around 11:30, no line and very quick service! Finished eating and left around 12:05 so we must've lucked out with no line. We got two double cheese burgers and the loaded fries. The burger had impressively thin patties with a really nice char on the meat skirt, well seasoned, and perfectly crispy. The buns were quite small and a bit smooshed, but they were soft. It came with some fry sauce and pickles as well, overall a good burger. The fries had a good amount of toppings (cheese onions, fry sauce) and were nice and crispy. Kinda wish the onions were slightly more grilled for some extra flavor! Would probably go for plain next time as the loaded fries and burger together had similar flavors The interior has a few benches for seating and single bar type seating around the perimeter - I could see it filling up if there's a big line of people. Would like to try the chicken sandwich and brussel sprouts next time we stop by!

The taste of a burger so consistent and familiar, that my tastebuds can traverse continents and taste fermented shark in the Netherlands, broiled Mackerel in Kyoto, or a cheeseburger in Reykjavik. The Big Mac stays the same. I went to LA to taste, apparently, the best burger in LA at For the Win. I paid $25 for two smash burgers and had high expectations. After all, when you click this joint on Google Maps, a fancy review pops up. Nice! However, when the smash burger entered my cave and caressed my buds, my mind instantly recognized it as a Big Mac. Therefore, my brain could hardly differentiate between a McDonalds burger, and the "best" burger in LA. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in 14 years, but my mind still knew what a gentle and warm face looks like. So overall, it was alright! As the reverend Shane Gillis says "Not Bad". The service was good tho. And the ambiance was a bit weird because the music was off. Haha bye!!!

I have probably driven by it a hundred times or more without seeing it. Thankfully, I know where it is now and, even better, they have a few dedicated parking spaces behind the restaurant, but good luck with the extremely finicky pay machine. Who knew that "electric owls" were nighttime train conductors? Well, now you know. The train theme is carried through the decor of the restaurant and apparently, this is the site of an old train station. My Sunset Sour was a very nice whiskey sour. They have six nonalcoholic cocktail (mocktail) options, which was impressive. The Grill Daddy Burger (with bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce, and more) was very nice. They were offering fries with crab during our visit and they sounded decadent. Under other circumstances, we would have tried them but couldn't do so this time around. You can hang at the bar, on the outside bar patio, or inside the very cool-looking interior restaurant area. Think 1920s decor, literally 100 years ago, but still awesome today. This is a very nice spot for cocktails, mocktails, and well-made upscale bar food.
