Before I begin, let me state I use Yelp consistently but have never posted a review until today…read more I called and left a message around 1pm for ATL Tree All Stars last Tuesday to get a quote. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Dale, the owner. He directed me to a local contact Adam as they divide the ATL market into smaller areas for better service. Adam and I spoke briefly about 10 minutes later and he asked if he could come by the house that afternoon to take a look at the work I needed. He showed up on time and provided the quote within minutes. My needs were not urgent so we agreed they would work my project into their schedule in the next few days. The next day I received a text from Adam confirming they would come the next. They arrived the next day on time and made quick work of my project. They were in and out within an hour and took great measures to protect the surrounding landscape (bushes, landscape lighting, pavers, etc.). Not only were they efficient, they cleaned the areas so well it was difficult to tell they had been there at all. Oh, and they also took care of some limbs I had pruned a few days earlier at no charge. Adam was very professional and courteous and reminded me what great customer service looks like. Not only that, but he's super knowledgeable about the local trees, bushes, and how to care for them. I've hired several companies in the past 15 years to do this type of work. Most any company can perform the task of tree pruning or removal. But if you're looking for professional, efficient, courteous, and affordable tree service consider using ATL Tree All Stars!

A crew of 6!guys showed up. They were very professional and worked very hard. It was scary watching them get up on the roof and remove the tree from the house, but they did a great job. They cleaned up all debris with blowers and did more than I expected. I'd definitely recommend them for any job!

Atlanta Tree Professionals made a tough job look easy. We contacted them to have 8 large trees…read moreremoved and to have some debris that another tree company left behind when they removed a tree. DJ and his team hauled off the log the other crew left behind. DJ was super communicative and came out to give us a price estimate. The pricing was competitive and he really seemed to know his stuff, he was able to point out several trees that were diseased and needed to come down. We had gotten estimates from other crews but what sold us on Atlanta Tree Professionals is their track record of great reviews and the insurance protection they carry. Many others claim they have insurance but when you read the fine print, the differences come to light. You can tell Atlanta Tree Professionals care about their customers and their employees. These guys showed up on time on the day of the job. DJ called us to schedule and confirm which was super easy. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Even my neighbors were impressed. I also appreciated the way these guys treated an old oak we have near the house. It had suffered some storm damage but they had it looking good in no time. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

On the day of my appointment I met Milton and Raphael who promptly arrived at the time of my appointment. They made sure I understood the process as well (i.e, stump grinding and how it is handled by a third party who will come on a later date, how they planned on removing the trees, etc.) they're very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! You can tell Milton has A LOT of experience and reliable references. The great part of Milton being so knowledgeable is the way he explained everything for me (who knows nothing about trees or tree service) he made it so easily for me to understand. On the day of removal they arrived promptly, Raphael knocked on my door to let me know they were going to begin the job. I HAVE NEVER WATCHED SUCH AN AMAZING PROCESS IN ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING. I allowed they to drop the trees on my yard for a faster process, and my goodness was it fast! They roped up the first tree, dropped it and while some of the crew was working on the fallen tree, the rest started roping the next tree. Both of my large trees were down faster than I anticipated. Clean up was beautiful, and thorough to me, they went above and beyond. For them, that's the service that every client should receive and deserves. The saying you get what you pay for rings true for A-Plus, and their name is the service they provide, A-Plus! Stump grinding was scheduled for two days later, and they did a great job as well. What you need to know: * HONEST * PUNCTUAL * KIND AND GENUINE STAFF * KNOWLEDGEABLE * PROFESSIONAL * WORTH EVERY PENNY. I would never hire another tree service company and I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than A-Plus they are truly amazing.
