We had a certified arborist (Taylor Hunt) come out to do the evaluation vs. a sales guy (who knows everything) and the initial consult was free! Our arborist was professional and to the point. Did a quick walkthrough and focused on answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable and his action plan seemed the most sound and it didn't come across as he was trying to add different treatment plans to make some more $$. Overall Davey worked out to be the cheapest. It took a bit to get scheduled for the actual service (tree fungicide application): you have to approve the estimate through the arborist and then the office will call you back to schedule. Had I not called, I would have just been waiting and wondering. Anyways, got the first fungicide application done, which was seamless. Their portal is easy to navigate and make payments etc. I would highly recommend them!

The crew (5 people) arrived on time (8 AM) and did an absolutely great job. I amateur guess was that the job would take a full day (or more) but work was finished by about 1:30 in the afternoon (which included a complete cleanup of all of the areas that had been affected in front and back yards). The company rep who provided the estimate (which we thought was very reasonable) was Dan Johns, a certified arborist. Lastly, the final bill was the same amount as the estimate.

Tree removed carefully and he took photos of the roof for me. The yard was cleaned up and you couldn't tell all that had happened. They put the tarps back up to cover every hole in the roof.
