I spent time, organizing and researching what would work. When the rendering was delivered, he admitted he never looked at the pictures and that the rendering was incomplete. Admitting his fault, he promised to re-work and complete the rendering and never did! I asked him to return at least part of the what I paid him since it was not what was discussed and unfinished and he ghosted. Avoid. This guy does not listen, and then provides sub-par work.
