Having previously used Superior Arbor Management (SAM), we felt that they would be able to handle this job for us. Tim Costley quickly answered our call, made an appointment to meet us at our property to evaluate our plans and offer advice. He was on time and ready to help. He walked the property with us, listened to what we wanted and told us what SAM could do and how long it would probably take. Options and alternatives were also suggested and after we decided on a plan, he promised (and delivered) a proposal and estimate that evening. The proposal and estimate were what we had requested and the price was reasonable. We let Tim know that we wanted to go ahead with the project. We He called to schedule the work at a date which worked well for us. His crew arrived on time with everything they needed to do the work and went straight to work. More was accomplished than we had anticipated and they even continued to work through a short rain shower. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left two very satisfied customers. It is very easy for us to recommend SAM to anyone who needs tree removal or arborist services in our area.

Since then the company has cut four trees, removed two fallen trees, and kept the trees trimmed for safety and health. Removed a gate and part of my fence to remove the heavy wood from the tree. They only cleaned up part of my back yard. My fence was next on my list to have replaced but it was keeping my dog in until they left gaps in the side and I caught her just as she was going out. The next day when I took her out. They told me they would come back and clean my yard up. As it was it took almost a week to come pick up there boards they put down for the bobcat. They left my front yard a mess also. The owner was professional and punctual when he came to look at the trees to give me an estimate. He ended up advising to cut a third tree down because it was right next to the creek that runs behind our house and the roots were exposed and it could come down if the ground got too wet. This is the reason we took down the other trees. He gave us a very good quote compared to the guys that came after. They arrived on time on the day of the service. They even had to take my fence down and did it seamlessly. They took care of my property as well as the plant and grass in the area.
