We had contacted another tree service in Rome they came out gave est and made 2 appts with us and reschedule them both. The day they were to be there they texted said it will be later when they get there, then texted at last minute said they couldn't come. That we could reschedule appt again we had taken day off from work on Friday and they canceled on Saturday had to go to (talladega )which they had already knew that. they talked about other companies while there. So I called Steve and he came right away gave me a better estimate and he had his crew come on Sunday since we had been screwed already by someone else. Not once did Steve talk down about another company. He was a jewel be work with he was on time, pleasant,and very dependable. He is very passionate and about his job. His crew did an awesome job cutting down and trimming trees for us. They finished the job on time and they did exactly what we wanted done plus more. I know tree removal in general is costly, so I was surprised at the company's willingness to work with us on the price and explain why the price was what it was (liability since tree on house). The company is very familiar with cooperating with home insurance. They went as far as to chop the tree up for easy removal by city and cleaned off the roof after removal.
