What a lucky find! We got off the mass pike looking for a quick meal and were lucky enough to end up here. It is bright. cheery, and the food is delicious. I work out in Natick and found this little Thai place that delivers incredibly tasty Thai to us. We have ordered several times and after today's new try, I had to write a review. We typically order the pad Thai, the Krua Thai fried rice (incredible!), and sometimes the vegetable fried rice. All very tasty! Today I ordered the yellow curry with chicken. Perfect balance of curry, spice, and coconut milk. Delivery is always quick and the woman that answers the phone is very pleasant! Came here with daughter and son-in-law who live nearby. It's a small unassuming place but the food is probably the best Thai I've ever had. The yellow curry with chicken and basil fried rice with chicken were excellent. Also tried a bit of coconut curry, which was great, as were a couple of appetizers. Our food and everyone elses that I saw came out steaming hot....as it should! Service was prompt and pleasant. They seem to do a brisk take out business I addition to the table seating for 10 or so. You wouldn't think it to look at this place, but the food is fantastic. I went with my mother and sister and we were all very happy with our dishes. All our food was delicious, I especially liked the summer roles (super fresh) and the mango curry with vegetables. There aren't many tables inside, so it might be best for take-out or delivery, but it's very clean and the woman who served us was lovely. Krua Thai just opened in Natick, MA. Chef owned and run, this small venue is perfect for delicious take-out. There is also limited space to eat in. The food is well- prepared, very fresh, and very tasty. The Thai dishes and appetizers are delicious..... Excellent crispy spring rolls and wonderful steamed dumplings. Pad Thai comes with both shrimp and chicken and is delightful. Food is homemade with fine ingredients. A good choice for excellent Thai cooking! read more

This is a very small place located near the staples in Natick. I haven't had a lot of Thai food but saw that they already had great reviews. I loved the food here and had a spicy dish that was perfect as I do not like too much spice in my food. The noodles were delicious and the seafood was cooked perfect. We always get the pad Thai- it's a lot of noodles and i feel like they skimp our on veggies and chicken- it's sweet so makes you eat a lot and not realize you're not getting nutrition but I like to spoil myself sometimes read more

Had our first try tonight, Friday 11/7. Ordered for family of four, kids 6 and 8. Kids loved the Krua Thai Rib, Natick Wings, Glass noodle soup and Summer rolls. If our kids eat that means the food is good. Also ordered Beef Red Curry (my favorite Thai dish), Pad Woonsen and Pineapple Rice. As you can tell we had allot of food and still had left overs. We got the pad thai, the pad kee mao, and crispy spring rolls. Actually, I asked for crazy noodles, which I had had elsewhere, and they somehow knew that crazy noodles was the same thing as pad kee mao. Everything was absolutely delicious and ready in about 15 minutes. The bill was just under $25. We loved it and will order again. read more

I just left a review for another Thai restaurant, in Rhode Island, and was shocked to see I had never reviewed Krua Thai in Natick. We have been going there for three years, discovered on the way to and from our son's college soccer games. This is the best Thai we have had, and we have had a lot. My wife always gets spicy fried rice and I almost always get Duck Choo Chee, both outstanding. Over the years, we have tried a number of the appetizers and a few other entrees as well, consistently outstanding. This is a small restaurant for eat in and seems to do more take-out business. I have gotten take out from this restaurant from the early weeks. Since the beginning the quality has been there. My favorite is beef panang with a thai iced tea (that they make when you get there, not before!). The spring rolls are crispy and come with a delicious dipping sauce that's not just hot & sour sauce. This is our FAVORITE restaurant in Natick. Hands down. My family is picky, but here everyone has good food, the orders always come out right, prices are fair, and the staff is wonderful. We tried other Thai restaurants before this opened and during a week when they were closed for a holiday (it was devastating), but nothing comes close! We haven't dined in, as we live close by and have a toddler, so we do takeout. I will eat Krua Thai any day of the week! read more

Worst costumer service i have ever had. I ordered a bunch of food that was good but not the best, but my mussels that I ordered out of the whole order there was only about 8 that actually had meat in them. I called because I had them delivered to my house and at first they said they would reimburse me for the mussels but all I wanted was new ones, there response was too busy and they hung up on me. I called and got hung up on 5 times! Being a manager of a restaurant I am appalled! Sad that this is my boyfriends first experience eating Thai food and I finally talked him into it and because the food was bad he will never eat Thai food again.. read more

Hands down the best Thai food in the Natick/Framingham area! I have had good experiences with both take-out and dine-in, though as other reviews mention, the inside seating area is small. Classic pad Thai is consistently delicious--sweet and tangy but not too greasy. Another favorite is the mango curry, though one downside is that it is inconsistently seasoned--sometimes mild, sometimes spicy, even though we don't order it any differently.
