Absolute WORST experience from the Pharmacy department. They have not filled my wife's prescription correctly in 2 months. We have spoken to them multiple times, and my doctor's office has given them the correct information. They always say that "...it's the doctors office". We've checked - it's not the doctor. We called back shortly ago and the pharmacist actually had the nerve to say "... why are you calling me about it?" Because you're the pharmacist!!!!!! They always want promote customer service but do not provide it. As a result, we have had to pay extra copays and multiple trips just to get the correct quantity. I understand that mistakes happen, but don't make it out to be the customer's fault when I have had multiple phone calls and conversations and you still can't get it right. read more

Love this store. Huge and has many good brands other stores dont have. Like any store ,they can be busy so you go when its less busy. Either way not a long wait and employees are always helpful and courteous. Lots of well mannered young ones working and thats rare these days. Great produce,deli selection as well. I love this Kroger. Every time I go in at least two employees acknowledge me and wish me a good day. The store is always clean, the produce and meat look good and the layout is good. When I go to other Kroger's around town I'm always disappointed since my experience is not as good as my one at Wylie. Also, they are really good about giving rain checks when an ad item is out. Also, the Kroger brand items are always great. Their pasta sauce has actually become a favorite of mine over the name brands. Love Kroger. Love this Kroger. read more

There are lot of positive reviews here! I'm guessing that's mostly because NO ONE looks at freshness dates. At this store, if you don't, you are guaranteed to get quite a few items that are expired--some by months. In fact, I couldn't wait for this store to open. On my VERY FIRST VISIT I picked up a carton of Quaker Oats that expired SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE STORE opened. Come on Kroger. That's disgusting. Granted, I'm unlikely to die from expired food, but I REFUSE TO PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR OLD FOOD. That said, the meat is pretty good, the produce is better than most area stores, the selection is good, & some of the clothes are pretty cute. But please... ENOUGH with the expired, ancient food. read more

I absolutely love this grocery store. It's always clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you go when it's busy, they have a few staff members that will direct you to the shortest line available, to keep things moving. And unlike Walmart, they ALWAYS have plenty of cashiers. Example of their outstanding customer service: I'm 8 months pregnant. Without any prompting, a manager loaded a 35 lb bag of dog food into my cart, then took time out to unload everything in the cashier's line, and THEN escorted me to my car, where he unloaded all of my groceries. It was so nice!! I can't say grocery shopping is my favorite, but it's so refreshing to come to a place who really look out for their customers. read more

For a "new" Kroger store, this store manager is missing the mark in several areas. Overall, this is a terrific store with cheerful employees and well stocked shelves. The restrooms are literally falling apart. There is duct tape on some stalls and they are messy. Toilet paper dispensers are broken and not being replaced. I also had major trouble with a special order cake that was incorrectly made, then incorrectly made a second time. The order was very clear and the excuse was too many orders for the decorating to take the time to do them correctly on that day. I hope this store gets on track in the less obvious ways, like the restrooms. The whole store is an experience and not just the merchandise. read more

Do NOT use their delivery service! They do their deliveries through Instacart and somehow managed to add $70 worth of EXTRA ITEMS to our order! We had a lot of perishable goods in this order and when it arrived, nobody in our household knew because nobody even knocked! When Kroger was called to sort out this issue, the Assistant Manager basically, in so many words, told us "tough sh*t" and pawned the call off on a lesser employee. We were then told we would have to deal with Instacart directly. When our order was discovered on the porch, those $70 worth of extra items weren't even there! Just our original order. I would be careful with Instacart and using it via Kroger. You may end up being charged for somebody else's groceries. I would have given this a one star review if it weren't for the final person we spoke to who is going to refund our order for all this drama. However we will not be doing Kroger deliveries ever again! read more

I used to love this place. My girlfriend and I would go to this place a lot. I guess management changed. Just before I wrote this review I went to this place to buy balloons for a boy of the family that my girlfriend is staying with. First no one was there to help us for a good 5 mins. The manager finally saw us and asked if we needed help. Naturally we said yes we want balloons and she called over a nice man that works with her. We wanted the 4 balloons for 9.99 deal and he showed us all the balloons that were "part" of this deal. He gave us our price code to scan and pay for at the main register while another nice employee fixed us up with our balloons. After paying for it we were leaving but when we were out in the middle of the road the manager stops us and said "hey those weren't the real prices for the those balloons it's actually more than that" and she even blames the man that helped us by saying he doesn't even work at this station. There's a problem. Why would you put him at a station where he usually doesn't work in? Of course it's his fault if he quoted the prices of the balloons wrong but the manager should've caught that before we bought the balloons or she should've just helped us herself since she was there anyways. In my opinion she should've let it go and took the blame if it were to come back and bite her, own up to it like a manager should and learn from this mistake but instead insisted we return the balloons and blame other employees. That kind of display is low and unacceptable. Ultimately I love this kroger but my girlfriend and I are not going back to this place anymore because of the lack of service and care this manager displayed. read more

This store is always out of the items in their ad. While I appreciate that their sale prices are so affordable, it would be nice if they actually had some on the shelves once in a while. The store manager tries to blame couponers, but they are paying customers like anyone else. They should be able to purchase whatever quantity they want. The store should be aware of what "hot" items are in the ad and stock appropriately. read more

I had the best experience with a not so convenient situation. I ordered groceries on clicklist (which I love!) and there was a problem with the computers. No big deal. Stuff like that happens sometimes. They called to let me know there would be a delay picking up my groceries. I called back and asked if they could add something that I had forgotten to order. Logan was more than happy to help me! When I arrived to pick up, Logan know exactly who I was and regretted to inform me that my order wouldn't be ready until the next day. Again, that was ok. The only problem was that my toddler needed milk so I told him to remove it from my order because I would need to go get some that day. He insisted on going inside and getting a gallon for me. I appreciated him and his help so much! When stressful situations arise it is easy to get defensive or rude and Logan did neither of those. I was super impressed with his customer service skills! read more

Great store! It is huge with a big produce and meat section. They also have a kitchen section that sells household items. I love that part of the store. The new clothes section is a little pricey but they have pretty good sales. This is the only store with organic bananas for miles. They have a nice size area with organic produce. My husband and I like the gas points too. I have had a couple of times where the high school students didn't smile or provide good service but most of the time not the case. Overall this store rates with my husband and I. It is our favorite store in Wylie! read more

I don't have enough bad words for this store at this point. The store is now under construction to change the aisles so no one knows where they are going and have to go down every aisle to find things. I had a very short list of things to get today and the store did not have Birdseye frozen corn. Are you kidding me? When the customers had to deal with the personal shoppers hogging the aisles with those BIG CARTS and not getting out of the way of paying CUSTOMERS, now all the stock movers are in the way in every turn and aisle and won't get out of the way of customers. Who is the paying the bills here? Evidently the store won't be done until October, so stay away until then. Shopping in this messed up store is a NIGHTMARE. Oh and i forgot to mention, they actually do need to train people on how to BAG food. Bananas do not belong at the bottom of a bag. I am so sick of getting home with bad bananas from horrible baggers. Banana's are more delicate than eggs for petes sake. There is only one good bagger in this store. ONE. read more

I don't shop at this store very often, but the times that I've visited, it was clean, well stocked, great sushi bar. Nice shoe selections for women. It's always exciting to visit, because there is always some new area for me to explore, when I have the time. Okay that's the good part. Here's the bad part. Now this is just my opinion, and I could be wrong. I am a person of a certain race, and unfortunately, sometimes when I shop, I get followed around the store, because I guess it's assumed by some people that I am automatically going to try to shop lift or something. It's extremely annoying, but it happens. A couple of times that I visited this place, I felt like I was being watched. The first time I was with my sister, and we were in the shoe department looking at boots. The store wasn't terribly busy at the time. Some gentlemen came over, and had his phone out, and started talking to us, and was taking pictures of some shoes on the same aisle, very near where we were. My sister had found a pair of shoes that she liked, and decided to try them on. This gentlemen was telling us how he was taking pictures of shoes for his wife, and kind of just kept walking up and down the aisle, having this conversation with his wife. He never left the aisle, kind of just hung out. My sister made her selection, she paid for the shoes and we left. The first thing she said to me when we left the store, "You know that guy was watching us right, making sure we wouldn't steal anything." And I replied, that it did feel as if we were being watched. We kind of just laughed it off. Next time I was with my sister again, this time we were in the check out lanes, I don't remember the exact scenario, but this young guy was watching us as we were checking out. He made it obvious, because he just kept lingering around the area, doing things that seemed pointless, like moving a basket or something. As we're walking out the store, he says goodnight, and my sister said good night, and thank you. Then she remarks again how this young guy was watching us. This particular time she was annoyed, because it's just so insulting to have some teenager, watching two grown women, as if we're foolish enough, or desperate enough to steal from a grocery store. Furthermore, once a person is in line, and making their final purchases, what further threat is there, that we needed to be watched as we get checked out, and leave the store? So today I visited the store again, by myself this time. I stopped in for a quick visit, to pick some things up for my parents, and they have this particular yogurt that my mom likes, that we don't see offered at other grocery stores near us. So I walk in with my little basket, I want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I quickly got my items, it couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes for me to get everything. The longest time spent was in the yogurt section, they only had one flavor of her yogurt, and I was walking up and down a bit, just to make sure that there weren't any additional flavors. So I went straight from the yogurt section to the check out line, I didn't go look at shoes, or check out the sushi selections, or anything, just went straight to the lines. I emptied the contents of my little basket on the belt, and pulled out my cash to pay. I noticed a rather fat guy standing directly behind my line. He had on the khakis and white shirt, and a name tag, didn't see the name. He wasn't doing anything, just standing there, right in my lane, not right behind me, but a little further back just observing things. I turned my head at first because I could just feel someone looking at me, and when I saw him, he just turned his head, and starting looking from side to side. It was the weirdest thing. First I thought, well maybe he's just a manager, watching the lanes or something, to make sure that everything was running smoothly, but I still felt uncomfortable because of where he was standing, and the fact that he wasn't doing anything, not cleaning, getting baskets or something, just standing right there. It made me very uncomfortable. The young guy who was checking me out greeted me, asked me how I was doing and everything, he was pleasant, but in that moment, I just felt bad. I wondered, one, am I being watched by this huge man, and if so, why? What exactly did I do during my short visit, that would warrant me being watched like this? As the guy was scanning my items, I just looked at this person, and he just stood there, and kept looking from side to side. Then I got my bags and left. I don't usually pay attention to things like this, but today's episode really made me feel like crap. I didn't do anything wrong, and I have this person blatantly stand right in my line, and watch me like I'm some sort of criminal. He wasn't even trying to disguise it. It was embarrassing. I won't be coming back. I know my opinion doesn't matter, and I'm sure the people that work there will appreciate my absence. Just needed to vent read more
