It's the place to go for Asian groceries in the North Dallas metro area, and wasn't too crowded or rushed when we visited on a weekday afternoon. It's a big H Mart for sure, with almost 70,000 square feet of space. The very first one I remember going to was in Niles (near Chicago) at 50,000, and this one is bigger than that. There were plenty of items for sale, and quite a few items I had not seen before. We ended up buying things like Samanco fish-shaped ice cream sandwiches and frozen raw soy sauce marinated blue crab (would recommend skipping it). They also sold H Mart Texas reusable shopping bags for only $1.99, so those were bought as souvenirs.

Plus the cafe has really good food. We always get pizza and it's great quality for a great price. They also have a playground for little ones. Shopping at Central Market is truly a one of a kind experience and I always leave feeling excited about the new and unique things they have. They frequently have special events and themes too. Its is beyond frustrating and has gotten worse despite filling out feedback surveys. Walmart's work, Tom thumb has real human checkers that go 3 to 4 times faster. To ad insult Kroger typically has only one checker line open and none at all in the evenings. So most of the Customers are buying only what they need and using the automated stations where only half are ever open because it takes a dedicated clerk to constantly fix transaction issues. Corporate management has their heads totally up their asses. Tom Thumb is a bit farther but I enjoy the stores for the courtesy of employees who actually seem to want to be there and the experience is way more pleasant. I just finished moving 6 prescriptions to TT and won't suffer Kroger's crappy condition of customers anymore.
