The store is constantly out of things I shop for. Very sparse unhealthy produce (I compare to Publix). Limited check out lines available--long waits. Although there a couple of friendly ones, most employees are rude and unhelpful---Especially Necher (female). She is by far the rudest customer service employee I have ever met. She obviously hates her job and each and every customer that has the unfortunate experience to have to be helped by her. God knows, I don't know how such a miserable women is still employed by Kroger and is allowed to work with the public. Kroger---WISE UP! There are constant problems with the digital coupon scanning system. There are never any employees available to ask questions of, help find things, etc. Many items on the shelf are expired. BTW, why can't the cashiers or baggers place the bags in the cart like they used to? It is difficult to reach over the cart and counter to grab the heavy bags and then put them in the cart. I have checked out before when nobody else was in line behind me to struggle with lifting the heavy bags to put in my cart while the cashier just stood there watching me struggle, with no offer to help. And again, THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE! This Kroger is depressing and the morale of the staff is seemingly very low. It is always a distressing experience to walk in the doors. You may ask why I continue to darken their doors. The truth is that I can save a little money and the store is extremely close to my house. I am now at the point where I may have to spend a little more money and drive a bit further to get the great experience and helpful, friendly staff that Publix provides. Step it up Kroger! read more

I can say this is one of the best locations I have been to anywhere. Workers are friendly and asked if I needed assistance. The store is clean and huge! Also very organized and easy to find stuff. There's also a big deli area that I believe I saw a variety of cuisines being offered. Haven't really seen that at any other locations. I went in on a weeknight evening around 7pm and it wasn't too crowded. There was a truck outside that seemed to be delivering as well. Seems like they keep their shelves stocked pretty well as I didn't see a single empty shelf. It was a breath of fresh air going to this location and has renewed my faith in the store again. I'll definitely shop here again and would highly recommend to others. read more

I have been shopping EXCLUSIVELY at Crabapple Kroger since it opened, which is over 30+ years. Recently my disabled veteran husband was diagnosed with inoperable cancer & I need back surgery, making it necessary to order groceries because I can no longer shop in person. The last four times I've done this have been disasterous. Each time, we have had to wait over 30 minutes in the parking lot to get my groceries, forcing me to go inside to find out what was wrong, which was extremely painful. Yesterday I went to pick up my groceries & their app stopped working for me in their parking lot, so when Joseph came out to another car that arrived after me, i told him who I was & explained that the Kroger app put me in store mode, so I couldn't let them know I had arrived. After that, Joseph took care of three other cars that arrived AFTER me. I called corporate & told them they had lost not my business at that store but at every Kroger because when I told Joseph I wouldn't be back, he said, "Good!" What he doesn't know is that I had been trying to get him more help after each attempted pickup, I had called Kroger to tell than that he needed help & that they should reconsider this service if they couldn't do it well. That's all. I don't be back to that store or any other Kroger ever again because you trampled on my loyalty like I was nothing but a profit! So much for customer service in Trumpistain. The digital coupons NEVER work properly and are a source of great frustration and irritation. This store needs to work on "hospitality" and "customer service" since the Front End Supervisors are nasty! Pray you do not need any help............they are the worst at trying to resolve issues. I am trying to find at least a few positive things to say. The beer and wine selection and flower area are at par and they carry a lot of brands in the center aisles. Produce is horrible. Worst in all of Metro Atlanta...Dollar General has better produce. Meat and seafood are awful. The way the store is organized is terrible. Deli is rarely staffed and generally unhelpful. Checkout - usually must do self checkout after 6 pm which is tough if you have a full cart. I try not to go here unless I have to pick up a few canned or boxed goods. read more

This is the Kroger that I frequented as a child and teenager when growing up in Alpharetta. Though it's changed a lot (there used to be a Chick-fil-A inside!), it will still hold many memories. The improvements have made it an excellent place for groceries and affordable place to shop. Excellent customer service and friendly cashiers too. The pharmacy used to be open 24 hours, but hours have been cut, so that can be downside for some. read more

Just like any other large scale Kroger. Has anything you need, with some suggestive selling points throughout the store. It's a good store, usually does not have a lot of finesse. I would not compare this to a upper level grocery store like Wegmans or Marianos (however, Kroger's owns Mariano's) They can do better but this is just a mid sale store has everything you need at decent prices. Can't go wrong here at the crabapple store. read more

Switching to Publix. Self checkout is a disaster. If you scan while holding something near the bags it will accuse you of stealing while replaying an overhead video. It's one thing forcing their customers to do their work for them, but it's another to accuse me of stealing oat milk. read more

Not having any checkout lanes staffed is unacceptable. Self checkout is fine for customers with only a couple items, but it is not a viable option when you have a full basket of 60+ items. I was told they were short staffed - but yet they had several people manning self checkout and a manager who was just watching. As we all know prices fluctuate through out all various stores but over all you can always save more with Kroger. The various store brands such as private selection, psst , Kroger, simple truth, are a great way to save even more . I have tried quite a few of the store brands and have been pleasantly surprised by them . I actually find myself buying more store brands than national brands. Not every item that I've tried pleased me for example....... the store brand version of V8 juice was disappointing so I returned it and got my money back .... that is another great thing about Kroger. If you are dissatisfied with a product bring it back . Kroger also has great seasonal items. Great grilling supplies, pool floats , flowers , plants , bird baths , planters etc are now available . read more

I came by here with a friend and her daughter after their Lacrosse game...they lost...so sad...but according to my friend's daughter there were some cute guys there so...all is not lost....We were all starving and didn't feel like eating fast food and it was too late to eat at a restaurant on a school night (it was almost 8pm) We came in thinking we would buy something frozen like one of those lasagnas and warm that up...but it turned out this Kroger has some ready to eat options. They sell pizza slices for $3 or $15 for whole and they will warm it up for you right there....they also sell burrito bowls for $7 with all the works....We ended up getting a couple of slices of pizza to try and a burrito bowl. All in all it wasn't a bad trip at all. Plus the girl that was working the pizza counter Tabitha was super friendly and we had a fun chat....Thanks Kroger for feeding us and next time we are in the area. I lived in the city and occasionally shopped at Murder Kroger on Poncey. Usually out of connivence. When I moved up to the Crabapple area of Milton, there happened to be a Kroger right outside the neighborhood. If I didn't know better, I would swear they were two different companies. They have a dedicated employee to large gourmet cheese section right when you enter, a decent size olive bar and a handful of rows dedicated to healthy alternative foods. The aisles are nice and wide, the store is very clean and I have never waited very long in line. Don't misunderstand me, when I am looking to put together a special recipe I still run down to Whole Paycheck (Foods) down the road, but for weekly grocery runs, this is my stop. I grew up in the Midwest where Kroger is king and this is by far the nicest one I have ever been to. They are in the process of opening up their own gas station in the parking lot and discounting the gas for using your Kroger Card. Just another nice little touch. Speaking of which the Kroger card, which gives you nice discounts on everyday items, also sends you coupons in the mail based on what you buy and half of this coupons sent are to get items for free. I recommend getting one if you become a regular shopper. read more

This is one of the newer concept Krogers opened in the Roswell / Milton / Alpharetta triangle on Crabapple Road. A very large, clean location that offers a massive health food section and greatly enlarged beer and wine collection. The deli and bakeries are also quite a bit larger with more product. Always fresh and clean when I come in and a pleasure to stroll through the double length aisles, though a completely different layout to other stores that you are used to. Highly recommend read more

This is my neighborhood Kroger and I shop here quite often. HOWEVER, I need to address the complete fail in customer service that is their deli counter! Every single time I need to place an order I am "greeted" with a terrible attitude - that is, once they finally get around to acknowledging that they even have a customer. I'll often stop in on a weekday morning, will be the only customer waiting to order, and no less than 3-4 employees will be milling around behind the counter ignoring me. The last 2 times I placed an order I had 1) plastic packaging in my deli meat, and 2) received the wrong item. I'll be taking my business to Publix down the road from now on. I know the manager of this store is very present and cheerful - I'd hate to think that he allows this type of behavior to happen. read more

Manager was very rude. She told me that the item I was trying to return had a date that expired. She never checked to see if was a Kroger item . I asked her to check and it turned out not to be a Kroger item . There was no need to be rude about it and Ibelieve she called me a vulgar name when she walked away from me. Can this really be a Kroger? What a great store. The produce is terrific and well prices, the beets for example are the freshest I've ever seen, with beautiful fresh tops. The aisles are brought, clean and well stocked. Sorry Publix, you will not see me ever again, and Sprouts could learn a few things about keeping shelves stocked and produce culled. This site is close to Whole Foods in quality and feel, but without the ridiculous prices. I went here too buy propane, but now this is my new favorites grocery store in OTP north. My third choice of Kroger stores. Clean store, friendly staff and management. Good location in a varied shopping center. Call this one Silos Kroger, for the old Silos that were on what was a farm, but is now a shopping center across the street. Only problem with this Kroger, and it's felt by staff that retrieve shopping carts and for patrons that want to not have to dodge illegally parked cars and to get in and out of store easily, is that, the wealthy (or spoiled brat adults), self entitled folk that think the fire lane is reserved for their parking convenience. read more

I shop at Kroger on the regular and like that it's clean and the people are super friendly. They are always willing to help. Last time I was there one of the works saw a lady struggling with bags and ran outside to help her. The only thing I would change is that some times the check out lines are really slow. If you aren't in a rush its def a great place to shop!!! read more
