It's close to my work, making it very easy to drop off and pick up. After reading reviews we decided this was the place for us, Three+ years later, our pup still goes there most days. He's excited to be dropped off and happy to be picked up. The employees are great with the dogs, and I get daily reports of his adventures. Most of all, we also get peace of mind that he bid safe and not all by himself all day when we are at work. Suzette is great with him and greets him by name. She's taken additional security measures to keep the facility safe and secure (not in the best neighborhood, but that's not her fault, and not a reason not to take your dog there). All in all, we're very happy with our decision and recommend this business to anyone who wants a safe and caring place for their pup. 10/10

My wife and I've been clients of Bridge Street Animal Clinic and Dr. Norris for over three decades…read more He and his staff are some of the most caring individuals we've ever met. Right before Labor Day, one of our "furry children" was losing a lot of weight and not himself. After many tests at Bridge Street it was discovered he was in renal failure. Dr. Norris and his staff kept him at the clinic for several days running additional tests while keeping him on an IV for fluids. Dr. Norris felt that all had been done for our cat that could be done. It was decided to send our "baby boy" home where he'd be more comfortable. The Sunday before Labor Day his breath was getting shallower and shallower. We knew he didn't have much longer to live. He finally passed early afternoon. We'd had a wonderful 13 years of unconditional love with him, My wife called the clinic to see if anyone was there since we needed a place to hold him until the pet crematory could pick him up. Fortunately Dr. Norris was at the clinic checking on the holiday boarders. Terry was able to drop our cat off and be comforted by one of the more compassionate individuals we've ever met, our vet, Dr. Norris. We are so happy we are clients of Bridge Street, one of the best vet clinics we've ever used.

Luna was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism in June of 2025 and now takes medication twice daily. If left at home with her sister cats she would not get her medication due to hiding when the caretaker entered the house. We booked a two week stay at the Scratching Post while we traveled. I thought she would hide her whole time at the Inn, but to our surprise it was the opposite. During our daily updates we learned after the first 2 days of being shy she opened up to the staff. She enjoyed spending time with them, petting, scratches and followed them around, the word velcro kitty was used one day. She was very well taken care of during her stay. She is already scheduled for another stay at the Inn.

It didn't workout for our normal sitters so I started researching places to leave my precious kitten. When I say they take fantastic care of your cat/kitten I feel that is an understatement. I would not hesitate to take her back. I highly recommend them. They only take care of cats so I felt that was a much less stressful situation instead of leaving them next to dogs. Even the rooms they keep them in are so much better than cages you see at other places. No cages here! They have little townhomes, standard suite or deluxe suite. I chose standard since I didn't think she needed the bigger room since it was just her. They also update you with pics and how their day went. If you can't tell I was incredibly pleased with this place.
