Because the staff pays such close attention to the dogs in their care, they noticed a problem early on. JoJo had been acting completely normal at drop-off, but a couple days into her stay, they sensed something was wrong and trusted their instincts. They immediately stepped up and took JoJo to the emergency vet. Mandie stayed by JoJo's side when we couldn't, acting as her comfort and protector while we cut our trip short and raced back home. Even after we returned to town and took over, Mandie constantly checked in on JoJo to see how she was doing. The most incredible part is that we didn't even really know Mandie, and we have never met her in person. JoJo had only been there for daycare and boarding a handful of times. For Mandie and the staff to treat JoJo with this level of devotion, love, and urgency is truly extraordinary. They didn't just board our dog; they saved her life and looked after our family during a terrifying time. We will never take JoJo anywhere else!

If you love your pet like it's your child and taking a trip away from him feels stressful, Martha…read morehas alleviated that feeling. She is so dedicated to her main concern: to show me and assure me that my dog is in good hands while I can relax and enjoy my vacation. She sent me pictures daily of Buddy and how he bonded with her and soon enjoyed her visits. She consistently was there for 45 minutes each day as I had requested her to spend time and bond with him. The wagging tail and smiley face in pictures sent tell his story. Hands down, Martha Hand is my go to pet sitter who takes her job seriously and delivers it with professionalism and lots of tender loving care. Furthermore, Martha's service is Bonded & Insured. She is a passionate professional. I HIGHLY recommend her.

If I could sum up Gina as a caretaker for my pets and as a person in a few words they would be: She's the Best! Gina is kind, loving and gentle with the dogs, a couple of whom have had arthritis or other ailments. She's generous with her time and doesn't just come over to feed them; she also plays with them and will give medication if necessary. In addition, Gina is very flexible and typically available on very short notice. She's reliable and gives me peace of mind that my beloved pets are in good hands when we're away. I give Gina and Anything but Alligators my highest recommendation.

Before we adopted our fur baby, I did not even realize doggy daycare was even a thing lol. Our pup…read moredoesn't have separation anxiety (he's still not fully house trained and would get into stuff he's not supposed to when we're not looking), but we feel bad keeping him in the crate for more than 2-3 hours. So he's been a frequent customer of The Royal Pet Resort and Spa. We haven't tried any other doggy daycare, but we love this place! First and foremost, because our fur baby loves it! He can't wait to get out of the car every time we pull into the drive thru to drop him off. He would either pass out in the backseat every time we pick him up, or gets so pooped out and nap the whole evening all the way until bedtime lol. Secondly, they have 3 spacious outdoor sections for small, large, and i guess medium dogs. The areas are very well maintained with beautiful turf. There's always at least 1 and up to 3 staff in every section at all time to keep an eye on all the doggies and immediately clean up after them. When it rains or after about 4pm, all the dogs would get moved indoor (the small and large dogs are still segregated). They have cameras throughout the facility. With the exceptions of a few blind spots, you can watch your fur baby all day if you choose to. Not saying that's what I'd do sometimes lol. It's also a huge plus that they're part of Richter's Animal Hospital right next door. You can drop your pup off at the daycare and they would take care of any types of service your pup needs while he/she is there. The one kind-of-a-downside is in order for your pup to stay here, he/she would need to be up to date with all the shots and requirements. You can do a one stop shop and get everything done at Richter's Animal Hospital when you drop them off, or go to your prefered vet. They're pretty strict about this. However, it helps put me at ease knowing my baby would be surrounded by healthy pups. You can drop your dog off for a full day evaluation (their first time here) at a discounted price of $18. It's $28/day after that unless you purchase any of the passes for up to $23ish/day discount. The great thing is you don't need to use them all consecutively. The credits can be deducted every time the pup is here.

I have three dogs, and they were able to schedule all of them together, which was a huge plus. They run things really efficiently. You're given a specific drop-off time, so the dogs aren't sitting in cages all day. Then they text you when your dogs are ready which is usually within a few hours and give about a one-hour window for pickup, which is very convenient. They are open so many days even on Sundays. My dogs looked amazing...so fluffy, clean, and well-groomed. You can tell they take pride in their work. I also noticed that other customers clearly know and trust them, which says a lot. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff is just as friendly. This has been exactly what I was looking for in grooming, a place close to home that does just as good (if not better) of a job as the one I was driving far to. We'll definitely be back!
