Ive been in town three weeks and was here at the end of April too. They went for a temperament test to see if they can continue daycare. I received a call that my Frenchie was too hyper to be evaluated because they didn't have dogs of his energy level there to play with. I understand that but...I was given no communication orabout my Boston nor did they offer to let her stay. The staff basically just handed me their leashes and let me walk out the door. They said meekly and with no smiles or offers of another coming appointment, that "she wants him to come back when there are more dogs like him". This was my first time there. We live out of town. I take them all over the country to day care and have never been called to get them. I'm disappointed in the customer service of not getting any feed back on my Boston or the offer for her to stay or come back or anything. I had to get a vaccine for them to come here and I waited literally two weeks for today. In the mean time they have gone to Camp Bow Wow three times and I still have two paid days there but still wanted to use Pet Resort in the Gardens. After today, I won't even try this place again. What a disappointment in service and friendliness. I spend A LOT of money on day care. Guess they don't need or want any new clients. Fine with me.

We recently boarded our two dogs at Pet Resort in the Gardens, including one who is diabetic…read more Before booking, we specifically confirmed by phone that they were able to properly care for a diabetic dog and felt comfortable trusting them. We provided verbal instructions twice and written instructions stating that our dog needed to be fed at 7 AM and 7 PM so that his insulin could be administered on a consistent schedule. Unfortunately, we learned at pick up that he had been fed at approximately 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM each day instead. Consistency is extremely important for diabetic dogs, and this type of deviation can be dangerous. When we questioned the feeding times, we were told that special schedules are only followed when instructions are provided. After we pointed out that instructions had been given multiple times, they were eventually located in his chart. What's most disappointing is the apparent lack of concern regarding the seriousness of the error. Mistakes can happen, but attention to detail and an appropriate response are critical, especially when caring for animals with medical conditions. Based on our experience, we were left concerned about the level of communication and oversight provided. We'd never bring our dogs back.

Because the staff pays such close attention to the dogs in their care, they noticed a problem early on. JoJo had been acting completely normal at drop-off, but a couple days into her stay, they sensed something was wrong and trusted their instincts.They immediately stepped up and took JoJo to the emergency vet. Mandie stayed by JoJo's side when we couldn't, acting as her comfort and protector while we cut our trip short and raced back home. Even after we returned to town and took over, Mandie constantly checked in on JoJo to see how she was doing.The most incredible part is that we didn't even really know Mandie, and we have never met her in person. JoJo had only been there for daycare and boarding a handful of times. For Mandie and the staff to treat JoJo with this level of devotion, love, and urgency is truly extraordinary. They didn't just board our dog; they saved her life and looked after our family during a terrifying time. We will never take JoJo anywhere else!
