Wag time is a nice business to board your baby at. In the past, when we've boarded Sam, he seems to have liked it. During the day all of the little furbabies seem to play and rest in one room. They share food, water, and cuddles. The staff here is really sweet and they are patient with furpaprents like myself. I get nervous when our lil Sam try a different daycare. They initially eased our worried by answering all of our questions. They even helped Sam write us a letter when we were away and continued to checkin on him. read more

I've never understood the doggie daycare hype - until I rescued a baby German shepherd ...this guy is so much energy...like next level I work in the area and was thrilled to find a highly recommended doggie daycare within a mile from my office. I texted them last minute (the day before) looking for availability the next morning. They were extremely helpful and responsive. They had no problem getting us in with little notice. They also sent me the link to register and upload vaccination docs. They made the entire process extremely convenient. I really appreciate their customer oriented focus. I dropped baby Motzy off and he happily went back with the super sweet ladies. They sent me photos throughout the day (which are adorable might I add). For a small fee they fed him his dinner. At the end of the day it was $50 well spent. Mission accomplished - Motzy was absolutely wiped out and ready for bed when we got home. I will be returning and highly recommend. read more

we were looking for a daycare when we planned our summer vacations . Since day one ,I can tell you that our baby Mylo loves doggie daycare. Mylicito goes to daycare he gets excited as soon as we entered the parking lot. The staff is so nice with him, you can see they care and treat our baby well. They have so many activities, they are in groups by size and also by age, Mylo comes back home ready for a nap. Absolutely love them!!! I can tell my beagle also loves them too, he is so excited to go and they send adorable little report cards with pics!!! You can make daycare(or boarding) reservations online so you can add on services or treats or notes. You can be very detailed on there too for medicines, food, ect. So far I have only done daycare, but if I ever go on vacation they are the ones I will be trusting with my furbaby. Sidenote, I love that they separate dogs based on size and temperment- my dog is super sweet but intimidated by big doggos so they keep him with the playful small dogs. I appreciate the staff for being so nice but my dog got sick here. I'm more than sure they ignored the fact that he had dietary restrictions. He can't eat any fatty food or he will get sick. They keep the dogs in an area with all other dogs which is fine but what I think happened is Sam got ahold of another dogs food or he drank after the other dogs. I'm basing this on the pictures sent of the room he was in there's only one water dish for several dogs playing in one space which is probably what got my dog sick and cost me a trip to the vet to fix it. I just kept getting yes answers to my questions and I just didn't believe the answers they gave they sort of gave run around answers saying something but nothing at all. For example I asked about tuck in service and the lady just said ya we play with the dogs before we leave for the night which is totally different than tuck in service. We boarded him twice here and we decided not to continue with using their pet sitting service again. read more

We really thought this was a great place, but soon enough they showed their true colors. Our dog was injured twice here. Being 1st time dog parents, we were surprised when it happened the first time, they just blew it off. When it happened again, and we brought it to their attention, they accused us of not trusting them. Textbook case of gaslighting. They couldn't believe we have the audacity to not be 1000% pleased. Along with the daycare price increase to $45 a day (not including feeding our dog without a fee) & the strong urine/bleach smell, we were happy to move on. No surprise in the response. Funny how management (Christine & Amanda Limato) is so sanctimonious about the dissolution of the relationship, not knowing we only planned to be there for a week longer anyway to avoid the price hike taking place in May. And what a lie to speak on respect. No one was ever disrespectful to the staff. Careful, Christine...your fragility is showing. And I'm sure disinfectant actually works and smells better when you wash the urine from the mops....allegedly. read more

Prior to moving to the DFW area I started doing my research on Doggie Daycares and Wag Time on top of my list. When I called, they took the time to answer all my questions and tell me everything I needed to know. Since moving, I've been bringing my dog here for a few months, and I've never felt more comfortable! They are an amazing group of people and so accommodating! Molly loves Wag Time. As soon as we arrive in the parking lot, she gets so excited. The people that work there are all so nice & friendly.

Wag Time if FANTASTIC. My dog Tanner loves the place. He is howling when we pull into the parking lot, he is so happy top be going there. They take care of him each and every time. We have used them for over 9 years now and my dog comes home happy and dead tired. He gets to play all day with his buddies. The staff there is excellent and they know him by name and tell me how he did each time I pick him up. They are also FANTASTIC. Best place in town!!!!! read more

The staff here is really, super kind so this review is nothing against them, BUT there are things that could be improved at Wag Time. 1 - They do not check to see if the dog is neutered/spayed. They may ask, but they do not confirm. My friend's dog is unneutered and attended daycare and was boarded here. 2 - I took my dog here for about 2x a week for 3 weeks and she would always come back with sticky fur and smelled horrible. I know it's a bunch of dogs playing together, but they could at least be wiped down before being sent home. 3 - When I go to pick up my pup, I frequently heard fights or rumbles break out and the staff took awhile to get back to the dogs and straighten it out. They also do not require a temperament evaluation before allowing dogs to play in daycare. 4 - My pup used to come home exhausted from her last daycare, but when I bring her home from Wag Time, she's still very active and ready to play. Maybe the staff could encourage more playing and running around? 5 - My dog got kennel cough. I'm not sure how strict Wag Time is in checking shot papers and monitoring dogs for contagious illnesses. Unfortunately, this was the last straw for me which is too bad because it's the only dog daycare in North Arlington. read more

They do all kinds of charity and rescue work. I know that these people truly care for my pets, not my money. Wagtime staff are so friendly and dog loving that we completely trust them with our two 18 lb mutts. Our dogs can't wait to get out of the car and play with other dogs at Wagtime. The overnight stays are a real benefit and they have a dog washing program too. We get Bonnie and Bill the after an overnight stay fresh and clean!! We are pretty particular when it comes to boarding our baby...I mean our dog. But we are also realistic about the fact that she is...ehem...a dog and doesn't require a room to herself with a couch and a tv. We have been taking her here for months now and they really do a great job for a decent price. The girl at the front desk always greets our dog like its her own. There is plenty of indoor space for the dogs to mingle and they keep aggressive and antisocial dogs away from the big groups. The big groups are seperated by size and personality and have plenty of room to run and play. I wish they had a larger outdoor space for our baby to run around, but for the price we really couldn't ask for more. They don't kennel her all day long and only let her out to pee....like some other boarders. It is a relatively clean and good smelling place. She is always in good spirits when she leaves and is not shy or skiddish. The staff always asks us if we would like her to have a bath before we pick her up and they give us a discount on the bath and the boarding. We will always trust our baby to the caring staff at Wag Time! read more

Doggie Day Care has never been on my mind but since I'll be traveling alot and didn't want my dog to be home alone for over 10 hours with our schedule we decided to check this place out as I knew a few people who took their dogs here. The staff here are very friendly. The place is kept up and clean. I brought my fur baby in for the first time and of course he was so scared for some odd reason? Maybe all the dogs were barking LOL? The staff that helped me was very friendly. They kept him in the office until my fur baby was able to relax as he was stiff as a cardboard lol. He was only there for a half day as I wanted to make sure he was comfortable staying at a day care. When I came back, the staff reported that my fur baby did fine. My dog was happy to see me and looks like this day care was a hit. They have package deals from 5 day passes to unlimited monthly passes. They even offer boarding and grooming here. The sections are separated by the size of the dogs. My dog seems to enjoy this place that by the time we're on the way home, he is knocked out. =) read more

Wag Time goes out of their way to accommodate my dogs. I travel a lot for work, and often last minute. They care for my dogs as if they are there own. When I first started dropping them off they would cry and bark as I left trying to follow me, now they run towards the door, crying and barking at the staff as if they are home.
