I have a difficult boy because he wasn't treated very well the first half of his life so he doesn't really like veterinarians. They have always been very good in working with him and understanding his issues. All of the above things I would actually expect from a vets office but this past week when my pup was really sick they went above and beyond. I called and they had no openings and recommended I visit an emergency pet hospital close by. I was upset but of course understood and hung up and started making arraignments to visit the pet ER when I got a call back that someone had cancelled and I could bring him in right away. I'm really sorry that someone cancelled their surgery but so happy that my boy was able to be seen. A couple of days later and he is on his way to being 100% and I couldn't recommend this clinic enough.

Each time the Vet insisted that he could not find anything, that there was nothing there that jumped out as being glaringly wrong. Over the course of multiple months, they tried a couple of different medications. Did blood work and charged me hundreds of dollars and still insisted that they could not find anything. Sweatie passed away recently, and in looking back the sense that I have is that they were far more interested in taking as much money from me as they possibly could as opposed to treating my cat. At best there incompetent at worst there padding their bottom line at my expense and the expense of my animal. I had already made the decision to get a 2nd opinion, regrettably my animal passed away before I could follow through on that.

She treats your dog as if he was her own and sends you daily updates (via email or text) with pictures, reassuring you that your dog is in great hands and doing well. Most recently, my dog Prince stayed with her for a week - the longest he's been away from home - and his birthday fell during that stay. She baked him the most adorable doggie cake for me to take home to celebrate when I got back, and also got him a Prince crown cookie with his name on it and sent me pics of him in a party hat! He also got a solo walk to PetSmart with Norm to pick his own toy, and an egg for breakfast - one of his favorite foods to eat! I am always blown away by how caring and loving they are and it makes me feel so much better if and when I have to travel, knowing that Prince is in good hands! I adopted him when he was 4 years old, and he had been owner surrendered at a shelter so the thought of boarding him at a kennel just made me so upset. I found her on Yelp and Prince has stayed with her 3 times so far, and I can't say enough great things about Samantha and Norm. 100% recommend them to anyone who wants a home away from home for their dog while they're away. She even checks in periodically, especially right after the stay, to check in on my pup and make sure he's doing well! And the first few visits, she even provided a wonderful take home bag with toys and homemade treats for Prince. So incredibly sweet and well priced. And much better than the options I've seen on DogVacay, which can be $50-75/night for minimal supervision! I'll be back the next time I go out of town!

Over three days, I submitted multiple intake forms (in case the first didn't go through), sent texts, and called. There was no follow-up, no acknowledgment. Nothing. The only response I received was a single text saying they weren't accepting new boarders until May 1 and to fill out a request form...which I had already done multiple times. If you're too busy to take on new clients, that's completely understandable. But ignoring repeated outreach and sending a generic, unhelpful response isn't. Communication matters, especially when people are trying to make plans with real deadlines. They may be great with dogs, but based on this experience, I wouldn't rely on them if you expect professionalism or responsiveness.

Because the staff pays such close attention to the dogs in their care, they noticed a problem early on. JoJo had been acting completely normal at drop-off, but a couple days into her stay, they sensed something was wrong and trusted their instincts.They immediately stepped up and took JoJo to the emergency vet. Mandie stayed by JoJo's side when we couldn't, acting as her comfort and protector while we cut our trip short and raced back home. Even after we returned to town and took over, Mandie constantly checked in on JoJo to see how she was doing.The most incredible part is that we didn't even really know Mandie, and we have never met her in person. JoJo had only been there for daycare and boarding a handful of times. For Mandie and the staff to treat JoJo with this level of devotion, love, and urgency is truly extraordinary. He has some matting on his butt because the hairs grew really long around it so I understood it would be a shorter cut. I dropped him off at 10:30am I was told to pick him up at 5pm and when I picked him up he had random pieces of hair hanging all over his body, cuts and lumps , no nail trim, no teeth brushing just a rushed Job done for over 6 hours. when he got into my car he ran under the passenger side seat hiding and growling at me and refused to let anyone touch him. I immediately went back into the school with tears streaming down my face and asked the school what happened they stated it took 3 people to hold down a 13 pound mini poodle and that he experienced some trauma I shouldn't have paid but I did. and left. When I returned home my dog continued to hide from me, looking into space and would flinch anytime I tried to get him. I knew in my heart something happened to him, I went back the next day to get some type of justice for him after seeing some hidden reviews over the years of them doing the same to other dogs. I went in stern because I was upset over my dog, I didn't curse, didn't throw things around and I still got the POLICE called on me. When I said very loud "wow to be black in america standing up for yourself gets you this" the owner Sasha laughed in my face and said with this attitude why would I help you. the police were called and their solution was they would have my dog return in 2 weeks and they would finish the haircut free of charge. I have so many issues with their resolution. Not once did they take accountability, they had lite me trying to convince me that my dog myst have gotten injured prior to Him coming to them and to top it off I was so much of a "threat" To them that they would call the police but not enough that it was okay for me to return. NOT OKAY. Don't EVER bring your animal here if you care about their well being.
